• Damien (1/5): - Nothing The apartment was not located at the address provided, and despite several attempts to contact the host in advance, I received no response. When the check-in time arrived, the host was still unreachable, calls went straight to voicemail, and messages were ignored. I was left stranded and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Thankfully, Booking support responded quickly and helped me find a new place to stay, covering the price difference. Their assistance was the only redeeming part of this experience. This listing should not be on the platform. It’s unacceptable and completely unreliable. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.
• David (1/5): Absolute nightmare do not enter theys properties - Nothing Everything! Abused by person who let me in 4hrs40mins after booking time / actual address two roads away! Wasn’t exspecting this bloke to also be staying in the apartment in his bedroom! With a lock on his door , NO lock on my door! My bedroom was his front room. Lights either not working or bulbs taken out! Spy camera in kitchen ( I was told for safety reasons) probably due to the stench of weed, Made to feel uncomfortable throughout and had to wait over an hour to shower after work due to him wanting one first once he finished his workout, outside of my window’ He told me he has said to bookings.com to give him atleast 1 months notice before booking anyone!? And I’m lucky his even going to let me stay as I have ruined his evening plans!!! There’s so much more but I would be here all day listing things’ Complete nightmare very shady and rude set up! Beware doNOT get mugged like I did stay well clear off this place and the number 22 two roads down… Used bookings.com for many years never had to write a bad essay like this believe me (shocking)
• Gordon (1/5): They don’t do one night stays so don’t book unless you plan to stay longer. Getting a refund from - There is confusion about this place as they only do longer term lets. As they don’t do one night stays, I had trouble getting the venue to contact me back. Eventually a guy rang stating they don’t do one nights that I should cancel which I did and now waiting on Booking.com to refund me.
