• Shangting (9/5): 環境非常舒適，就像是住在一個溫暖的家裡。這次旅行最喜歡的一間！ - 兩層樓的一戶建設計，在一樓活動不會干擾到二樓睡覺的旅伴。客服回覆速度也蠻快的。 距離車站有點距離，稍有不便但瑕不掩瑜。

• BOHAO (9/5): - 距離駅から徒歩で約15分ほどの場所にあり、周囲は閑静な住宅街のためとても静かです。最寄りのコンビニまでも徒歩で5〜10分ほどかかりますが、その分、夜は物音に悩まされることなく安心して休むことができました。 今回の旅行ではレンタカーを利用していたため、専用の駐車スペースが用意されている点は非常に便利でした。 また、ホストの方とは滞在中も常に連絡が取れ、ちょっとした疑問にも迅速に対応していただけたので、とても安心して過ごすことができました。今後、岡山を訪れる機会があれば、ぜひまた利用させていただきたいと思います。 唯一少し気になった点としては、シーツの状態がやや微妙だったことです。おそらく保管場所の通気が十分でなかったためかと思われますが、清潔なシーツが別途用意されており、自分で交換できた点は良かったです。

• 靜怡 (9/5): 很棒～我們很喜歡！ - 走路到岡山火車站大約10幾分鐘，很方便，附近有好吃的串燒店 一樓的房間沒有暖氣，但可以把連結小客廳的門打開就可以共用暖氣了！

• Clémence (8/5): - Très bon logement pour une nuit de passage. Simple, efficace, propre, facile de récupérer les clefs, on se sent vite chez soi. Attention à l'accès en voiture : les routes sont très étroites si l’on n’est pas habitué aux manœuvres.
• YINCHAO (4/5): 立地は良いが、衛生面と設備の改善が必要 - 今回は4泊させていただきました。 立地は冈山駅から徒歩10〜15分と静かな場所にあり、部屋数も多く、ダイニングも広くて良かったです。 位置还行，走到冈山站西口约10-15分钟，周围确实安静。 空间够大，房间多（有床也有榻榻米），厨房餐桌够3人吃饭。 ​衛生面： 冷蔵庫の上が信じられないほど汚れていました。清掃が行き届いていません。 設備： キッチンの蛇口に整流キャップ（泡沫器）が付いていないため、水を使うたびに服に跳ねてしまいます。簡単に気付くはずの問題ですが、放置されているのが残念です。 空調： 全室にエアコンがあるわけではなく、1階の小部屋にはエアコンがありませんでした。 備品： 調理器具（2つの鍋）がかなり古くなっています。 トイレ： 1階に一つしかなく、大人数だと不便だと感じました。 卫生堪忧： 冰箱顶面极脏，简直难以置信，保洁做得很敷衍。 反人类的设计： 厨房水龙头没有安装起泡器，一开水就溅一身，房东不可能发现不了，但就是不解决。 空调硬伤： 并不是每个卧室都有空调，一楼那个小卧室没空调，只能蹭隔壁房间的风，舒适度很差。 周边并不便利： 附近没有很近的超市，最近的廉价超市LaMu要走约7分钟，而且只收现金（不方便）。 设施老旧： 提供的炊具（两个锅）都很旧了；整栋楼只有一楼有一个厕所，我们3人勉强够用，人多肯定排队。
• gwo-hau (8/5): 住宿起來大致上都很不錯，電器還算是齊全，能停放汽車、環境安靜。 - 位於住宅區內，非常安靜。 距離岡山車站西口走路15分鐘內就會到達。 衣架較少不敷使用，浴室沒有暖風機，洗澡時比較冷，建議浴室裡面放一個小板凳，這樣盥洗坐著才比較方便。
• hachiya (10/5): よかった - 部屋がたくさんあってキレイだった。 車でGoogle mapの誘導通りに行くと最後ものすごい細い道を案内され、車を擦りそうになった。 ホテルの前の道は時間帯一歩通行なのでこの細い道以外の選択肢はなだそうですが、8人乗りの大きい車だと最後の左折もかなり難しく、駐車場は付いてはいるが運転に自信がなく入れることができなかった。

• Nozomi (8/5): - お家みたいにゆったりのんびり過ごすことができた。ベッドルームもあったので、子どもたちもそれぞれ好きに過ごせたようなので喜びました。 洗濯機があったので洗濯できて助かった。 エアコンがあったので快適に過ごせた。 トイレの戸が開け閉しにくかった。 布団シーツにシミがあった。

• Yili (10/5): We really like the apartment and definitely will recommend or come back again! - Really cozy! Two floors of Japanese style apartment which is just 15 min walk away from Okayama station. Equipped with kitchen equipment and BBQ stuffs that we can cook and enjoy the meal. The check in time is set up at 18:00 but the host arranged to 15:30 since we’ve asked a head! Which is really helpful because my parents need to rest then. We have a good time during the stay. There are few things that we think can be improved is that the oven is full of debris. We have cleaned it before using it to avoiding the smell. Personally, we think the check in document isn’t necessary if we’ve already filled out the information on website because the form of previous guests was left on the counter and everyone can see the detail information while storing luggage ahead.

• Galit (5/5): Needs improvement - About 10 minutes from Okayama train station and near a nice roofed market. I’m using Booking for many years and this is probably one of my worst experiences. Unfortunately we didn’t enjoy our stay. On arrival we opened a kitchen drawer when a huge cockroach came out of it. The owner apologised a day later and said he would handle it. The twin bed was extremely narrow, so my spouse and I were cramped in it. Needless to say, we both didn’t sleep. In the morning, we found something in the bed that wasn’t ours - were the sheets replaced before we came? My daughter took a shower and discovered a hair in her towel. Overall, the apartment is a bit worn out, curtains are dusty, furniture look worse than in the photos. Lastly, almost all the apartments we stayed in, had something to offer in the kitchen- coffee at minimum. This apartment had nothing to offer.
• Elisa (10/5): Exceptional - The house is huge, clean, and convenient !! The location is really good, next to Okayama station. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom big and the living room and kitchen are warmfull and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place and come back again. The host is really nice and comprehensive! Perfect experience! ✨️ Nothing !
