• adrian (10/5): - fast and easy checkin , same for check out , everything was cool , many bars and restaurants on the ground floor , close market across the street .

• Ana (5/5): - Muy buena ubicación, barrio lleno de restaurantes y bien comunicado con tranvías. Varias cosas, ducha con moho ,sucia y sin puerta. No había manteles ni trapos cocina y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear.
• Burhan (8/5): - Tesisin konumu iyi. Şehir merkezine çok uzak degil. Tramvayin hemen yaninda ve metro duragi da çok yakın. Tesis ekipman olarak çok iyi, ihtiyaç olabilecek her türlü malzeme var. Evin iç ortamı da sakin ve huzurlu. Temiz. Sorun çıkması halinde tesis sahibi cözüm için ciddi bir çaba sarfediyor. Semt de guvenli bir bölge. İnsanlar geç saatletde bile rahatlıkla dolaşıyor. Cok yakında marketler var.

• Alejandra (10/5): Perfecto - Está muy bien aprovechado el espacio, es cálido y lo mejor fue la ubicación. Zona caminante y cercana al centro o a medios de transporte. Volveríamos!
• ROBERTO (7/5): - La ubicación de apartamento Nos falló la caldera del apartamento, afectando a la calefacción y principalmente al agua caliente. A pesar de que lo comunicamos, no se solucionó y lo peor es que ni si quiera nos dieron respuesta, alternativas o opciones.
• ALPARSLAN (10/5): - Шикарное месторасположение, мы путешествуем с детьми 14 и 1,5 года, и нам было очень комфортно и удобно добираться до всех достопримечательностей 10 минут пешком и даже до речного канала на прямом трамвае. Единственный нюанс это узкие лестницы и медленные лифты 😂, но это не зависит от арендодателя.
• Silfida (9/5): - Great attic apartment, with a view of the roofs, very good heating. Has everything you need. Trams 9 and 19 to the center are very close or on foot - about 30 minutes. good restaurants and cafes around. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One of the single beds cannot be used, the breakage is truly unbearable, we had to improvise.

• Daniel (1/5): - Unfortunately we lost a set of keys but did not think this would end up costing €400. We noticed this at 2230 at night and supposedly there were no spare set available but the host offered us another of his properties nearby for the night. He charged €150 for this plus a €50 deposit if we returned these keys. This was done through revolut transfer which i found suspicious. The apartment was not fit to host guests. There were no towels, no toilet paper and cleaning supplies all over the apartment. We returned these keys the next morning. The cleaner for both apartments arrived in the morning and we were both in contact with the host but when we asked for him to let us into the original apartment he demanded we pay another €200 through revolut. I knew this was done away from booking.com so we could not challange anything but we had no choice due to us having our belongings in the apartment including medication we needed which the host knew of. He now will not return any of the extra €400 he received. Even the money for the deposit for the keys of the 2nd apartment which were returned the next morning. Avoid at all costs. A scammer who will try and take advantage of any unfortunate situation. Ps. I obviosuly understand that there are costs for losing keys but believe there should have been a spare set available and that the host giving us no choice but to pay an extra €400 because we were desperate is completely disproportianate to the inconvience caused by lost keys.

• Mauricio (8/5): Confortável e bem localizada - Localização. Camas confortáveis e tudo limpo. Supermercado próximo e estacionamento próximo. A falta de um porta no box do chuveiro faz muita falta. Não tinha sabão para lava louças

• Wendy (10/5): First stay in Milano - Location great for food, walking, tram and metro. Appears to be a very safe location. Easy to access on arrival. Handy for supermarket. Gorgeous Croissants in cafe below for breakfast 😋. Didn't meet the hosts but they we available via messages if needed Photos accurate Everything great but very pleased the lift was working or may have been a different comment 😉

• Bev (9/5): Great location, easy to get around Milan! - Excellent location close to Metro and within walking distance to centre. Hosts were very responsive and super helpful before arrival. We'd definitely stay again!
• Kristin (9/5): Superb - The keys were not in the lock box as we had anticipated. We had to contact the host and have someone bring the keys.

A supermarket down the street and - Location and cleanliness of the apartment Need to carry luggage’s up a flight of stairs. Also there was a lady preventing us for using the lift upon our arrival. She speaks in Italian and can’t u de stand English. And we can speak her language and she was so mad with us for having to rent the apartment for two nights
• Isabelle (9/5): Superb - Really nice accommodation with all comfort needed. Friendly and reactive hosts - Thank you . The service was really good , it was quite easy to check in. The neighbourhood was perfect for us, calm, nice atmosphere but also nice places like the 'Giacomo Tabaccheria' where we could drink coffee and eat brioche. Tram and metro are near the appartment. We had a nice stay.
• Lizzy (9/5): Great modern design in a classic Italian building with convenient location and good price - Great location, super convenient for the check in with the keys close to the appartment just to pick up. Close to many restaurants and places to visit. The appartment has a great modern and beautiful design inside and old building. Is not their fault but the appartment construction is old then the lift do not arrive to the last floor, if someone has wheelchair or any issue with the knee/leg is hard to arrive to the last floor where the appartment is.

Check in instructions were very clear and host was very responsive! The area was so nice and lots of restaurants and bars close by. Tram was less than a minute walk away which was easy to get around town!

• Musfiqur (9/5): Overall nice stay - It had a microwave, dishwasher which are very rare based on my stay in Italy. I liked the collection of utensils. Also it was near and clean. The rest room was nice. A lot of shelfs to keep your dresses/stuffs. - The apartment is 1 stair above the 4th floor where elevator can reach. If you have many luggage or heavy luggage, it is painful to take them up the stairs. - The restroom does not have a lock.
