• Shymen (1/5): Horrible j’ai plein de photos horrible mais je peut en sélectionner que 4 - Bien placer Apparemment insalubre tout est sale heureusement qu’on l’a pris pour une nuit seulement - lit pas confortable - pas d’ampoule dans les lampes de chevet - pas de fermeture dans la salle de bain et la douche - moisissure dans la salle de bain - carreau manquant sur la porte - cuisine salle - tache sur les canapés - super mega bruyant on entend tout les gens dans le couloir et au dessus.

• Daphne (8/5): Alle comfort van een eigen appartement, schoon en dichtbij Metro. - ontbijt niet van toepassing.Verblijf was uitstekend voor een kort verblijf in Brussel. goed bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer, Metro vlakbij en naast een park. Niet van toepassing, was een één nacht verblijf. Zodoende uitstekend. Niets op aan te merken.

• Guest (1/5): Una experiencia muy decepcionante - La estancia fue muy decepcionante. El alojamiento no se correspondía en absoluto con las fotos del anuncio: las sábanas estaban en mal estado, los sofás sucios, había mal olor y presencia de insectos. Las camas eran muy incómodas y el lugar, en general, estaba descuidado. No recibimos ayuda por parte del anfitrión y la compensación ofrecida por Booking ha sido totalmente irrisoria. No recomendaría este alojamiento ni repetiría la experiencia.
• Familie Ammar (7/5): - Das Appartement ist gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Alles ist einfach und basic, aber sauber und ordentlich. Keine luxuriöse Ausstattung, doch mit dem, muss man zufrieden sein. Wir waren als Familie mit Kindern dort, und der Hygienestandard war absolut in Ordnung. Kleine Dinge könnten verbessert werden – zum Beispiel die Fensteraufhängung waren etwas kaputt oder ein paar Flasche Wasser zum trinken im Zimmer. Die Lage ist ruhig, etwa 4–5 km vom Grand Place entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, auch wenn nicht ganz klar war, wie das Bezahlen funktioniert – wir haben einfach auf der Straße geparkt. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter, aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.
• Serge (6/5): 2 jours à Bruxelles - Bien situé non loin d'une station de métro et de tram, près d'un parc. Stationnement aisé. Suffisamment grand pour 6. Assez bruyant. Literie moyenne. Manque d'accessoires de cuisine. WC et salle de bain ne se verrouillent pas.
• Livaï (8/5): - L'appartement en lui même est agréable Le bouchon pour la baignoire et trop petit donc impossible de se faire un bain. L'eau chaude n'est pas arrivé dessus nous avons du nous laver avec pour certain de l'eau froide. Seulement vers 00h30 qu'une amie a pu se laver. (Cela n'est pas la faute total du propriétaire mais vérifier la chaudière pour l'eau chaude, car même dans le lavabo de la cuisine l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas)

• Wolf (6/5): Schöne, leider viel zu ungepflegt Wohnung - Der Schnitt der Wohnung war sehr schön und es kam eine warme entspannte Atmosphäre auf. Bäder ließen sich nicht abschließen, unterirdische Küchenausstattung. Flecken auf den Möbeln und Schimmel in manchen Ecken!

• Marek (10/5): Bardzo dużo miejsc parkingowych w okolicy, co w Brukseli jest rzadkością. - Bardzo duży apartament. Spokojnie zmieści się 6 lub nawet 8 osób, jeżeli gospodarze pozwolą. Dwie sypialnie z 3 łóżkami małżeńskimi i sofa w salonie. Łazienka i WC oddzielnie. Kuchnia wyposażona. Brak uwag.
• Ergon (5/5): Not very hygenic, but comfortable - It was spacious, lots of room and very good comfy beds -No hand towels, no shampoo, no soap on the toilet
• Emily (5/5): Passable - The property wasn’t the cleanest with stains on a lot of the furniture, the toilet seat was cracked, broken kitchen tap, the fridge was to cold and freezing item. Many of the floor boards were broken and raised. Broken windows in the landing and steep stairs up to the apartment
• Mariam (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location. Quiet place, a bit far away from the center, but very close to the train station. Apartment had all the necessary facilities. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

• Shino (9/5): Very comfortable place at a accessible location - The apartment was at a very good location. It was spacious with big rooms and a well equipped kitchen Though we had made a reservation for 6 people, only 3 towels were available.

• Catherine (3/5): Overall, the experience was manageable, but I wouldn't choose to stay there again. - The apartment is a walking distance from the metro. 1. There was no elevator, and the stairs were very steep. This was a significant inconvenience for me because I had three suitcases. 2. The Wi-Fi wasn't working during my stay. After informing the host, they only suggested restarting the router and did not provide any further assistance when that didn't resolve the issue. I had to use my mobile data for the entire stay. 3. The master bed mattress had very strong odour and the shower wasn't heating up sometimes.

• Nico (7/5): Alright but with a strange encounter - Very well situated and an electric charger at the doorstep. It was the second time we rented this apartment but this time it was deceiving. When we arrived there was someone in the apartment. He was in the living room and a big dog came along when we opened the door. The young man apologized packed his things and the frisby with which the dog was playing in the living room. The trash in the kitchen was completely filled. A cockatoo or another small beast ran through the kitchen late in the evening. The lights in the bathroom near the mirror did not work. The bathroom was very clean. We also had the impression that someone had lain on the left side of the bed standing next to the window. In the living room the couch was arranged for watching TV. The guy had no time to put everything right when he left but we must say he was very polite. We called our host, and he told us a story of somebody he had sent fir a repair, but we do not believe in tales for the young man had a bagpack and no tools with him and did not speak of any repair.

• Fernando (8/5): Muy buena estancia para un fenomenal fin de semana - Some small things to improve: absence of wall hangers for towels. The bath screen is too small and water leaks out. Drainer for dishes and glasses in the kitchen is missing. The rest is very good.

• Gordon (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location and nice during the day. Spacious with good views. Park is lovely. Nice kitchen. All the pillows were lumpy and insubstantial, as if they've been washed and tumble dried too often. Kitchen tap handle was broken when we arrived. In summer heat the apartment was quite stuffy and with windows open there was a lot of traffic noise. Neighbours asked us to keep noise down in the evening, though we did not think we were being noisy. If floorboards are very noisy in flat below you might want to mention this to guests.

• Larue (8/5): All the essentials a little out of the way. - The apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds provided a good night sleep and neighborhood was quiet at night. Internet was fast The building's condition could be better. Broken windows on the dark staircase when going to apartment gives an impression of a questionable neighborhood. A bit out of the way but not too bad.
