• Pedro (9/5): Pretty good to enjoy the island. - Everything was very clean and although the bathroom is shared, the everyday cleanliness make it like if it was private. The neighbourhood is calm and there is a big supermarket at 5-minute walking distance. The apartment is old, but it seems is something common in the area.

• Vanessa (10/5): - *Ci tornerei sicuramente!* L’alloggio ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole. I bagni in comune erano sempre puliti e ben riforniti, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Paola passava regolarmente per controllare la pulizia, rifornire i prodotti igienici e assicurarsi che tutto fosse in ordine. Se a volte c’era dello sporco, era chiaramente dovuto al comportamento degli altri ospiti e non era assolutamente colpa della proprietaria, che faceva davvero del suo meglio per mantenere tutto pulito e accogliente. Le docce erano in ottimo stato e gli asciugamani forniti erano freschi e puliti. Le porte delle stanze garantivano sufficiente privacy e non facevano alcun rumore, il che ci ha permesso di dormire tranquillamente. La posizione è perfetta, con un ristorante eccellente proprio accanto – un vero vantaggio! I proprietari, Paola e Gianmarco, sono persone splendide: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Ci hanno consigliato tantissime cose da vedere e fare nei dintorni, e grazie a loro abbiamo scoperto luoghi meravigliosi. Ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia con loro e abbiamo avuto conversazioni bellissime. L’ambiente era sereno e piacevole, con altri ospiti educati e discreti. Abbiamo avuto bei momenti in cucina e ci siamo sempre sentiti a nostro agio. Ci teniamo a ringraziare di cuore Paola e Gianmarco per il meraviglioso soggiorno e auguriamo loro solo il meglio. Non è stato un addio, ma solo un arrivederci – torneremo sicuramente!
• Desirée (1/5): Jamás volvería - La ubicación y el restaurante que hay cerca del alojamiento es muy bueno. Realmente nos gustó todo menos lo que tiene que ver con el alojamiento El alojamiento en general nos amargó la estancia. Tienen dos baños compartidos y ambos estaban sucios todo el tiempo, además estuvimos sin papel higiénico la mayoría de la estancia, los propietarios me dijeron que tenía que haberles avisado, pero pensé que limpiaban a menudo y me di cuenta que no lo hacían... Las duchas tienen moho y las toallas que te ofrecen son viejas y tienen mala pinta... Las puertas tienen un gran cristal en medio y no es totalmente opaco por lo que la intimidad es muy poca. Todas las puertas chirrían al abrir y cerrar y por la noche te despiertas sobresaltado a cada rato. La convivencia, aunque digan los propietarios que no es su culpa, no fue bien... había un hombre allí viviendo de larga estancia porque tenía trabajo cerca y no estaba de vacaciones, que intentó sobrepasarse conmigo en la cocina poniendo su mano en mi pierna, me preguntó si viajaba sola, fue muy desagradable. Incluso hablé con los propietarios porque detectamos que ellos entraron en nuestra habitación en una ocasión el primer día ya habiéndonos instalado, ellos nos lo corroboraron y se excusaron pero nos causó muchísima desconfianza y cada día sacábamos fotos para asegurarnos de cómo dejábamos todo y que nadie tocaba nuestras cosas... así no se puede pasar unas vacaciones. A modo de resumen, dormimos poco, mal y el baño estaba sucio y desabastecido. Jamás recomendaría a alguien alojarse aquí y menos si es mujer y este hombre sigue viviendo allí

• Ingrid (10/5): A warm, comfortable stay with incredibly kind and helpful hosts! - Had a great stay in Cagliari! The room was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and in a great location. But what really made the difference were the owners. Super friendly, sincere, and always ready to help with tips or anything I needed. You can really tell they care about their guests. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!
• Daiga (8/5): Very good - There no breakfast options, but there is very good facilities to making own coffee, tea or other meals. I booked King size room with balcony, bed was comfy, plenty room for couple. Location is very good, good car parking space. Public transport is excellent too. 5-6 minutes walk to supermarket. Good walks to beaches. I can't say anything.

• Natalija (9/5): Superb - The room is spacious, all furnished, and a very comfortable mattress for rest. Also is a quiet city district, secured entrance , and escalator in hall, free wi-fi. Amazing location! Easy for all transport links. Very caring, friendly and kind hosting. I'm staying only by myself right now in all property.

• David (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location between beaches and old city center, easily reached by bus from airport/train station. The room has all the facilities one could need for a reasonable price (nice bathroom, kitchen, airco, ...). Mrs. Paola and her husband were furthermore very kind and extremely flexible to our travel schedule. Would certainly recommend!
