- robert (10/5): LOVED staying here! My room, the staff, the food ... all amazing. Brill family-run business - breakfast was amazing! Butchers sausage, juicy mushrooms, beans, toast, bacon. It's honestly one of the best full english breakfasts I've had this year. Suzie is super helpful and happy to chat to you in the mornings. Louise and co. take care of the evenings and they are such a lovely, caring team. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. shower has great pressure and is very clean. wifi was v easy to get onto. plenty of room for clothes in the built in wardrobe. I ate here with a friend one evening and the food was outstanding! we had the fish platter with some sides and every bite was a treat. would stay here again in a heartbeat... honestly - nothing was bad about this place. SLIGHT improvement could be more hangers in the wardrobe but this is very minor and really I should have brought them myself...
- Thomas (5/5): Not worth the money. Budget hotel at mid-upper price. - It was fine. Passable hotel and I slept over for 1 night. Couldn’t do much more. Parking was good. Pretty Good decor inside the room. Overpriced.
Can’t believe they are charging the same as a Hilton. Shower pressure was pitiful (stopped mid shower).
Traffic noise was a 6/10.
Rubbish truck stopped outside my window and flashed inside my room like a night club at 6:30am. (Wish I could upload the video)
No shampoo or conditioner
No water bottles.
My room door badly rattled every time someone came through corridor door.
I could have dealt with all these issues had it been priced appropriately.
