Дом можно снять только для того, чтобы сидеть на веранде или лежать в кровати на втором этаже и часами смотреть на горы Все понравилось, но думаю важно сказать, что до дома нужно подниматься вверх пешком или на машине. Не очень долго, но в гору, но оно того стоит на 💯

Majitel nám vyšel vstříc s termínem odjezdu, promptně vyřešil i netekouci teplou vodu. Chápeme, že jsme byli v horách, ale v přízemí bylo v noci zima a nešlo teplotu topení nijak regulovat. Přikrývky pro rozkládací postel moc nehřály. Stejně tak rozkládací postel nebyla moc pohodlná.

• Uvarov (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay in this house. It is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views around are simply breathtaking. Since the house is located on the edge of the village, it’s very peaceful - no noise, and you really feel connected with nature. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. There is a kettle in the house, but no tea or coffee provided, and there are no shops within walking distance. However, this is not a big issue overall.

The sunrise in the early morning is especially beautiful from the little balcony. The bed was very comfortable and perfectly positioned to enjoy the view of Mount Kazbegi in the background. The small kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals. We also loved the animals around the property, which made the experience feel even more charming and authentic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. The kitchen is cozy and has everything needed for simple meals, though adding a few basics like salt, pepper, coffee, and a kitchen towel would make it even more convenient.

• Małgorzata (10/5): - Super miejsce na wyjątkowy wypoczynek- obiekt jest przepięknie położony, godzinami można siedzieć na tarasie i patrzeć, widoki cudne nawet przy niepogodzie. Dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem i bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Lokalizacja w nawigacji Google Maps bez wahania prowadzi w dobre miejsce, nawet po zmroku nie będzie problemem odnaleźć domek. Było fantastycznie, chce wrócić Jako rodzina lubiąca samodzielnie gotować na wakacjach- wyposażenie kuchni można by rozbudować o kilka dodatkowych garnuszków. Kuchenka elektryczna dwupalnikowa pozwoliła na przygotowanie skromnych posiłków, ale miała dość słabą moc dlatego ich przygotowanie trwało dłużej niż zazwyczaj. Dla osób niegotujących na wakacjach- w pobliżu restauracja, w dalszym pobliżu mnogość knajp w centrum miasta. Poza tym brak uwag.

• Dmitry (8/5): Beautiful place with stunning views — but keep in mind the close neighbors - This is a lovely spot with absolutely breathtaking views — one of the best locations in Stepantsminda. The zipline is nearby, and the mountain and village panoramas are simply amazing, especially at sunset. One thing to note: there are two houses on the property, and our neighbors ended up complaining to the hosts that we were playing music too loudly… even though it was just a regular JBL speaker and only 9 PM :) So if you’re looking for privacy or planning a quiet evening with music, be aware that the neighbors are just 10 meters away — and sound carries very well 😄

La cisterna estaba rota, la presión del agua era terrible lo mismo no salía nada como te empapaba, la cocina apenas tiene menaje sin cafetera,.ni tostador (pedimos uno y nos lo trajeron) hacia mucho calor y solo un ventilador pese a ser una casa con dos habitaciones. En definitiva mucho que mejorar...

• Guest (7/5): - 风景不错，前面就是大山，去教堂也挺近。 小木屋的设施是OK的，厕所热水OK，地板也蛮干净。 地理位置较偏僻，且没有房东迎接并介绍房屋使用，全是司机打电话帮我们沟通，功能使用说明，我们以为都这样，结果到了之后发现，隔壁领居来的时候有助理在且逐一介绍，差别挺大的。后面我们还是遇见了使用门锁使用问题，但是现场没有人解决，邮件的沟通太够快还总是发重复的邮件，最后是隔壁领居教我们使用的。就体验感很一般。

• Ksenia (9/5): - Las vistas son impresionantes aunque no sea el monte principal. La terracita también con vistas le da un punto extra, se está muy bien ahí para relajarse después de un día largo. El dueño nos puso un poco de calefacción por la noche dado que refrescaba, ha sido un detalle. En general dispone de todo lo necesario. Escaleras para subir al dormitorio bastante empinadas, nos hemos tropezado un par de veces.

• Jindřich (10/5): - Our stay was unforgettable, mainly thanks to the breathtaking view of Kazbegi peak – visible right from the bed! Waking up to such a stunning panorama was truly special. The terrace also offered incredible mountain views, making it the perfect spot to relax. We appreciated the convenience of private parking in the garden, and the host was exceptionally kind and supportive throughout our stay. The only downside was that the kitchen equipment was quite basic, but good enough for our 3-night stay. It could be a limitation for those planning to cook more. However, the overall experience and views far outweighed this minor issue. Highly recommended!

Рядом есть не большой магазин если не хочется спускаться в центр. Также есть рестораны недалеко. Рядом есть хайкинги, например до gergeti trinity church, и от туда можно дойти до gergeti glacier.

• Ivana (10/5): - Jak se již řeklo, úžasný výhled, soukromá poloha, vlastní parkoviště. Chata je nová, dobře vybavená, i když na vaření by se hodily i menší hrnce, aby se 2 vedle sebe na vařič vešly. Ale možná jsme výjimky, které na dovolené vaří. Majitel je velmi komunikativní, nejlépe v ruštině, je milý, ochotný a dobře poradil s výběrem restaurace dole ve Stepancminda. Měli jsme špatné počasí, ale v chatě se dalo topit a bylo tam velmi příjemně. Velmi doporučuji.

