• chua (8/5): Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and the basic facilities were adequately provided. - The room was generally clean, and the bathroom was quite spacious. However, the bathroom only provided an all-in-one shampoo, with no other toiletries available. The air-conditioning was directed towards the bathroom area, so the bed near the bathroom became very cold while the other bed did not get much cooling. You may need to adjust the air-conditioner flap yourself. There is a water dispenser and a coffee machine provided downstairs. Although the coffee machine only serves 3-in-1 coffee, it is still a nice addition. Parking space is sufficient, with around 7 parking spots available right in front of the property. If those are full, there are more spaces slightly further ahead as the area is reserved by them. Overall, the stay was quite comfortable and the basic facilities were adequately provided. The air-conditioning was directed towards the bathroom area, so the bed near the bathroom became very cold while the other bed did not get much cooling. You may need to adjust the air-conditioner flap yourself.

Mudah diakses. Penyewa bilik lain yang menggunakan tangga agak bising sedikit. Tapi ini bukan isu kemudahan yang disediakan. Dicadangkan ada sign/poster mengingatkan penyewa lain menghormati privacy orang lain.
