• Caroline (9/5): Lovely flat, good communication , good location . Pietrasanta is lovely and lots of art to explore. You can cycle or tak - Spacious, clean with one large bathroom and separate shower . We wanted two bathrooms and bedrooms The second toilet and sink area requires more shelving around the sink . The shelves are inadequate for a second sink area . The rooms were big and the kitchen was well equipped. The only item missing was the ironing board . The flat was a touch noisy from the front due to continued refuse collection, however the location is next to so many lovely restaurants, so this is expected . My main criticism is the view from the back bedroom window , this needs to be improved…outside the window there was a pigeon issue . Noisy pigeons nesting. I think this is off putting and not hygienic Pigeon spikes and disinfectant needs to be installed in order to deter the pigeons After the rain storm the plumbing had a bad egg smell in the large bathroom this needs to be rectified. The olfactory experience was a bit unpleasant.

• Petra (6/5): wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort, die zentrale Lage war für uns wichtig und das ist top. - Zentral Es hätte sauberer sein können und leider sind die Duschkabinen in den Ecken schon angeschimmelt bzw. nicht richtig gereinigt. Kalkablagerungen auf allen Armaturen im Bad, obwohl sie noch recht neu sind. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, auch groß und modern und recht neu eingerichtet.
• Uta (9/5): Superb - I like the convenience of the key box. It is conveniently placed in the center. Very very quiet at night as the windows go towards the backyard. Very clean, well refurbished. and nice furniture. Big roomy kitchen. Well equipped although we didn’t use The shower in one room has not much water pressure. But it does the job.