The only thing I'd recommend is that there be some basic teas and coffees available so guests can make a hot drink in the morni while enjoying the scenery! The main issue we had was not having a proper address/there being no signage, so we were going in a bit blind trying to find the hut. We found the hut, but with unreliable internet, struggled to find the person we'd be meeting to let us in so ended up wasting about an hour. They were very apologetic and it all was fine after all.

• Philippe (10/5): This accommodation is worth much more than what you pay for! - The view is absolutely stunning! Accommodation is away from the small town down the road. Peace and quiet! The place is very clean and very well kept. The pictures don’t truly show how wonderful this place is! The owner, Roland, is one of the best host we’ve ever encountered! He is a true gentleman and is extremely accommodating. There is nothing not to like about this property. As a word of caution, be advised that the stairs from the main floor to the bedroom are a bit abrupt, and could be challenging for people with mobility issues.

Ook als het weer wat minder is kan je binnen fijn vertoeven. Onze gastheer Roland was zeer goed bereikbaar voor zowel het inchecken als tussentijdse vragen. We konden hem altijd bereiken en hij hielp ons goed met alle vragen. Tip voor de bezoeker. Rijdt aan via de hoofdweg richting de Trinity Church en rijdt vanaf de bovenzijde van hrt dorp richting het appartement. Eigenlijk supertevreden over het verblijf. De hoeveelheid bestek (messen) is aan de lage kant.

• Jenny (10/5): Geweldig! - Gezellig huisje met fijne bedden. Het huisje met twee slaapkamers is ruim genoeg voor twee volwassenen en een kind. De douche is fijn en huisje is warm genoeg, ook wanneer het buiten vriest. Je kunt de auto parkeren op eigen terrein. De ram van de buren kan agressief zijn wanneer er lammetjes zijn. (De kudde is verplaatst.) Veel restaurants in Kazbegi zijn in het vroege voorjaar (nog) dicht, zo ook het restaurant vlak bij het huisje. Iets om rekening mee te houden wanneer je geen auto hebt.

• Guest (10/5): Would love to come back. Had an amazing time. - This is an excellent location. Brand new. With breathtaking views. The stairs were a bit non-standard. There is a small fall hazard. Also looks like the construction Contractor has done a clumsy job. For example, on some taps, the warm and cold water are reversed.
• Andrei (10/5): Замечательно! - Все замечательно! Остаемся в этом домике уже второй раз, и приезжать будем только сюда, замечательный хозяин, виды потрясающие из домика. Очень чисто, все в душой. Самый лучший домик, в Степанцминде бывали уже 5 раз, и эти домики правда самые крутые!Здесь самый самый красивый вид. И лучше заезжать со стороны, как ехать на церковь, через город неудобно заезжать, особенно если у вас низкая машина (много подъемов и местами дорога разбита). Время летит слишком быстро, в этих домиках хочется жить и жить :)

• Alexander Markos (10/5): Gorgeous views and a really comfortable stay - Had the most amazing stay here, with phenomenal views from the chalet. The place was well equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, drying stand. It was heated so was nice and toasty against the Stepantsminda chill. We could have just sat by the windows for hours looking at the gorgeous views. It was also very clean. All the fittings were new and in good condition. The bed was really comfortable. The gentleman who gave us the key and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place! It would have been great if there had been a rain shower. Also the water could have been hotter. Otherwise all was excellent. You will preferably need a car if you want to stay here- it's otherwise quite a hike to the city centre.

We really liked that besides of towels, there were also bathrobes! В этом домике много плюсов: удобный душ (со шторкой и порогом) удобная красивая раковина, стиральная машина, очень удобные кровати и 2х метровые кровати, тепло и очень уютно. Вид - это отдельная история, он просто потрясающий, видно и Казбек и массив Чаухи. Удобства есть: тапочки, мягкие полотенца, халаты, вилки/ложки, тарелки. Очень классные кресла на веранде. Просто супер. Также своя территория огорожена забором, есть заезд и место, куда поставить машину :) Домик просто замечательный, было очень уютно и приятно там находиться Единственный минус, который выделили бы - это нет тюли/шторы на входной двери, дверь прозрачная, то есть ночью как на ладошке может быть видно 😅

• Mikhail (10/5): Perfect, cozy stay away from city noize - We travelled as 2 couples with a dog. In 2 words - great host, insane view on Kazbek and other mountains around the town, very cozy house itself - I wish we stayed longer

• Cj Despe (10/5): My Dream Cabin ever!!!! - This is my dream cabin with a perfect and surreal view! It feels like you are waking up in a dream when you’re there. I couldn’t give any justice by just saying it, you should’ve seen it by yourself! This is the best decision ever, really a perfect location with complete privacy! The cabin is the best and we will surely go back here. I believe that all seasons are great to stay here. Nino and her partner are very accommodating hosts. They just live near the cabin so you don’t need to worry about anything. It is best if you will bring everything you need to avoid going down the center to buy anything. But anyhow, if you will and on foot you can reach the center by 15-20mins. And 5mins if you have a car. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and it isn’t enough!!!! hahaha we should’ve stayed longer! It pains my heart leaving, it is really that good! Total relaxation and breather. Perfect for vacation! we will stay longer next time, for sure.

Amazing location. - We were searching for a property with the best view in the area, and we genuinely believe this lodge is it. It's perfectly positioned, offering uninterrupted views without overlooking any homes or chalets—just amazing mountain scenery. If you plan to hike up to Gergeti Trinity Church. This is already half way up the hill and very close to the start of the walking route. It’s also 2 minutes walk from one of the best restaurants we have been to in Georgia called Maisi. Parking was really easy and the roads are good. I liked everything.
