Philip (10/5): Moon Suite apartments, a perfect place to stay on a budget. - The property was modern, clean and well equipped. It was a short walk from the building I was visiting in Antalya, was close to the beach and was perfect for my needs. The only hiccup I experienced was actually caused by booking.com. When I arrived late on the evening of my arrival, I had not received the code to enable me to gain entry to my apartment. I sent a text to the contact I had for the property and they sent me the details I needed, even though they were not at the property or indeed working. This employee was as I later found out, a lady named Nargiza. She looked out for me the following day to make sure everything had been okay the night before. I have to say however, bookings sent me entry details via an email that arrived at 11.15am the day after my arrival, a big fail for them. Throughout my stay, Nargiza was friendly and efficient and always willing to assist in any way. I don’t know who owns the apartments, but if I owned them, I would pay Nargiza a much higher wage as she is a total asset to the business. I hope the owners appreciate her. I will definitely stay at this property again if visiting Antalya. Nothing

silvia (10/5): - I really enjoyed stayed in Moon Suite. It was our 4th visit in same place so as you can see we enjoyed the place. You can find all facilities nearby so no problem at all. The staff specially receptionist is nice and helpful all the time. Definitely recommend this place for short or long stay(this time we stayed for a days, before it was 2 weeks). No problem at all.

Klaus (8/5): - Gute Lage nah zur Steilküste, gute Busverbindung auf der Hauptstraße und schnell Verbindung zum Flughafen ( kosten ca. 800 TL mit Taxi ), jede Menge Cafés in der Umgebung, superfreundliches personal. Unser Favorit zum Frühstück: Beaver ; und an der Steilküste : Denizyüzü ( sehr Basic und nicht stylisch dafür authentisch und preiswert) Insgesamt ein gutes Produkt für den Preis. Schöne wäre eine sinnvolle Gestaltung der gartenfläche damit ein Anreiz besteht diese zu nutzen. Empfehlenswert wären Lichtschalter am Bett oder Nachttischlampen. Konstruktiv bedingt bei Neubauten sind die Wände relativ dünn und das Wohlbefinden hängt stark vom verhalten des Nachbarn ab. Wir konnten in der Regel gegen Mitternacht gut schlafen

Daarnaast was de omgeving heerlijk rustig, wat voor ons erg belangrijk was. De kamers waren schoon, ruim en comfortabel. Ook willen we receptioniste Nergis speciaal bedanken. Ze was ontzettend lief, gastvrij, hartverwarmend en zeer professioneel in haar werk. Dankzij haar voelden we ons extra welkom.

The staff is definitely this property's greatest asset. Kind, attentive, and always ready to help—to a degree that surprised us. Nargiza, the girl who welcomed us to the apartment, deserves special mention. The girl who seemed to be at work nonstop when we asked for a clothes dryer in the evening, even though she was already home, came back and delivered it herself. An employee so dedicated to her guests deserves the highest praise. The apartment requires a general technical inspection and renovation.

Shah (10/5): Excellent! - The location is just a 10–12 minute walk from Lower Dundun Waterfall. Hotels and a shopping center are also within walking distance. The host/owner, Nargiza, is very cooperative and responds quickly to any questions. She suggested places to visit and eat, which really made our day! Additionally, the hotel has dedicated parking, and the sea walk (just 5 minutes away) is incredibly scenic during the early morning or daytime. Nothing, Everything is perfect.

Место это высокое. Сковорода с тонким дном не бывает ровной, что не удобно.

It was great value for the stay. It needed a bit more put into the basic facilities in the apartments. Salt, pepper, olive oil, lamps to have mood lighting. the clothes drying rack was rusted and falling apart. It needs just a bit of money and attention paid to keep everything organised.

The location of the apartment we had taken was excellent and we saw our beautiful waterfall in a few minutes' walk. And from every side, this luxury apartment made it easy to access the market and shopping centers, as well as transportation. And something else that I really didn't expect. This apartment, in my opinion, was five-star, stylish and clean, which was really more than I imagined. Before the trip, we were worried about the unfamiliarity of the city, but God gave me the greatest help, and that was that at the entrance we met a woman named Narges, who was incredibly beautiful, kind, full of energy, happy, and fluent in English. She would gladly and cheerfully help me with anything I had to do and would not hesitate to help me. She managed all the apartments, the hardworking staff, and the guests, and I am really happy that I met her on this trip. Someone who might wait for the guests for hours and even late at night so that the guests would not be disturbed and that they would not have any problems when receiving the keys. Finally, I really recommend anyone who wants to travel to Antalya to make their stay more memorable in this super five-star apartment with reliable staff. Nothing

Great location - a seaside promenade is just 200 meters away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nargiz at the reception was very friendly and constantly made sure that guests had everything they needed. They even made an exception for me - despite their cancellation policy, they allowed me to shorten my stay by three days and refunded the money. The water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

Девушка Наргиз на ресепшн очень внимательная и приветливая! Она нам очень помогала в наших вопросах! Местонахождение отеля превосходное, море очень близко в 2 минутах ходьбы, рядом много магазинов, кафе и ресторанов. Сам отель в современном стиле, нас было 7 человек, и всем очень понравилось! Надеемся,что вернёмся туда ещё раз!

