• José Luis (6/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es inmejorable. La habitación que nos asignaron no estaba muy bien reformada. Me había alojado en otra ocasión y estuve en una habitación mucho más confortable.

• Rene (8/5): Nos ha gustado mucho! - La amabilidad del personal y la localización. La ducha, tarda mucho tiempo para que se caliente el agua. En caso de incendio no está muy claro dónde están las salidas de emergencia.

La habitación donde nos hospedamos tiene enchufes e interruptores de luz muy antiguos. Necesitan urgentemente ser cambiados; al igual que las puertas que son de las antiguas, con pomo redondo y llave. La cocina podría ser del 1980. El precio que se paga es muy elevado.

The free coffee from our room was not really good. No power sockets for both bed sides but this is just nitpicking at this point..

• Francisco Javier (8/5): - La ubicación excelente, la atención del personal de recepción también excelente, cordial y muy atentos, el apartamento de un tamaño grande y las camas bastante grandes y cómodas. las toallas de los baños muy suaves y limpias. En general muy contentos con la estancia. Si es que se le puede poner algún pero está vinculado a la decoración y a las habitaciones con la cocina incorporada que mantiene la misma que casi en su inauguración sobre los años 80, sería buena una renovación, aunque supongo que ello implicaría un aumento del coste del precio de las habitaciones, pero es solo una opinión.

All the staff was really nice, they even gave us an umbrella because it was raining. From the outside the building can seem really old but inside is really modern and well maintained. The reception is open 24/7 and is near supermarkets and stores .

We had to give our keys at reception before going out , I was not comfortable as I had my passport and laptop etc The Cups and plates were not clean and also there was weird smell in the room.

• Elena (9/5): Great value for money room in the center of Madrid - A very nice and spacious room in a very cool neighbourhood in Madrid. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, also the staff was wonderful with us. The kitchen is a bit old, but we didn't need to use it and you could hear noise from the hallway through the door.

Je kunt gebruik maken van een klein koelkastje en gratis koffiecups. Gratis welkomsdrankjes zijn erg leuk! Kamer was op de 5e verdieping. De kamer is verbouwd maar niet netjes gedaan. Weinig stopcontacten. Ik heb de indruk dat op andere verdiepingen de kamers beter zijn.

Definitely get good earplugs but even with them it’s a struggle… also the place wasn’t really clean, and overall it seemed not very maintained.

• Giouvritsa (9/5): Very pleasant experience in Madrid - We stayed for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The location was also convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions, making it easy to get around. The only minor downside was that there was some noise from the neighboring rooms, as the soundproofing could be better. Other than that, everything was very good and we were very satisfied with our stay.

When we complained the next morning, they moved us immediately to a different room that had been redone and was clean and comfortable

• Khaled (9/5): Comfortable and welcoming - The decor and interior design were great, the towels were fluffy, the bed was great. The cold water was very weak and so getting a good balance for a warm shower was hard
• Myriam (9/5): Super établissement je recommande - La décoration, le personnel, la propreté et surtout l'emplacement incroyable. Peu d'isolation entre les chambres donc réveil à 3h du matin par un voisin qui prend une douche. Kitchenette mais pas de plaques et de casseroles pour cuisiner dommage.
