- Maria del Carmen (9/5): Ha sido un buen lugar para llegar fácilmente a todos los lugares que queríamos ver - Guiada ha sido muy amable y muy atenta. Todo estaba nuevo, la cocina, el baño el salón y las habitaciones.. La ubicación muy buena, a 15 minutos a pie del tren, a una calle de toda la zona centro, frente al mercado central y cerca de tiendas. Si volvemos a La Spezia volveremos, sin duda, al apartamento Mérida

- Roos (7/5): Good - Location near Down town and 8 min walking from train 🚉 station, nice big and clean Appartement the bad and pillow very good and Confortable. In the Bathroom the shower 🚿 need some modification. And there is no clime ❄ so very hot in summer. No parking and difficult to find a place.
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Everything great. Very good contact and check in instructions. The apartment is large, you can relax in the living room, outside the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen. If there was air conditioning it would be perfect! but there were fans so it was fine in got weather. Sometimes in the evenings and at night is a little noisy from the street (people who are sensitive to noise may have trouble falling asleep).
- Zegjine (10/5): Excellent 💜 - Giada was very kind, she suggested us where they could have lunch or go out in the evening. The house was clean, comfortable, very good location to go to the city center and to go to the train station. Everything is good.
- Judi (8/5): Newly decorated and comfortable. Easy access to station and port. Downtown La Spezia. - Breakfast not applicable. Lack of blackout curtains. Air conditioning or a fan in the bedroom would have been great.
