It was a great location just a couple of minutes from a metro stop, the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, and the extras like the hot tub and homemade cake made our stay very special. Stavros was a lovely host who gave us a great introduction to the property, as well as lots of info about Athens, and happy to help if we needed it. We would love to stay again Nothing!

Views from property were also great - and the hot tub was very relaxing. Everything was clean and we had an enjoyable stay. Wifi went out twice during our stay, but host was very quick to respond via text and his solution fixed the issue.

Un appartement au top, nous étions comme à la maison, propreté, sécurité, le jacuzzi, la qualité de la literie... c'était parfait, sans aucun doute la meilleure réservation de ma vie. L'emplacement est proche de la station de métro, les commerces autour, le coin est paisible et la vue est incroyablement... Merci encore à Stravos, c'était un réel plaisir pour nous et si on revient, cela sera chez lui ! Rien
• Andrzej (9/5): Bardzo polecam - Stavros jest świetnym gospodarzem, który wszystko nam wytłumaczył oraz odpowiadał na nasze pytania. Jacuzzi świetnie się spisywało, a tarasy pozwalały oglądać Ateny z różnych stron. Lokalizacja obok stacji metra też na plus. Były małe problemy z Wi-Fi
• Giada (10/5): - Stavros and Claire are two amazing and kind hosts. The apartment itself is fantastic, located 5 minutes from a metro station and 20 minutes away from Acropolis, and in a nice and quiet neighbourhood (+ the view is incredible). 10/10!!!

• aude wertheimer (10/5): Exeptionel - Un séjour au top, logement était vraiment nickel, propre, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, grand, calme, moderne, a deux minutes du métro avec toutes les commodités a proximité : supérettes, boulangerie et restaurant. Vous trouverez à votre arrivée tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour pour cuisiner et même plus! Les draps et les serviettes sont changés régulièrement... Mais le plus incontestable du logement reste l' accueil qu'on vous y fera ! Stavros et sa femme sont ultra réactifs, précédentes même vos demandes et vos besoins avec de très gentilles attentions à votre arrivée, ainsi qu'au cours de votre séjour. Objectivement, je pense que cet établissement à été celui dans lequel nous avons été le mieux reçu de toutes nos réservations sur Booking et autres. Le petit déjeuner est très complet sans compter les gâteaux de Claire délicieux. La localisation est super aussi. Métro à proximité mais , pour our notre part , nous avons tout fait à pieds. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ! Une seule envie : revenir!

• ARTUR (10/5): Było bardzo fajnie i jak będziemy kolejny raz to pewnie rozważymy ten sam apartament. - Bardzo wygodny, nowoczesny apartament, z niezwykle sympatycznym i pomocnym właścicielem. W pobliżu wiele miejsc na kawę (Attica - nasze ulubione) oraz coś do szybkiego zjedzenia. Blisko stacja metra co ułatwia poruszanie się po Atenach i dotarcie do centrum turystycznego (okolice Akropolu). Stavros i jego małżonka przygotowali dla nas pyszne ciasto i produkty na śniadanie. Obiekt dysponuje jaccuzi co jest fajną opcja na wieczorny relaks. Haha niezbyt podobał się nam ruch na ateńskich ulicach ;) i ceny biletów do ateńskich atrakcji turystycznych - ale to niezależne od naszego przemiłego gospodarza ;))) No i Stavros (nasz gospodarz) nie wspomniał ;)), ze na pobliskich ulicach (ulicy) jest taki fajny bazar na świeżym powietrzu, gdzie można kupić wspaniałe warzywa i owoce, a na który natknąłem się całkowicie przypadkiem i to niestety ostatniego dnia...

• Radka (10/5): - Moc krásný apartmán, blízko historického centra (3 zastávky metrem, nicméně pěšky se dá pohodlně dostat taktéž). Ocenili jsme, že je apartmán situovan do klidné ulice. Pan majitel byl velmi milý, před příjezdem nám zaslal informace o památkách, restauracích i dopravě v Athénách. Navíc na nás při příjezdu čekal domácí čokoládový chlebíček, v průběhu pobytu jsme dostali domácí sušenky a ovoce. Určitě doporučujeme.

• Viktoria (8/5): Super Gastgeber mit schöner Wohnung - Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und die Betten super bequem. Der Gastgeber Stavros war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Kuchen zur Begrüßung und 2 Tage später selbst gebackene Kekse gebracht 🍪 die wirklich sehr lecker waren! 😍 Die Unterkunft liegt nah an der U-Bahn Station und so war alles super zu erreichen!

