- Masego (7/5): There is room for improvement in how the host communicates with customers, particularly in being more friendly and consi - The property was clean and in a very safe location The host does not offer cleaning services. We requested cleaning and the house was cleaned only once during our 7-day stay. This was a bit challenging for us as we were travelling with kids and had to clean the house ourselves. Also is was not easy to convince Host to provide cleaning service there was a point where he asked us to cancel the booking if we are not happy with the package
