• Kearns (8/5): Our stay was enjoyable but we would not return to this property due to the reasons provided in our - Location was very good. Yalikavak was a 5 minute walk away to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bus terminal & taxi ranks. The house had many positives including comfort, cleanliness and well stocked with everything needed. The host needs to respect boundaries and the privacy of the people renting the property and not arrive and proceed to water the garden without providing any sufficient prior notice or arrangements or indeed ask the guests to maintain the garden over their stay. The garden was not in good condition. On arrival at the property late at night, the host informed us that there was an issue with the water pump which he was working to resolve which resulted in him staying overnight in the property and then remaining for most of the following day. We were very uncomfortable with these situations.

• Christina (10/5): Beautiful Stay in Yalikavak! - Upon check-in, Selim and his daughter gave us a tour of the house and offered coffee and beverages. Our travel plans got delayed due to rental car issues, and they were gracious and accommodating with the time change. The home is beautiful, very clean, and walking distance to much of Yalikiavac. There is a grocery 5 minutes walk. The beach and many restaurants are about 10-15 minutes walking. There were four adults for this trip and we had more than enough room. The yard is beautiful, and we love the view from the living room with greenery all around. The A/C was a rockstar! We were there on some very hot days, and coming home to a cool house was incredibly nice. For a larger group of people, this home is priced exceptionally. Selim was a wonderful host! He made sure we knew he would be available if we ever needed him. He also had water available for us at the house, which was greatly appreciated! There are some outdoor cats that we helped to feed/water, and it was fun to be greeted by them whenever we returned home. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Yalikiavac.
