• Anastasia (4/5): Unacceptable and unprofessional - Large windows with a nice view, nice decor, and a peaceful location. The accommodation consists of two apartments. We had booked the upper one because it was advertised as having a nice view and a private terrace. However, upon arrival, we were given the lower apartment, which was dark and located right next to the road. When we pointed out to the host that she had given us the wrong apartment, she told us that someone else was staying in the one we had booked. She then began speaking loudly in Italian, smoking, talking on the phone, and generally ignoring us. Only after we mentioned that we would contact Booking did she agree—several hours later—to move us to the upper apartment. Even then, we were only given partial access. The apartment included a kitchen and a staircase leading to the bedroom, but the host informed us that the kitchen was hers and we were not allowed to use it. The next morning, other guests knocked on our door to access the kitchen and were upset that we had locked the door overnight. They proceeded to make breakfast while we were still sleeping. The listing stated that the apartment had a private entrance and balcony, neither of which were provided. As a final detail, the host asked us to walk barefoot in the house without offering any slippers, and the pillows were very old, yellowed, and had an unpleasant smell.

• Luis (10/5): Relax, paz y vida ! - Me gustó del alojamiento propiamente dicho, la higiene, la comodidad y la excelente atención. Vale destacar el gran empeño puesto de manifiesto por parte de la Sra. Barbara para satisfacer todas nuestras exigencias y siempre atenta a nuestras consultas y expectativas. Una maravilla! Vale la pena volver en alguna otra oportunidad que se nos presente. Dejarlo, el final de la estadía. Siempre es poco el tiempo cuando se la pasa muy bien. En Relax

• Fabrizio (10/5): - Bellissimo week-end trascorso nella cornice di Caggi, piccola frazione di Borgosesia. Siamo stati accolti benissimo dall'host Barbara, gentilissima e molto preparata sulle diverse attività presenti nella zona, ottima la colazione preparata direttamente da lei. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la camera, ben arredata e pulitissima, dotata di ampi finestroni che permettono l'ingresso di luce naturale. Torneremo sicuramente!
