Frank (10/5): Diese Ferienwohnungen können wir uneingeschränkt auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen. - Das Apartmenthaus liegt am Rand der Ortschaft und ist gut zu erreichen. Ruhesuchende und Wanderer sind hier genau richtig. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken, so befindet sich z.B. oberhalb des Ferienhauses ein sehr gepflegter Stein- und Skulpturenpfad. Die Apartments sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber sowie mit eigenem Bad. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat auch der große Garten gefallen, den die Kinder zum spielen nutzen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Andrea (7/5): Gute Unterkunft, sehr ruhige Lage - Die Betten waren bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung war sauber und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. In Schulenberg ist leider gar nichts los. Man kann nicht einmal Brötchen kaufen. In der Wohnung hat uns die beschriebene Gemütlichkeit gefehlt.

Olga (7/5): Empfehlenswert - Alles in Ordnung, es war sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits, in der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen.

Herman2971 (9/5): Geräumige saubere Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten am Ende einer (momentanen) Sackgasse. - Das Haus mit der Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, momentan am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es ist einfach zu finden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind in Clausthal-Zellerfeld zu finden, ca. acht Kilometer entfernt. Vom Küchenfenster konnten wir den Brocken sehen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gibt zwei Bäder für vier Personen (je ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad). Der Küchentisch ließ sich etwas vergrößern, dadurch hatten wir genug Platz. Der Spiegel im Bad hängt etwas niedrig und es fehlt eine Spülmaschine in der Küche. Leider ist die Durchfahrt zum Stausee gesperrt, wodurch ein Umweg in Kauf genommen werden muss.
