- Annalies (1/5): Absolutely appalling service - Was unable to access property was denied a room on arrival even though the room had been paid for no communication was made prior Customer service attendant was appalling would not recommend anyone to stay there nor anyone to speak to the staff
- Natasha (1/5): - Property was misrepresented. Only a 2 bedroom and e suite on thr owners own premises. Booking.com said 2 beds but only 1 bed. I travelled with another 3 people.
Called the owner upon arrival and found out it was not what it was presented as. Spoke to the owner who said to cancel the booking and he wpukd redund. Booking cancelled. Called owner back to chase up reimbursement. Owner hung uo on me as soon as I said who I was.
This man blatantly stole mty money. Booking.com allowd it to happen. 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
- Ilana (1/5): Terrible service! - Nothing Property cancelled our accommodation on the day we were supposed to arrive, I called at 2pm in the afternoon and they said I couldn't come due to a gas leak... This left my family with nowhere to stay. No refund yet and no communication, they will not answer there phone or messages!!! Avoid this place!!!
- Zac (1/5): A deliberately misrepresented scam and you WILL NOT receive a refund - Hopefully you’re reading this before you book. Don’t. If l, like me you’re reading this after you’ve booked, book something else. This property is deliberately misrepresented. Be warned, booking.com will absolutely not help at all, they pretend their hands are tied and there is nothing they can do. The host is an absolute dishonest liar who manipulates the system to avoid paying refunds. Insurance will not pay. The bank will not issue a chargeback. And the ACCC is a toothless tiger. Your only recourse is NCAT. Still file with ACCC, so that they can build a file against this scammer. Luckily (LOL) for me, I read the reviews after I booked, but before I travelled, so I had time to book alternative accommodation. So I have never been to this property. As you’ll read in the other reviews, people who booked for 4 were turned away, and those who did stay discovered that it was not an empty apartment as advertised. Concerned, I messaged the host to make sure all was above board, as I didn’t want my children exposed to a stranger. I was instructed to cancel my booking. Obviously this was to make it look like I wanted the cancellation, not him. So I called booking.com. They were less than no help at all. Evasive, scripted, and clearly more concerned with protecting the host than the customer. Despite sending screenshots and clear evidence, Booking.com refused to act. He lied multiple times and said that I wanted the cancellation. This guy is also linked to another property, 9/27 burdett street, Hornsby. You can go read the reviews there, exactly the same scam as this property. Theres probably more too. Avoid at all costs Hopefully you’re reading this before you book. Don’t. - K C (1/5): A nightmare. - I was scammed by the host. The host told me upon arrival to the property that he would not be able to accommodate us as there was widespread damage to the lighting at the property and no residents were allowed to stay at the apartments. This was clearly false from the entrance of the building as I could see that the lights were functioning and other residents were still residing there without issue. The host was unable to provide alternative accommodation and denied that there were disruptions to my booking. As a result I had to spend almost double the amount to find alternative accommodation last minute and am having difficulties receiving compensation due to the host denying disruptions.
- Rhiannon (1/5): A horrific experience - Nothing Dirty, man living in there and wouldn’t leave, walls were covered in grime, mold all over the place, when we requested a refund they blocked us on all communication channels, not only that but booking wouldn’t/couldn’t even help us! THIS IS A SCAM

- Zilong (1/5): Very bad experience. - I’m not giving positive feedback in this section as I did not get a chance to look at the actual room. The apartment owner refused to provide check in details. It is then being clarified that the owner has already occupied a room in the two bedrooms apartment(not showing on advertising at all) after calling. It is misleading and descriptive behaviour. I have requested a refund, but the owner said it is not refundable based on platform policy. Please stop providing misleading and descriptive information to customers.
- Brian (1/5): Bad - Absolute disgrace from the property, booked online for 4 people and paid for it. Drove 12 and hours to location only to be told when we arrived that we couldn't check in because there were 4 of us. Booked a apartment with 2 rooms for 4 people. Told us that is not right because u can only book for 2 people. Have all info save and photo of booking for 4 people. Couldn't even get our money back.

Went to check in and called him, he told me he has cancelled because apparently place only accommodates 2 people. everything
- Mohammad (1/5): Extremely bad host is clearly a scammer - nothing like the pictures - worst property very dirty with very strong odour throughout the place.. we saw cockroaches and the bathroom had hairs on the floor. The kitchen was extremely dirty and apartment very messy with clothes everywhere. The fridge was full and very dirty. As soon as we entered i booked another place and we walked straight out. most filthy place ive ever been to host is a scammer the place looks nothing like the picture.. When i complained he simply said other people liked it

- Julieann (1/5): DON"T STAY HERE!!! Used syringe in the couch, stained sheets. filthy and unusable. - There's nothing good I could think of. It's very hard to access to the room. Very hard to park the car and you need a code to get into the apartment. I asked the owner to send me the code several times and he kept ignore me which wasted me so much time. The place was extremely disgusting. Obviously the owner didn't clean the place at all. When we got in, the sink was still blocked and the fridge was not just disgusting but also left unfinished bottle of waters. One of toilet's sink was still full of blue detergent. There were rubbish everywhere and the bed sheet and tea towel were crazy disgusting that I almost throw up. The TV was broken which was very ridiculous. There's a used syringe in the couch. The bed sheets were covered by stains and clearly not washed we came. We wanted to cancel it and got the refund, we called to Booking.com and the owner, unfortunately they didn't do anything, and the owner was very mean, we talked him what happened and he refused to fix the problem and refused to give us refund, he even laughed a lot like this was a joke. He seemed very proud of it. I tired to call him couple times, the owner then block my number. Please don't book this place, this is a big scam and you won't get any refund.

- Nick (1/5): Unfit for human inhabitants due to it being extremely unhygienic and dirty. - It would have been a nice property if it wasn’t absolutely filthy. It was extremely unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom sink was blocked and full of water that was stagnant and smelled,
There was rotten food in. The cupboards It was filthy dirty throughout the entire place, the floors were also filthy
The bedding and bed sheets where filthy with stuff and marks all over them,
No cooking utensils or pots, pans or plates or cutely, no coax for the Tv or spot for the TV except the floor, rubbish throughout the place it was really disgusting and unhygienic and a sorry we will do better for the next person doesn’t cut it in my eyes.

- A (3/5): Should not have been advertised yet, needed a lot of preparation still - Will be great when properly organised Waited 3 hours to be let inside. Not ready to have guests yet, no cutlery, plates cups , tv not working, fridge filthy, mattress still had plastic on it. Plugs in sinks jamed shut, showerhead dropped. With some guidance and a lot of minor repairs, this will be a fantastic stay
- Trish (3/5): Very disappointing- and Booking.com did not provide support - Spacious enough Hard to access. Uncomfortable beds. No tea bags, etc. Not suitable for a dog- nowhere to relieve himself. Towel was dirty. TV wasn’t connected. Place hadn’t been prepared for guests and pets. He had to run out and get some cups
