• MINAMI (10/5): - 全てよかったです。 清潔で、広さもありとても良かったです。 家具や照明も可愛く、どこに居ても落ち着く空間でした。 スタッフの方も時間などチェックイン前にご対応していただいたりと親切でよかったです。 横が、お店になっているのを知らず、夕方ごろまでは会話が聞こえ合う状態でした。特に困らなかったですが、少しだけ驚きました。

• Taichi (10/5): 丹波篠山に行く際にはまた利用したい - 素敵なデザインの空間で、家族水入らずの時間を過ごせました。 お庭やお風呂もとてもきれいでとても癒されました。コーヒーやお茶も用意されていて楽しめました。 スタッフの方はとても親切で、丁寧でした。チェックインの時間にも柔軟に対応いただけました。
• Sal (10/5): Treat yourself to an amazing home in Tamba-Sasayama - It was exceptionally presented, with a renovation that maintained traditional elements as well as adding modern features. The beds were thick and luxurious. The bath was incredible and stylish. I also loved staying in an historical building. Loved it all.
• Jayne (9/5): Keep coming back - We travel to Japan regularly and seek out places that feel authentic and a little under the radar—Yasoichi is exactly that. We’re now booking our third stay. Beautifully restored, thoughtfully designed, incredibly comfortable, and with one of our favourite slow morning rituals—pour-over coffee overlooking the temple next door. The kitchen is well set up for cooking. A rare find we’ll keep returning to.

• Marius (10/5): A peaceful and authentic escape - Our stay in Tamba-Sasayama was absolutely magical. The house itself was a masterpiece — traditional on the outside, yet elegant and modern inside. The highlight was definitely the bathroom: a stone bath that felt like a private spa carved into the heart of Japan. Sitting in warm water surrounded by smooth stone after exploring the old town was simply unforgettable. Tamba-Sasayama itself is an incredible hidden gem — full of beautifully preserved old houses, narrow streets, and deep history. Visiting the castle and the former Samurai residence gave us a real sense of Japan’s past. The whole town has a quiet, timeless atmosphere that makes you feel completely at peace. It was the perfect combination of culture, comfort, and authenticity. We would come back in a heartbeat. Nothing

She spent a generous amount of time going over the guesthouse, answered questions about our plans during our stay, and was incredibly helpful overall. The place itself was stunning with a garden view and an enormous bathtub we used every day. The place is incredibly well appointed with everything one needs for their stay. They thought of everything. We slept well and loved our time in Tamba and the surrounding area. We hope to come back some day and stay at Yasoichi again. There was nothing we didn’t like. This was the highlight of our stay in Japan, and we really appreciated the kindness and patience of our host!

The building has been expertly renovated combining traditional materials with modern appliances. The host provided excellent service and helped us get a dinner reservation on an exceptionally busy night.
• Charles (10/5): The best of both worlds - This 100-year old home has been elegantly remodeled while preserving much of the old. Staying here you get to experience traditional Japan and all the modern comforts. With the stunning ofuro and various high-end appliances, it appears no expense was spared. Likewise, the tasteful lighting, art and garden ensure a relaxing space to serve as home base for exploring all of Tamba-Sasayama's charm.