Дуже привітна дівчина на ресепшені - завжди щира посмішка та бажання нам домогти. Прибирання - кожні мабуть 3-4 дні - як в нову квартиру заїжджали. Дуже чисто, охайно - все помито, постіль рушники свіжі чисті. В апартаментах - є усе необхідне. Нове та чисте. Багато посуду. Великий холодильник, посудомийка, пральна машина, праска, фен, телевізор (Netflix, YouTube). Біла постільна білизна, гарний матрас та куча подушок. Кондиціонери усіх кімнатах. Хороший душ, чистий та горяча вода (бо інколи в Анталійскіх апартаментах це розкіш) Єдине що не сподобалось - це відсутність ліфта. Бо в нас було багато валіз - а жили ми на 2 поверсі. Але!!! Це мінус - це зрозуміло , і це не вирішиш при бажані. Тому ми з розумінням.

Людмила (8/5): Отличное размещение и уютный, чистый отель - Прекрасный, уютный и очень чистый аппарт-отель в спокойном районе Анталии, недалеко от моря. Хозяйка очень милая и приветливая, всегда на связи. Отлично говорит на английском и немного на русском. При возникновении сложностей - быстро всё решила. Wi-fi есть, для работы хватило скорости. Чистое постельное белье и удобные кровати. Выспаться удалось прекрасно. Чистая и удобная ванная комната со всем необходимым, с новой сантехникой. Уборка раз в три дня. Не очень хорошая шумоизоляция.
ANATOLII (10/5): - Чистый , уютный апарт. В двух минутах ходьбы от классной набережной и 10 минутах ходьбы от водопада Дюден . Удобное расположение , все рядом. Русскоязычные аптеки, рестораны , магазины Мигрос и тд. Приятный персонал, есть русскоязычная женщина которая обеспечивает клининг! На ресепшен работает девочка Наргиза , говорит немного на русском , чистом английском ну и турецком. В любой момент можно к ней обратиться и она поможет решить вашу проблему. В целом классная локация так что рекомендую!

I booked it as accommodation only .. property was clean and tidy. Hotel stile bedrooms with egiprion cotton linen. Clean towels and slippers. Tea,coffee, sugar salt,washing powder and dishwasher product provided. All in working order. Large fridge freezer ,electric cooker,dishwasher and washing mashine.. Communication with Natgiza trough WhatsApp was excellent. Nothing to complain about accommodation or staff.

Could do with an update on appliances for example a microwave would have been amazing. But everything was clean and worked great and managed to cook some nice homemade meals for me and my son. Also a few more play things in the garden for a little older kids would be amazing.

Очень удивил судочек с порошком для стирки и капсулы для посудомоечной машины. Предоставляют одноразовые полотенца для рук и туалетную бумагу,питьевую воду можно набрать бесплатно на первом этаже В спальной комнате только одна розетка у кровати. Все розетки плохие в апартаментах и зарядные белочки плохо держаться,пообещали исправить ситуацию в ближайшее время!

Muhammed (10/5): Clean, Comfy, Walking Distance to Beach and Restaurants. - Hostess was absolutely amazing, the hospitality and care received from Nargiza was second to none 10/10. The apartment was super clean very impressed, easy enough to find, location although hidden away not too bad considering the beach and everything else is walking distance. I cannot fault the apartment or the staff, what I would advise is if you have small children please note that the walls are quite thin. Unlucky for us we had some extremely noisey neighbours who clearly did not sleep and kept my two little girls awake most nights.

Nargiza at the reception was extremely welcoming and will be happy to help you with the city and going around. We had a very late night check-in, however there was clear communication from Nargiza on the check-in process which i really appreciate. The property is close to beach and waterfall. Also there are lot of restaurants and grocery stores within 10 to 15 min walk. Overall i loved the stay. None.

Everything was thoughtfully provided for comfort: air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, dishes, a refrigerator, and more. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful — always ready to help, answer any questions, and even just chatting with her was a pleasure. The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and welcoming. Housekeeping was done every three days. The area around the hotel has plenty of great places to visit and offers beautiful views. The Lower Düden Waterfall is only a 20–30 minute walk away. The only reason I gave this hotel 9 out of 10 instead of a perfect score is that the soundproofing could be better, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms was sometimes noticeable.
