- Silve (4/5): Un desastre - Lo positivo del alojamiento fue su ubicación y el hecho de que la casa era grande y contaba con un jardín amplio. Sin embargo, en términos generales la experiencia no fue satisfactoria La experiencia fue muy negativa. La vivienda estaba sucia y con múltiples desperfectos (vajilla sucia, cubo de basura y sartén rotos, mueble del baño que no abría bien obligando a poner las cosas en el suelo, cafetera incompleta, mando de TV sin pilas, lámparas de mesita de noche que no se podían enchufar). El wifi no funcionaba y el cortacésped automático estuvo encendido dos noches seguidas, impidiendo el descanso. La ducha carece de superficie antideslizante y un miembro de mi familia sufrió una caída con fractura de muñeca. La agencia mostró una gestión muy poco profesional desde principio a fin: no respondió a este incidente (ni a ningún otro a tiempo) con un simple “Espero que se recupere pronto”. Además, se han quedado la fianza por una supuesta rotura de la vitrocerámica sin aportar pruebas ni factura y sin responder a las comunicaciones enviadas solicitando las pruebas que por ley deben ser aportadas por el arrendatario. Con qué fundamento pueden responsabilizarnos de esa supuesta rotura y asegurar que se produjo durante nuestra instancia si, a la vista de los desperfectos existentes, resulta evidente que no se había realizado una revisión ni un chequeo adecuado del estado del alojamiento antes de nuestra llegada? De haberse hecho, cabría esperar que al menos algunas de esas deficiencias hubieran sido subsanadas, como parte de la obligación de ofrecer un servicio adecuado por el que, en definitiva, se está pagando. Tras muchos años veraneando en Asturias, este ha sido el primero en el que la reserva se ha hecho mediante una agencia y, lamentablemente, el único con problemas. Recomendación: Desaconsejamos este alojamiento a quienes quieran disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. Nosotros, lamentablemente, tendremos que recurrir a la vía legal para reclamar la devolución de la fianza.

- Yoko (2/5): Major disappointment - Outside terrace, garden is well maintained The house had a very stuffy and mouldy smell which, according to the agent, is due to the Asturian weather and humidity and has nothing to do with years of dust and odours encapsulated in unwashed fabrics and furnishings and closed up inside an old house during warm weather. The agent was very responsive though and we were told that opening the windows to get some fresh air was probably the reason that a dozen spiders had gotten in so quickly. The old cobwebs must have been fresh as well as the agent clarified that the house was cleaned ‘recently’. Why would they need to clean it again and did we really think that would make a difference? We had to wash the pillows and blankets ourselves to get their smell removed, but we were obviously lucky that they were so kind to come back to vacuum and remove most of the spiders and old cobwebs. We enjoyed the outside of the house and with my blocked nose it was also very pleasant inside. The pictures don’t do it justice.
