• KirstyWM (8/5): Great hosts, great location - Lin and Dave were amazing, really made you feel welcome. They took time to speak to you. Its was a beautiful building, it needs a little work time and money spent on it, but nothing can be taken away from the lovely pair. Really made out stay enjoyable. The little touches of care they showed, even got an chocolate egg with breakfast on Easter Sunday. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice from cereals to yoghurt followed by a full English with toast and a large pot of tea. We were there through the Storm and this was the only thing we didnt like, due to banging windows and doors from the wind, no reflection on the hosts at all.

Slept well, Plenty places to park and only a short walk to the center of town. All in all it was everything you'd expect from a Blackpool b and b.

Also a nice touch it's no smoking, as alot of places we've stayed in Blackpool we've had to put up with the smell of drugs. Not here though! Wil definitely be returning. Slightly far from the centre, but only £5 in a taxi so not bad at all. So I don't dislike anything

The price for a bed and breakfast was exceptional The bed wasn't very comfy and the interior decor and furniture could really do with a an update throughout. Some of the paintwork and shower was in need of deep clean.

The breakfast was really nice and plentiful, with as much or as little as you want, cooked breakfast and or cereals yogurts etc. The hotel was very clean, and the room adequate with very comfortable bed, and everything you could possibly require in your room, hairdryer, kettle, tea coffee etc. Nice big bath towels with lovely shower. We liked everything about the hotel..although a little way out of the town, it was still handy fir everywhere with the trams just round the corner from the hotel..

Absolutely fantastic hospitality, very helpful both generally and with information on Blackpool and transport. Highly recommend.

Rooms were very clean. We not think twice about returning. Situated about 20 minutes on foot from the town centre, but you have the trams just minutes away if you choose to use them instead of walking. Definitely a lovely experience ☺️ Honestly there was nothing
