- Артем (2/5): Не рекомендую. Краще знайти ліпші апартаменти і доплатити, ніж тут лишатись - Диван, на якому можна спати. Персонал нам приніс засоби гігієни та туалетний папір, але чомусь їх не було в номері з самого початку. Ванна була катастрофічна. Я і дівчина прийняли душ. Купа води вилилось на підлогу через дірку у самому боксі. Номер потребує капітального ремонту. Стіни жовті і страшні, вхідні двері не зачиняються через зламаний замок, стіл пошарпаний. Звукоізоляції не те що нема… Чути розмови на іншому кінці коридору людей. Після прибирання у ванній не було засобів для гігієни і туалетного паперу. Подумайте перед бронюванням чи воно вартуватиме того.

- Бабкина (1/5): - Приїхавши на місце- відмінили бронь! Сказали, що не змогли додзвонитись. Як так?Якщо ви відміняєте бронь- повинні любим чином донести цю інформацію! Запропонували інший номер . Грязний , постіль не міняна, валялись коробки від іжі.Шок! Поміняли на інший . Обоі відірвані, грязні. Вважаю, що такі умови не відповідають заявленому рівню розміщення Сподіваюсь адміністрація зверне увагу на стан номерів та якість сервісу

- Маряна (4/5): Я забронювала номер на сайті де обрала собі помешкання. Подзвонивши узгодили все та попередила ,що буду в ночі оскільки - Нічого не сподобалось . Фото не відповідали дійсності. Те що на фото один номер ,а в живу зовсім інше помешкання

- Андрей (8/5): - Бронювання і заселення відбулось швидко і зрозуміло. Номер був чистий і все необхідне для короткочасного проживання також було в наявності. В душовій була пошкоджена лійка і вода з тріщина летіла на всі боки. При цьому новенька душова шторка була, а перетинки на яку її можна було б повісити не було. Думаю саме через це тумба під умивальником і була така "втомлена".
- Вікторія (7/5): Як для переночувати нормально, але більше не буду розглядати такі апартаменти. - Можна проживати із улюбленцем по завдатку, є всі зручності - холодильник, мікрохвильовка, плита, інтернет, у ванній кімнаті був гігєнічний набір, тапки. В самій будівлі є класна кавʼярня і декілька магазинчиків, що дуже зручно. Бронювала в останній момент, тому місцеположення бажає кращого, район віддалений від центру і до того ж обстрілюється часто. Постільна білизна і рушнички вже дуже затягані. Не попередили, що це буде 13 поверх, оплату приймали на картку.

- Moroziuk (10/5): Having stayed in various locations throughout Ukraine and Europe, I have a good basis for comparison, and I wholehearted - This isn't our first stay at this property, and each visit leaves us completely satisfied and happy. We've never found such a comfortable, well-located property with such excellent facilities for such a reasonable price. The host is incredibly helpful and kind. For instance, when the weather turned frigid, we requested extra heating, and they readily accommodated us. Additionally, on a couple of occasions, I've left belongings behind at the property, and they've always been safely stored and returned to me intact. -

- Fanghui (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, there is a 24-hour convenience store and coffee shop downstairs, and it is 1.5 kilometers away from the subway station. The electric heater in the room is very noisy, which affects sleep, and the heating effect is very poor. The air conditioner is broken, the shower head in the bathroom is leaking, and the water heater is very small, only enough for one person to shower at a time. No disposable toiletries, just a bar of soap. There are no disposable slippers, and the hair dryer is very difficult to use. The hot air is very small, and drying hair is a luxury!

- Peter (5/5): It is rare to find such a poor accommodation in Ukraine. - Excellent price and a working kitchen. Filthy to the point of smelling badly. Multiple fixtures in obvious need of easy repair. Reception responded immediately to matters of payment but ignored my complaint. This business cares neither for its property nor its customers. This is unique in a bad way. Even in wartime, you can fix the shower and clean the couch.

- Moroziuk (9/5): Overall, it's a good choice. - I've returned to this property for another stay, and once again, I'm thoroughly pleased with it. It consistently offers great value for money. The room provides all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, there have been occasional Wi-Fi issues, and the shower cabin isn't always fixed securely.
