- Philippa (8/5): Nice location to enjoy Urunga and Bellingen (when it isn't crowded) - A problem with Booking.com (not the accommodation) was the incorrect number was provided to the accommodation house, which had never been provided to Booking.com. An explanation is required.
- Alisha (1/5): - Everything Nothing
- Brendan Coffs (10/5): -
- Barry (10/5): -
- Sienna (8/5): Excellent accommodation - Perfect for a 3 night getaway. On arrival the host greeted us and gave us some nice spots to explore. The place was clean and tidy. Would come again.
- Todd (10/5): Great - The owner was friendly and offered assistance with detail. Also overall just an extremely pleasant experience with a spacious place to stay. Immaculate condition and entertainment was incredibly broad which was nice.
- Catherine (10/5): - Convenient to where I was visiting
- Peter (9/5): Host was very accomodating and flexible - property was very comfortable -
- simon (10/5): - Private setting quite and peaceful, country feel with chickens plucking about and green rolling hills in view, undercover parking an added bonus. Hosts very welcoming’ highly recommended Tea bag’s looked like they were from the 70s and the salt shaker was wet and the salt barely shook out, very minor issues as iv rated it a 10/10 but it one was to nit pic there’s mine🤭
- Rohan (10/5): Great place to stay - Great location. Friendly host.
- Laurice and Mark (10/5): -
- martin (5/5): - Tiny facilities
- Paula (8/5): - John was very friendly and met us when we arrived. He explained everything that we needed to know. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we required. It was good value for money. The television was a little small.
- Toni (9/5): A peaceful stopover. - It is conveniently located 5 klms off the M1 and a leisurely drive into the township of Belligen. I would have liked a better bed. It was fine but I think it’s time for a new one.
- Christine (9/5): Enjoyable - The ambience and the trees
- Liesa (7/5): Venue was quiet and not to far off the freeway - Location was quiet as we were travelling needed to stay at a quiet place. Bed would have been good to be more solid

- Scuri (10/5): Hi had a very pleasant stay, quiet surroundings, comfortable bed, clean and close to town but far enough to be immersed - Clean, quiet and comfortable Nothing, it was all good.
- Dittloff (7/5): Rural feel with eclectic accomodation - Largish room with sofa and plenty of space. Loved the electric blanket on the bed. Eclectic kitchenette, using recycled materials. The owner directed us to the orange tree, where we were able to pick our own oranges (chemical free). Owner very friendly and helpful The sheets were very crinkled. Needed to put on small heater the whole time as it was very cold. The bathroom was tiny with not much storage space. There was black hair in the shower plug hole. The towel rack was a nice idea but unstable. Needs to be fixed to the wall. The location was such that you needed to drive everywhere, eg. to eat in Bellingen.

Well equipped, undercover parking and hospitable host.
- Michelle (8/5): recommended for a short stay for two. - Location was very well placed, being 15 mins or so from Coffs and only 6 mins to Bellingen. Rural quite. setting. Easy to follow instructions. Small but nicely appointed, clean and with everything you need, including an outside BBQ and covered eating area. Car was undercover also. Hosts were very accomodating and took the time to show us around. Bathroom was a little small but again nicely appointed and with everything you need.
- Kym (9/5): Enjoyed our short stay. John was helpful with local information. Would definitely stay again . -
- Judy (8/5): Very good -
- Ross (10/5): Fabulous place for a night or two and really close to Bellingen - Fabulously clean

- Evan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maureen (8/5): Clean, comfortable, private and good value for money - The location was some way out of town but quiet at night. Parking was undercover which was welcome as it rained heavily. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was new and water pressure very good for a country property. There was no hob, although there was an electric fry pan. There did not appear to be a hairdryer anywhere. There was no place in the bathroom to put make up, toothpaste etc so needed to use kitchen shelf. At no fault of the owner I was kept awake by a loud drip somewhere outside falling on something metal.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet and comfortable The TV reception wasn’t the best
- Susan (9/5): Good for a stopover on a drive to Bris/Syd. - The shutters and privacy was good. I felt safe and comfortable, enjoyed watching TV which was conveniently placed on the wall in front of the bed. The bathroom is nice.
- David (9/5): Superb -
- Carlene (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable and qiuet and close to everything I needed.
- Maxine (9/5): Great studio room - clean and comfortable - Really clean and well organised unit perfect for my overnight stay! Nothing was great!
- Yuan (8/5): Very good -
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Debra (8/5): Relaxing and very comfortable overnight stay, - I was wanting ‘time out’ and it was perfect for that - rural location, with nice courtyard. Reasonably close to town by car, comfortable bed, plenty of kitchen items and it felt very private despite owners residing above the flat. Nothing.
- Karena's (3/5): No hot water - Upon arriving I was told that there was no hot water & there was a tradie currently fixing it. But, the host said "it's warm!". It wasn't. It was normal room temperature that would be chilly to try & shower under. And he said it should be hot in a couple of hours. It wasn't. I asked the host if it was something that broke that day & he said no. So he planned to get the hot water fixed when there was a guest?? After a couple of hours of no hot water I called the host who said it should be another few hours & he thought that was acceptable.
So then I had a stressful scramble to find new accommodation, in a town that was booked out. I get that sometimes things break down unexpectedly, but he should have told me there was a problem with one of the major utilities when it happened & given me more time to arrange somewhere else, instead of acting like it was just a little quirk. After driving for half the day, then hiking, I needed a shower & some dinner. So instead of it being a relaxing weekend, the first night was stressful. There was no apology, although I did finally get a refund.
- Rob_u (9/5): Superb -
- David (10/5): Just what I needed. - This is effectively a one-room apartment - suitable for a single person or couple. Very clean and thoughtfully set up. All of the things you might need for a slightly longer stay. Good fridge, microwave, washing up material etc. Very high standard of presentation. The host asks that you not wear shoes inside - an act of respect that helps maintain the space. Fresh indoor slippers were provided. Everything is fine. Well located away from the road to Bellingen but the road itself is not easy to walk on. The bonus however is that beautiful Bellingen is 5 minutes drive away, further down the road.
- Cameron (9/5): Superb - Fresh linen, lovely, outlook, quiet
- Naomi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lamberton (10/5): Friendly, luxurious, cosy. - Greeted on arrival with all instructions needed and friendly recommendations for dinner. High quality bed linen and towels, beautiful decor. Alot nicer than I was expecting.
- Janice (10/5): Very refreshing and peaceful - The property was beautifully appointed and utterly charming. The very rural property was so relaxing after a long trip, and the hosts friendly and welcoming. As we didn’t see you on leaving, we want to thank you for a lovely stay.
Janice and Allen Muscio
- Roslyn (10/5): A wonderful, peaceful stay and most of a all, with a kitchenette to cook dinner. - The location was convenient to town with bucolic views. One doesn't realise that one is actually on the lower floor of the main property.
