• Veneta (9/5): - We enjoyed our stay in Alkyoni appartment. The flat has everything you need to be at home while away from home. The temperature inside was very comfortable, while outside was hot. The location is very good, close to many nice beaches. Communication with host was very easy and fast. We were able to park easy on the street in front of the building.

• Ilias (7/5): Solo traveller - July 2025 - 4 nights - Good location, 5 mins walk from Akti Vouliagmenis beach. Some bakeries and restaurants within 10-15mins walk. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The WiFi was really bad, I was doing some remote work and really struggled, what made it worse is that phone signal was bad inside the apartment so I couldn’t use my roaming data either. Had to get out of the apartment to get a connection. This is personal to me though, appreciate not everyone needs internet services in the apartment. Also the bathroom door was difficult to close, had to force it closed. And the outside door at the main entrance was quite annoying, had to use excessive force to open it every time.

• Cailin (6/5): Basic apartment - The host met us to collect the keys and was responsive throughout our stay. The apartment meets your basic needs and has plenty of space with a kitchen. There are some personal items left throughout the apartment which makes the apartment feel lived in. Also, unfortunately the hot water didn't work for us and there was construction happening next door.

• Amy (10/5): Great location and lovely clean apartment - walking distance to the beach - The host met us to provide us with keys - our light was late and delayed but this was no issues for the host which we really appreciated! We loved the location as it is walking distance from our favourite beach club. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would need.

• Michalis (3/5): Good location; bed not fit for use and had to sleep on the couch. - The location is good, apartment nicely kitted out (save for bed). The bed was not fit for use, after one night stay my back was so sore I had to sleep on the couch the rest of the trip. The building is not well maintained and had a bit of a smell.
• Nisa (7/5): Good - I liked the location. The host was very friendly and reachable when needed. The facility was clean, and comfortable. It lacks daylight & you don't assume this is possible in Greece! It looks like entrance floor but because of the slope, you are below ground level in the rooms, hence even when you open the shutters, no daylight comes in. It was also extremely loud with repairs starting at 8 am, in the building and in surroundings, which wasn't very comfortable to rest.

• Betty (10/5): We decided on somewhere for our last day in Athens and this was perfect to just relax on the beach or the beautiful Lake - Very close to the beach and 1.8klm from beautiful Lake Vouliagmeni. Lovely area Spacious air con with all amenities. Very helpful host and let us stay til 3pm. Can’t fault it

• Edwin (4/5): Rude owners that ruined our holiday by incorrectly overcharging for 1 extra person - Location The place was nice, but the bed was very hard. we slept bad and our back hurts after 3 nights. Owners charged us with extra penalty because we were 2 people while the booking originally was for 1 (we forgot to adapt, out mistake). We had to pay 114€ extra, while extra charge for 2 people is always 41€, this difference is clearly to be seen for any date on booking.com. But owners refused to check it themselves so they had to admit they were wrong and they were charging us 70€ too much. When we said to pay 41€ cash now and discuss with booking to investigate this incorrect charge, they said we had to pay all 114€ directly or they would call police and kick us out of the appartment so we had no choice then to pay or we had to find a new hotel. Our holiday got completely ruined and we feel like they stool 70€ from us. They were very rude so we are logging a formal complaint with booking. I would not recommend to go there. In 20 years of holidays via booking or airbnb we never experienced something like this.
• Christos (9/5): Excellent option in kavouri - Fresh room with everything you might need for a stay no matter how many days. The location is very nice for someone to experience the seaside of kavouri. The city of voula is also very close. Quite neighborhood. The apartment is renovated and very nice decorated. A/c covers both heating and cooling. The big window doors have screens for the summer. The owner is very polite and eager to help. The price is very god for the area. Nothing really. But we stayed only one night. The bed seemed a bit hard at first contact. But our sleep was comfortable. Can't complain.

• Jelena (8/5): Great location - Location and space. The location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants, and the owner was really kind and provided so many useful tips. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your stay: all the bathroom and kitchen amenities, coffee, washing machines, etc. Very well equipped. It is dark, nonetheless the small balcony. The apartment is on the ground floor and has little light and no view, which is not something you prefer on vacation. The owner indeed (as I saw in other comments) keeps her personal staff and wardrobe in the apartment, which didn't bother us due to our short stay (2 days), but it is somethnig to be considered for longer stay.

• Nicole (7/5): OK experience - That the owner was responsive and nice. The place was bigger than expected and a good location for what we needed. The fact that we did not have hot water. After having a super cold shower and mentioning to the owner, we were informed that we (the guests) were supposed to turn the hot water on the apartment when no instructions was giving from the beginning. We stayed in another apartment in Greece and did not need to turn the hot water on and could shower normally as in any other apartment/hotel. Also there is nothing to hold the shower hose when you shower. The bed is very small for a couple and the freezer had a smell.
