Amazingly well equipped and clean kitchen and appliances. I cannot fault the host's kindness and care. The view and location are truly SUPERB! The accommodation is EXCEPTIONALLY SPACIOUS . Many thanks to the host for a lovely stay. The photos on the site are true and accurate. But I was disappointed that on arrival the bathroom and bedroom in particular ( whilst clean) are faded and old fashioned. The location however offset this issue.

Visited Ty Coch Inn with a lovely walk along the beach, Abe - Location was perfect, right on the sea front with beautiful views and a short walk to the town. Great base for visiting other towns / beaches. Private parking which is a must. Nothing to dislike.
• Andrew (10/5): Fabulous apartment - This apartment is the best we have ever had. It is so big and superbly furnished with TVs in every room. The kitchen is so spacious with everything you could ever need. They don't come much better than this and it includes the best sea view of Criccieth beach and the castle Nothing
• Avril (10/5): A wonderful relaxing week enjoying this lovely apartment overlooking Criccieth Bay & the Castle - Our stay in Llety, Criccieth was wonderful. A very well appointed apartment on the ground floor with parking outside the door. The rooms were large, light, airy and spotlessly clean throughout. The kitchen has everything you could possibly ever need. The view from the lounge Bay window is spectacular. You can see the whole Bay and the Castle. We could not have picked a better location. It is also just a short walk from the town and Criccieth has lots of nice places to eat. We will return There was nothing about LLety we didn't like.

• Sandra (10/5): Magnificent view, warm welcome and super dog-friendly - This was one of the best ever equipped properties/ they thought of everything (especially in the kitchen). Super dog friendly. Quiet location and the most magnificent view from the breakfast table! Free parking outside the door. Three TVs and Netflix too. Great cafés nearby and eating places and takeaways just 3 minutes walk away. Planning to return as soon as we can. Loved everything - nothing to report here!
• Tina (10/5): Perfect break 😎 - The location is fantastic and so is the accommodation. You can park right outside the front door. Within walking distance of everything you need. The walk to Pwllheli is lovely but 3 miles on the road spoils it . There's not much you can't like about llety because even the television works. Maybe if I had to choose something to change I'd change the bed for a super king size. There's room for it but the bed at llety is very comfortable 😊
