• Maverick22 (10/5): Appartamento eccezionale. - Appartamento che definirei quasi di lusso, con parcheggio privato al coperto in autorimessa, elettrodomestici e servizi di prima qualità, compresa buona domotica. L'host si preoccuperà di garantirvi l'accesso alla struttura anche in sua assenza, questo permette di avere un certo margine nell'orario di arrivo (comodo per i viaggi in moto, data la difficoltà nel prevedere un orario preciso di arrivo). Pulizia eccellente, presenza di grande terrazzo esterno, fonoisolamento dei serramenti di ottimo livello, tale da non far percepire il rumore proveniente dalla vicina strada. Presenza boiler 65 l per il riscaldamento dell'acqua, necessario effettuare una doccia breve se si è in 3/4 persone.

• Marija (10/5): Predivan stan na dobroj poziciji, cisto i uredno. - Stan izgleda tocno kao na slikama, ima sve sto vam moze zatrebati. Sve je bilo cisto i uredno. Parking mjesto u garazi odmah do lifta. Definitivno super omjer cijene i kvalitete.

• Veselin (9/5): Много хубав град и много хубав апартамент. - Изключително чист и уютен апартамент. Голяма тераса! Градския транспорт до апартамента малко неудобен, защото спирките са далеч и се минава през натоварени пътища до тях.

• Marijana (10/5): - Apartman je odlican. Docekali su nas sa sokicima u frizideru i sve je bilo toliko cisto i udobno. Jedva cekamo doci ponovo.

• Juan (9/5): - Apartamento súper limpio y cómodo los dos aseos con ducha dan mucho a la hora de ducharse toda la familia al mismo tiempo, la terraza super grande completamente amueblada encantadora para el relax después de un día largas caminatas. Único pequeño detalle no tenia tostadora.

Clés en safe box, très pratique pour arriver quand on le souhaite. Place de parking réservée très appréciable. Appart vraiment confortable, beaucoup de goût, toute la famille a aimé !
• Gianfranco (10/5): Ottimo appartamento a spalato. - La casa è in un’ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro città che località vicine, essendo ubicata vicino all’ingresso dell’autostrada. L’abitazione è di nuovissima costruzione ed dotata di ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice e un salone davvero molto confortevole. La pulizia davvero impeccabile, biancheria pulitissima. Chicca è la terrazza (balcone) dotato di sdraio e poltrone davvero utili per fumare una sigaretta o fare quattro chiacchiere in compagnia. Davvero consigliassimo. A due passi dal MALL OF SPLIT un centro commerciale dotato di ogni negozio. N.B. Consiglio di noleggiare una macchina perché bus non ve ne sono. La casa è posizionata vicino ad una strada ad alta percorrenza per cui non è possibile dormire con i balconi aperti per il troppo rumore. Ma tutto è compensato da infissi ottimi che se chiusi non fanno trapelare un minimo rumore.

• Sesili (10/5): Just perfect - The property was very clean and cozy. The beds creaked a little with even slight movement, which was uncomfortable.

• Cheng (10/5): Loved it - We really liked the apartment it was our favourite stay of our trip. Everything was very new and clean in the apartment. There was 2 bathrooms with toilet bowls which made it very convenient for a family of 5 pax. There was also a washing machine available. It was clean, comfortable and would return again if we are back in split. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was very big with a walk in wardrobe, but the second room with 3 beds was a bit smaller and harder for 3 persons to stay in. The fan in the second room was not very strong and it was a bit warmer if the windows are not opened. There was also no clear instructions for check in provided and only given upon contacting the host. We had to drive around wondering where the parking lot was and wander around while waiting for further instructions.

• Antonija (10/5): Perfect stay - We had fantastic stay at Fortuna. It has a great location near shopping centers, garage with a reserved parking spot and its no more than 10 minutes ride from the city center/harbour. Altough its overlooks the busy roads the isolation was perfect and we had no troubles falling asleep. The whole apartment is at its shown on the photos, well equipped and clean. Everything was perfect.

Thorough - The property was spotlessly clean, tidy and well equipped. Everything you could require was there. Clear details on how to access the apartment, its facilities and the garage space. Excellent! Nothing
• Harrison (10/5): Awesome location and lovely owner - Stayed for ultra croatia, Owner was lovely on arrival, allowed us to have an early check in and arrived with the keys on time. He then showed us around the apartment how to use all the appliances/roller shutters and made it feel very much like home, even left a few cold beers in the fridge for us. 10/10 would recommend for anybody. Also a great location 10 minutes from the city centre and within a 3 minute walk from the mall of split. Having the hot water system turned on when we arrived.

It has parking and supermarket just below the building.. 10 min drive from split center and a 2 min walk distance from mall of split No air condition in the rooms -only fans. It is o.k if you leave the door of the living room open