• Maria (10/5): - Todo ha sido genial. Empezando por el recibimiento de Stavros con una gran sonrisa y amabilidad a pesar del retraso de nuestro vuelo, hasta la despedida. Claire, su mujer, horneó un bizcocho muy rico, además de unas galletas. Incluso tuvieron un detalle con la peque dejando un regalo para ella. Había zumos, agua fría, fruta, café, infusiones, miel,azúcar etc. para poder desayunar muy bien. El menaje es correcto y bonito. La casa, muy cómoda, con todo limpio y nuevo. Destacan las terrazas (una para comer, otra con el gran jacuzzi) y un balcón donde también puedes sentarte y tomar algo admirando la Acrópolis y Filopapo. Además, hemos podido hacer un check out tardío sin coste adicional que nos ha venido superbién El apartamento está a escasos minutos a pie del metro Aghios Ioannis. El traslado desde el aeropuerto en metro es cómodo ya que hay escaleras mecánicas que te ayudan a subir la maletas (aunque hay un trasbordo es muy muy rápido y fácil). La zona nos pareció bien, y hay supermercados cerca. La comunicación con Stavros es fácil y fluida. -
• Ellen (10/5): Een geweldig appartement met grote terrassen - We hebben met het gezin (met 2 kinderen van 20 en 16 jaar) een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit prachtige, superschoon en mooi ingerichte appartement. Het appartement heeft drie fantastische terrassen, waarvan 1 terras een lekkere jacuzzi en een zitje heeft, 1 terras een grote eettafel en 1 terras mooi uitzicht op de Acropolis heeft. De ligging is goed vlakbij de metro, dus je bent in een paar haltes bij de Acropolis. Er is overal airconditioning en de ramen hebben horren en luiken. De eigenaar Stavros is echt buitengewoon attent en behulpzaam. We werden verwend met zelfgebakken cake en koekjes van zijn vrouw. Ook lag er van alles in de koelkast wat we konden pakken, zoals wijn, cola, fruit etc. Verder goede bedden en een fijne regendouche. Dit appartement is echt een aanrader. Stavros, heel erg bedankt en we komen graag nog een keer terug! Niets
• Markus (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip eine gute Unterkunft - Unterkunft war sehr sauber, viele Balkone, Aussicht auf die Akropolis, Whirlpool war sauber und ist super nach einem heißen Tag in Athen. Wir kamen leider durch unseren Flug sehr spät an und unsere Zimmerkarte für Strom funktionierte nicht. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und bemüht aber wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schlechte erste Nacht. Kein Strom, keine Klima und es war sehr heiß in Athen. Am Morgen bekamen wir dann aber eine neue & wäre der Vermieter im Land gewesen hätte er uns sicher sofort geholfen. War leider ein schlechter Zufall. Aber Stavros ist sehr nett & hat auch mitten in der Nacht versucht das Problem zu lösen.
• Roberto (10/5): Soggiorno nel centro di Atene - Location perfetta per una visita ad Atene, appartamento su due piani, pulito e dotato di ogni confort, vicino alla fermata metro Aghios Ioannis. La vista sull'Akropoli la rende ancora più incantevole, inoltre tornare dopo una giornata di visita ed immergersi nella vasca idromassaggio non ha prezzo. Stavros è un host eccezionale, ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, sempre pronto e attento ad ogni nostro bisogno. Lui e sua moglie Claire ci hanno viziato con torte e biscotti, rendendo il nostro soggiorno perfetto. Grazie!!! Niente
• Jan (9/5): Excellent accommodotion in a very good location - We loved the location, the view, a modern apartment for this price, the jacuzzi, the host was very friendly and hospitable. We recommend it!! We were with 4 people and didn't have place enough to put our suitcases. It would have been comfortable if there would have been a shower downstairs too. But these are really small things in a great appartement were we stayed 3 days.

• Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - Stavros was an excellent host, it started with being there when we arrived from the airport in the middle of the night to show us in and explain the necessary. His wife baked us a cake and cookies which was a nice touch and we enjoyed eating them! There was also some breakfast stuff available as well as Dolce Gusto coffee. We enjoyed it, especially the first morning. The flat was well equipped and exactly what we needed, clean cosy and practical. We loved the jacuzzi and the big terrace downstairs for our meals. The views were fabulous. A short stroll away was the metro which brought us to the centre very quickly. There are many shops in the area and some nice bakeries. We had a great stay, thank you Stavros! Nothing really, maybe just a tip to give. We had not realised that there were shutters for the windows - they are all sliding and they all have 3 tracks, one glass, then net to keep insects out (we didn't use that as there were no insects) and thirdly shutters to keep the sun out.

The quiet apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and less than 30mIn walk to the heart of Athens. Relaxing in the spa at the end of the day and watching the sunset over Acropolis from the balcony was a bonus.

