• Jonathan (9/5): Super logement - La réactivité de l'hôte pour une réservation de derniere minute était plus que précieuse. Le mobilier était propre et confortable. L'hôte présente un anglais parfait agréable pour discuter lors du check-in. Petit bémol sur le couloir et les toilettes classiques non japonaises qui sont très exposées au froid en hiver. Cependant les chambres sont très bien équipé d’une climatisation et d’un chauffage.

• HIRAKU (10/5): ありがとうございました^_^ - 外観が古くて最初は驚きましたが、室内はしっかり清掃されている、必要なものは揃っている、と十分に快適で落ち着いた静かな環境でした。 波乗りトリップ+男4人での利用なので、来年以降もここに宿泊させてもらうと思います。 管理人さんは外国の方のようでしたが、丁寧にメッセージもくれて安心して利用できました。 金額的には充分な施設なので、不満はありませんでした。

• Tai (6/5): Pleasant - You get what you pay for. Sound insulation between apartments is very weak to none. The whole apartment smelled mold, but it smelled less after air-con for 2 days. Smelly toilet. The so-call 2 bedrooms were only separated by Japanese style sliding doors, so privacy is low to none. Worse is only 1 air-con for 2 bedrooms. Had to slide open a little and turned on the fan to ventilate the air to another room.
• Vincent (6/5): A bit old but fair. - Easy check in (door was just open). It was clean and fairly decorated, as a modest home. No surprise upon arrival but the surfing suits from next door drying on the balcony. Fair enough. Defo not crappy, as reported on many reviews, but the soundness of the building is questionnable. There is little (and old) kitchenware.
• Reyes (10/5): Easy check in, great location, comfortable. - Kenji’s a great host and made us feel welcomed. The place is clean and has everything you need and Kenji was always one call away in case we had any issues or needed help. We highly recommend!

• Yassine (10/5): Would book again - This is the first time that i stay at a traditional japanese house instead of a hotel, the house was clean and it's located about 5 minutes from the beach by bike. There were 3 beds which was more than enough as i was traveling alone but if you are a family you could definitely stay here. There is parking available for free so that's a plus. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to keep your food cool or heat it up. I would definitely reccomend this place!
• Miro (10/5): Exceptional - The house is cozy and feels like home and the owner is amazing.
• Evgeny (10/5): Very calm stay in popular location - Calm area, but in a walkable distance from the center of Aosima and the station. Everything you need is there. Easy check-in and check-out. The microwave is missing, but it would be great. Also, some classical pillow cases and linens could be helpful.
• Marek (9/5): Superb - It is near Aoshima, but in very quiet location what I like the most.
• Andrei (7/5): Quite apartment near the sea - This place is located in a quite area near a famous island that you can walk to, onsen and a beach. There is a famous Bakery/gourmet supermarket nearby, the area is also quite and you can see the sea from the apartment. The apartment is huge and has a gas kitchen. Keep in mind that regular shopping is quite far away in Miyazaki so you will have to rely on the supermarket (Bon delice) for most of your shopping. If you are after a quite stay this place is a nice choice, the apartment has a caretaker that you will often encounter and he can drive you to various places.
• Chap (9/5): Easy self check in. Car park is just under the apartment, very convenience. - Close to the tourist spot. Provide essential equipment and have sufficient space.
• Wouter (4/5): Would not recommend - Location is ok. 25 minutes walking to Aoshima island Not clean. Toilet had some sort of weird stuff on top of it (see pictures). Facilities are lacking. We booked this accommodation to cook meals, but the kitchen is not equipped to actually cook in. A single stovetop, a single knife, no rice cooker, no water cooker. Also the questionable choice of a slippery carpet in the kitchen. Airconditioning was not able to cool the house properly. Host also did not turn on the aircondition before we arrived, the heat in the house was intense. Refrigerator was not on when we arrived, so our groceries could not be cooled. Beds are uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in the mattresses. The beds and pillows are covered with some sort of weird, worn out cover (see pictures).
