• Serdar Mert (10/5): Large apartment with a fantastic Red Sea view - It's located very close to Sheraton Road. Large rooms, two bathrooms, a big terrace with a fantastic sea view. Also Karim is such a kind and helpful friend. He offered more than we asked.

• Miriam (8/5): Vacanza top - La casa è accogliente, spaziosa e con una vista mozzafiato. Dotata di tutti i comfort e l'attrezzatura necessaria per cucinare. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica, vicinissimo a tantissimi lidi attrezzati e alla strada principale piena di negozi e ristoranti. Comoda anche per raggiungere a piedi Hurghada Marina e la moschea di El Mina El Kabeer. La pulizia lasciava un po' a desiderare ma, considerato lo standard, abbastanza accettabile
• youhana (10/5): اقامه رائعه ان شاء الله تتكرر - مساحه الشقه كبيره جدا التراس واسع جداا جداا الواقع افضل بكثير جداا من الصور المالك مستر كريم متعاون وودود جدا المناظر الطبيعيه رائعه كل ما تحتاجه تستطيع الحصول عليه بسهوله يتوافر حول المكان كل انواع السوبر ماركت والمحلات كما يمكنك استخدام تطبيقات الشراء وسيصلك مندوبين التوصيل فى دقائق معدوده وبسهوله جدا حيث يمكن الوصول الى الموقع بسهوله وسرعه كنت اعتقد ان المكان فندق لكنه شقه خاصه فى مبنى فلا يوجد مكتب استقبال او خدمه غرف لم يؤثر هذا اطلاقا على استمتاعنا بالاقامه وكان ا / كريم يستجيب الى كل طلب بسرعه ولم نحتاج اى شئ اضافى طوال الرحله فقط هى المعلومه تكون اكثر وضوحا ربما يكون هذا سؤ فهم منى او عيب فى موقع بوكينج نفسه

• Tonnika (7/5): Flinke og hjælpsomme folk - Stor lejlighed ,masser af plads, gode senge ,gode store lange dyner .. Der manglede service , kopper og glas ,det service der var ,var ikke intakt eller beskidt , Der var ikke super rent da vi kom Den klassiske mangle på wc papir 😅

• MERT (10/5): - This was my second time. Karim is a great guy. He's always very kind and helpful. The apartment is just 50m from Sheraton Rd. Extremely large and comfortable, almost 400m. Plenty of beds and sofas, two bathrooms.. Perfect Redsea view from the balcony.
• Maria Vittoria (9/5): Splendido appartamento con confort europei - Casa perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Terrazzo con vista fantastica, bagni comodi salone veramente confortevole con belle lampade. Il proprietario di casa presente telefonicamente e tramite i suoi uomini di fiducia a disposizione per ogni cosa.Pulizia superiore alla media egiziana .Casa silenziosa anche se dietro alla strada principale. Vicinissima la spiaggia cittadina di Orange beach L'unico punto debole e' l'angolo cottura che era per me del tutto inutilizzabile.Frigo con sportello rotto, manopole della macchina del gas rotte, due tegami inutilizzabili perche' graffiati e soprattutto discretamente sporca. Pero' non e' stato un problema perche' in Egitto il costo della vita e' talmente basso che abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. Occhio non vi spaventate per la strada dove affaccia il portone. E' senza asfalto e intorno c'è' tanta immondizia. nonostante sia dietro alla strada principale fa un po' impressione ma ad Hurgada e' un po' tutto cosi' con divani abbandonati nelle strade . Il portone e' elegante
• Andrey (1/5): - Rather large apartment with many rooms and sofas. The biggest problem was the fact that upon arrival, the property was not properly cleaned, so we needed some time to make it ready and actively contribute in cleaning. We understand that the cleaning standards can be different in different countries, but removing the food and closing from previous guests from under the beds is a very basic requirement. We very quickly discovered that we are not alone in the apartment: the mouse feci were everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom, and in the bedroom directly in the bed. That was extremely disappointing. The first night, it was difficult to sleep because the mouse was running in the apartment, making all sorts of noise and leaving black feci traces everywhere. It went to our bedroom, and I needed to actively scare it to run away in the kitchen. The manager proposed to install mouse traps and proceeded with it, but we had already decided to look for another, more suitable option to stay in the city. We requested the money for the not used days. To our surprise, the manager could not provide any financial resolution for this situation, referring to the fact that he can not decide about it. After this conversation, the host of the place was falsely claiming that we never checked in and appeared at the property, which is simply not true. Because of this false claim, we were charged the full price. Overall, we stayed only two nights in the apartment, looking for a better option. Upon our departure from the property, the host stopped to reply to our messages. Be ready that the surroundings of the apartment are a district full of garbage and construction sites (well, rather typical for Egypt but should be specified for this apartment for the sake of objectivity).

• Abdullah Seha (10/5): - Ev çok büyük rahat ve konforlu bir deneyim yaşadık. Salondaki teras kocaman ve oturma takımı çok iyi düşünülmüş oturup vakit geçirmek için çok iyi. Her odada klima var bu da konforu ayrıca arttırıyor. Evin manzarası da harika. Ev biraz kirliydi ama o kadar da olur. Aşırı sıkıntı oluşturacak seviyede değildi.

• Zainab (10/5): - The photos online are beautiful, but they don't even do it justice. The space is immaculately clean, modern, Communication with the host was prompt and friendly. We came for a vacation and left feeling like we had a home away from home. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and will 100% be booking again on our next trip. The WiFi did not work properly after a few days but it was not a big issue for us.

• ali bakr (10/5): رائع جدا - الشقه مساحتها كبيره جدا وذات إطلالة رائعة علي البحر نظيفة جدا جميع الادوات تعمل بكفاءة الاستاذ كريم المسؤل هو شخص رائع وخلوق ويعمل علي حل اي مشكله تواجهك فورا كل شي كان جيد الموقع قريب جدا من المارينا والأماكن الحيوية لقد كان مكان إقامة رائع استمتعت فيه انا والمرافقين لي لا شئ كل كش كان جيد
• Henriette (9/5): - Karim segítőkész volt és nagyon szimpatikus. A lakás hatalmas, jól berendezett és tiszta. A teraszról gyönyörű kilátás nyílik a tengerre és a városra. A szobák nagyok és kényelmesek. Mindkét fürdőszoba megfelelő méretű és tiszta. A három hálószobából kettőnek külön erkélye van, ami a bejáratra néz. A konyhai felszerelés kicsit hiányos, 1-2 kisebb éles kés jó lett volna. Hiányoltuk a ruhaszárítót, de Karim azonnal hozta.

• Mert (10/5): Large apartment with a fantastic view - The apartment is exactly the same as in photos. The manager, Karim, is so friendly. He welcomed us at 4am in the morning and escorted to a market for a quick shopping. Very much appreciated!
• Abdel (9/5): Superb - The owner representative was very helpful and supportive. The apartment was very clean, well furnished and very large. The sea view from the very large terrace was so beautiful. The water plumpling system needs fine tuning and adjustments.

• Thiago (9/5): Superb - Very good and fast support from the host, which was always available to solve any issue at any time. I have no complains at all, it was a nice day. Kudos to Armin! We had some problems like electricity outages and one day when we tried to cook something, the gas ran out while we were cooking. We had all the needed assistance all the time, so I can't complain with anything.