• Lehner (10/5): Perfect Birthday Weekend Stay - We stayed at Stavro’s appartment in Athens for my birthday trip, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal—just a 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood was calm and charming, with a few delightful coffee shops nearby where we could unwind. Plus, it was so close to all the major sightseeing spots, which made it perfect for a city getaway. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning. With four balconies offering lovely views of the city, it truly felt like a serene oasis. After a long day of sightseeing, the jacuzzi was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The place was impeccably clean, and every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Stavros, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful—he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local recommendations. To top it off, his wife baked us the most delicious homemade cookies, which were such a sweet touch and added to the warmth of our stay. Everything was just perfect, and we would definitely book again the next time we visit Athens. This apartment truly made our trip unforgettable! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. Nothing, everything was perfect really.
• Yeshas (10/5): A beautiful apartment and an equally wonderful host♥️ - Stavros was an amazing host, the apartment and it's location was just perfect for us. The jacuzzi helped us relax after a long day of sightseeing. Note to fellow travellers: The booking included breakfast but mind you it's not a hotel so you can't expect buffet breakfast. The host provided a home cooked delicious cake by his daughter (which we loved), some fruits, juices and other refreshments that were sufficient for our stay. Thanks to Stavros and Claire for providing us with a warm and comfortable stay. This was one of our best trips.
• Peter (10/5): The best apartment in Athens, stay here, you won't be disappointed. - From when we arrived to when we left the whole experience was exceptional. Stavros couldn't have been more helpful. The location was great, a 2 minute walk from the Metro and only 3 stops to the Acropolis, also easy to get to the airport with just one change. A good supermarket, deli, coffee shops and bakeries all within 2 minutes walk. We have made a life long friendship with Stavros, when we next visit Athens we will definitely stay at this apartment again. If you plan to visit Athens, STAY HERE. Thank you for everything Stavros. • Haruna (10/5): Great! - One of the best hosts we ever had, so helpful and very sweet. Definitely worth the stay, if we ever have a chance to come back to Athens, coming here again. It’s located close to the metro and even though it’s convenient, it didn’t feel noisy at all. The jacuzzi was amazing after a long day walking, and the view was nice! Nothing.
• Gábor (10/5): Perfection. - Stavros is the best host I've encountered. He is incredbily helpful and upfront always ready to help, he even reaches out if anything is needed. He let us stay in the apartment since our flight was late which was a huge help for is. The house is brand new (I think it was built in 2024), and so is the apartment. Very clean, bright and the best part: the balconies. Because you have 4(!) of them. The view is fantastic and the jakuzzi at night is the easiest way to relax after the long site seeing. The location is great, about 2-3 minutes walk from the metro, so you can get to the city centre in 10-15 minutes. The negihbourhood seems friendly and there are also a lot of stores around. I seriously recommend this apartment and Stavros, the price/value ratio can not be better than this. I specifically recommend it for 3 people since you have privacy as the 3rd person in the group. Nothing.

Stavros was so accommodating and more than happy to help with everything, he was only a text away. The apartment itself is so spacious, with 3 terraces all with amazing views. It’s a very modern building. Even if it DIDN’T have a hot tub, this place would still be an absolute bargain for the price. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

• Sresha (10/5): The perfect stay! - The perfect stay you can have without spending a fortune. It is a duplex with all amenities you can imagine and has three balconies, one covering the breathtaking Acropolis and the other two on the opposite side overlooking Athens. Bonus is you get a jacuzzi in one balcony. 😁 Also, the apartment is around 100mts from Aghios Ioannis metro! Special mention : Stavros, the owner. He's one of the most helpful people I have seen. He is one text away and will help you with everything. We loved our stay and I'll encourage all to book this for your stay in Athens.
• Tia (10/5): Absolutely perfect! Cannot recommended enough! - We had the best time during our stay here, everything was absolutely perfect! Stavros was so kind, friendly and helpful and his wife had even made us a cake for our arrival! So welcoming. The apartment was gorgeous, so much space with great facilities and lots of attention to detail. 3 balconies, one with the Acropolis view which was amazing, one with a beautiful dining space and one with a hot tub which was fantastic! All very clean too and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable as well and air con was welcome! Location was also perfect, supermarkets, shops, cafes all nearby and right near the metro which is so easy to use. Athens is a beautiful place and we had the best time and this apartment played a large part of that, wish we didn’t have to leave! Cannot recommend enough. Nothing! All perfect.
• Georgios (10/5): Our staying at acropolis was epicawesome. I would definattely recommend it. - The host, was waiting us at the front door, since we landed at the airport. He kindly offered us coffee and he showed us around the place. He explained us all the necessary to keep the house going. The fridge had already some bottles of wines and there was a small detail gift. The house was great. You have a full equiped kitchen with everything so you can cook and prepare your own meals. The views were spectacular. From the small balcony you can see parthenon/acropolis, and from the other balcony where the jaccuzi is you have all the mountain in front of you with clear view. The bed was great and the whole experience very joyful. Everything was perfect. Thank you Stavros. There was not anything we did not like.

All mod cons, wine, coffee, and homemade muffins provided as a welcome. So thoughtful. The apartment is new and super clean with front and rear terraces, views of the acropolis, and a jacuzzi on the terrace! Thankyou Stavros! Nothing bad to say about this place.
