- Hans-jürgen (10/5): What a lovely place to be - It is cosy. The room was super-clean, the bed very comfy and the view from the balcony was just amazing. It is really a great place to be. I stayed almost two weeks and I didn’t want to leave. I’m still missing the balcony. Guido is a great host. The breakfast was good but for a long stay lacking a bit of variety.

- William (9/5): Fabulous view, quiet hill-top location - The property is in a quiet hill-top location. A car is recommended to access property and local places of interest. We had the triple room with sea view. The view from the small balcony was superb, with a wide panorama over sea and land. The room and bathroom were large and decorated to a high standard with good quality fittings and furnishings. Guido was very helpful and responded quickly to messages. We were there in low season (October), which affected our experience. The village was walking distance but we found no restaurants open as expected from other reviews, and the one restaurant we found a drive away close to the sea was not good. We ate one night in Pisciotta (a 20 minute drive) at Osteria del Borgo and had a superb meal. A couple of minor points: We were disappointed by the breakfast, following other reviews describing the fresh local ingredients and experience of breakfasts on our previous 10 days road trip. We had some fruit, packaged pancakes, cake/biscuits and unfortunately the cereal was stale. The hot water was variable. On our first evening it was cool, and only comfortably warm on our last evening/morning.
