Particularly liked the courtyard for relaxing breakfasts and evening drinks and the location was perfect for strolls to the beach and a short drive to the lovely town of Rye Nothing

It’s in a built up area so unfortunately a neighbour was playing loud music all afternoon and late into night on our first day. The property was not thoroughly cleaned eg a used tissue left in bathroom cabinet.
