• Tsangari Eleni (10/5): great spot, value for money, excellent host - First of all I can't say enough about the owner. She has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole stay. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and situated right in the centre of Limassol with easy access to shops and the beach. This is our second stay here and our deposit was refunded both times without any problems.
• Basanta (1/5): I was in the property at night but could have access to enter the property and didn't my call. - Nothing Not easy access to the property. They ask €200 deposit 1 day before to see if there are any damages while you're staying. Pin code was not given when I booked.
• Dean (1/5): The apartment is ok for the money, but the operator is differently very poor ethically!!! - Location The attitude of the supervisor her name is Milky! Now I know why… She tried to create a story to keep the $200 cash deposit for damages. I asked her to show me the problem in her photo evidence and there was two or three plates left in the sink… I then asked to explain why that was the issue given we pay a a significant cleaning fee! It then went from accusation to accusation, so when she asked me if she should call police…I asked her to call them immediately so she then was happy to quickly give me the $200 euro back as clearly there was absolutely no damages and she the asked me to return her key! Not sure on why they think tourists are so naive or going to respond to this ridiculous attempt to try and hold $200 euro for absolutely no valid reason but it didn’t leave me with a good impression of the country my grandparents where born in!

• Bernhard (7/5): Ganz ok, aber nicht gemütlich. - Wir haben eine unterschiedliche Meinung, meine Frau und ich. Ich fand die Wohnung ganz in Ordnung, ein bisschen kahl. Die Lage mit 15 Minuten zu Fuß an die Uferpromenade finde ich angemessen. Die Wohngegend geht so. Nicht schön, nicht wirklich hässlich. Man hat viel Platz in der Wohnung. Meiner Frau war es zu weit zum Meer. Die Wohnung fand sie kahl und hässlich. Wir können beide nicht verstehen, dass man für zwei Wochen Aufenthalt nur ein Handtuch pro Person bekommt, nur ein Geschirrtuch. Das kennen wir anders. Es fehlen Stühle auf dem Balkon - und er ist schmal. Leider häufig in Ferienwohnungen: Salz, Zucker, etwas Öl und ein paar Gewürze könnte man in der Wohnung lassen, damit man das nicht neu kaufen muss.
• Alla (7/5): Passable - Rapport qualité /prix est bon. Logement est propre, lumineux, linge de maison est servi. Vu, assez dégagé, sur les toits de ville. Assez calme, les fenêtres donnent sur la petite route. C’est mieux d’avoir une voiture. Assez loin de la plage (20-30 minutes à pied ou 10 minutes en taxi 6-7€ allé simple). Assez proche (10 minutes à pied)de la station de bus EMEL pour aller à Trodos, centre commercial MyMall, les autres points d’interêt. Même distance jusqu’à le bus à Paphos. 18 minutes à pied jusqu’à le bus à Nicosia et Larnaca. Un petit magasin en bas d’immeuble et un supermarché 10 minutes à pied. 7 minutes à pied jusqu’à la route commerciale qui mène après à la promenade près de la mer, très sympathique. Balcon ne sert à rien, il n'y a ni table ni chaises. Joli et propre mais complètement vide. Bon pour sécher le linge. L’histoire avec le dépôt de garantie de 200€ m’a agacé avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas eu assez de temps pour transférer de l'argent, nous avons dû payer en espèces à l’arrivée, ce qui a été accepté avec un grand mécontentement. J’ai demandé le liste des objets qui on risque de casser ou endommager, c’était refusé. A notre arrivée: le fenêtre de salle de bain était cassé, elle était partiellement ouverte tout le temps (jusqu’à la réparation dans quelques jours). Un de loquets du balcon ne fonctionnait pas. L'un des quatre brûleurs de plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas. Les vieux meubles de cuisine ont été endommagé dans de nombreux endroits… Chaque fois, après la découverte des imperfections, j’ai dû téléphoner à responsable, pour dire que ce n’était pas nous qu’ont cassé tout ça 😅 Après avoir quitté l'appartement, nous (les deux retraités) avons dû attendre 4 heures (!) le fin du nettoyage pour récupérer notre argent. Pourtant, à mon avis personnel, il faut 10 minutes maximum pour vérifier l’état de lieu. Apres les nombreux séjours à Limassol c’est le premier fois qu’on se croise avec l’histoire pareille, les autre propriétaires étaient bien aimables et très accueillant avec nous. Mais il faut confirmer que c’est le droit de propriétaire, de prendre un dépôt de garantie. Et nous en avons été informés à l'avance.
• BridgeyBoy (8/5): - We had a lovely stay, the apartment was in a great location, very clean and offered excellent value for the price. I was really satisfied with my stay, and would stay again. Only downside was the noise from the cars at night outside, which was disruptive at times.

• Bastian (10/5): Unterkunft war sehr gut vorallem Preis-/Leistung und Gastgeberin sehr nett - Lage ist okay ca. 10-15min zum Stadtzentrum/Strand (zu Fuß) -> direkt im Gebäude ist ein 24/7 store was sehr praktisch ist 10€ am Tag für die Tiefgarage ist ein bisschen teuer Limassol ist außerdem eher langweilig für junge Menschen (totes Nachtleben)

• Djordjevic (8/5): - It’s not good for people with disabilities. Everything else is good. There is not entrance for wheelchair, you can enter with wheelchair from basement, but basement is not free, you need to pay for parking there, and event there is very hard for wheelchair.
• Igkor (3/5): horror - The furniture is very old and worn out. The bed linen and towels are old! The kitchen is equipped with outright junk. It is almost impossible to change the TV channels. And they still charge a damage deposit for all this! When I pointed this out, the landlady reacted with a rude scandal and an attempt to evict me onto the street. The price for such horror is simply fantastic. We fell for the pictures on Booking.

Communication with the host was very good, the apartament is b - The apartment was relatively close to the beach, with shops downstairs. We had everything we needed, and the place was well-maintained and clean. I would have appreciated some shower gel sachets, and the city tax wasn’t mentioned on Booking.

• Agisilaos (8/5): Spacious and clean - Very spacious, clean and bright apartment with all the essentials in a good location near the avenue with a lot of cafeterias, shops and close to the centre of the city! A little sketchy neighbourhood. A bit overpriced for what it offers. The host asks for a deposit of 200 euro.

• Alessandro (7/5): Good - Instructions from the host were clear, and so was the communication. The flat was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. Although the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was aiming right to the head of the bed, so it was a bit too cold and windy at night. Last, although the host was very clear in the communication and did tell us so beforehand, we were supposed to take out the trash upon departure (not a difficult task, but I'd rather have avoided that in the rush of packing and leaving).
