- Ran (8/5): overall great hotel for families - Good Location, access directly to the sea, large and clean pool, lots of space to sit outside, good music played by the pool. Hotel area and rooms are very clean and well kept. Rooms are large and equipped room, breakfast is excellent, and hotel staff is very helpful. No hotel guest parking. and It is not so easy to find parking in this area

- Eran (4/5): - מיקום המלון על הים נתנו לנו חדר צמוד למשחקיה ובאזור רועש היינו צריכים להגיע למנהל על מנת שיחליפו לנו חדר. המיטה לא הייתה נוחה, שני מיטות יחיד מחוברות והרגשנו שאנחנו ישנים על מיטה עקומה. תוספת לארוחת שישי הייתה יקרה 240 לאדם. פקידי הקבלה ללא תודעת שירות פרט למנהל שהיה מקסים ושינה לנו חדר אחרי שפקידי הקבלה טענו שהמלון בתפוסה מלאה ואין אפשרות לשנות חדרים

- Moran (10/5): מלון מעולה, חווית שירות מעולה - הצוות! רמת שירות שלא ראיתי כמוה בארץ, אכפתיות וירידה לפרטים. בכל בקשה בדקו איתנו שהכל טופל, היו מאד שירותיים, מקצועיים ונעימים.

- Navit (8/5): נהננו מהשהייה. - ארוחת בוקר טובה, עשירה ומגוונת. החדר מרווח, מאובזר ונקי (פרט למרפסת החדר שהיתה מעט מאובקת) הצוות שרותי ואדיב - חששנו שברגע האחרון לא נוכל להגיע לאילת, עקב חסימת כבישים במזג האויר גרוע ונאמר לנו שאם אכן לא נוכל להגיע, נקבל החזר מלא. בנוסף, ביקשנו כריות אחרות שסופקו המזגן היה רועש, האינטרנט בחדר היה גרוע.

- Adir (10/5): חופשה מעולה שהכילה את כל האלמנטים שחופשה טובה צריכה להכיל. - חוויה משגעת - תודה על חופשה פשוט מעולה הגענו למלון בזמן מלחמה, וזה בדיוק מה שעשה את החופשה הזו לכל כך משמעותית. האוכל היה מגוון וטעים, אבל הדבר שהשאיר עלינו את הרושם הגדול ביותר היה צוות המלון. מרגע שנכנסנו - הבל בוי, הפקידות בקבלה, בחדר האוכל, בבריכה, שירות החדרים - כולם היו שירותים ואדיבים ממש. חן ולאה בקבלה - תודה על יחס אישי ורצון לעזור ריי מצוות המלון - תודה על התשומת לב. וגם לבחור הצעיר עם הזקן הבהיר מצוות הביטחון - אנחנו לא זכרים את השם שלך, אבל תודה לך על האכפתיות והגישה הנעימה. החדר היה מעל לכל הציפיה - מרווח, מיטה נוחה, תכשירי אמבטיה עם ריח משגע. אבל הדבר החשוב ביותר? הילדים שלנו הרגישו בטוחים להסתובב לבד ואנחנו הרגשנו שקט, גם בזמן מלחמה. זה לא דבר של מה בכך. נחזור בוודאות. היה נחמד שהטחינה בחדר אוכל תוגש מוכנה ולא רק בצורתה הגולמית. שיוסיפו תגיות לכל המאכלים, רטבים, אבקות שיהיה קל יותר להחליט מה לקחת. שמועדון הילדים יפתח ויסגר בשעה מדויקת. ביקשנו שיחליפו לנו את הפקק של האמבטיה, אבל הוא מעולם לא הגיע.

- dbarta (8/5): probably will come again, if they fix the wifi and parking issues - the room was spacious , comfortable and clean. Nice view from balcony. The hotel has a good location -- close to shopping and dining. The hotel restaurant is very good, both for breakfast and dinner. Too much noise from the public area near the restaurant. Either the music from the hotel itself was very noisy and the staff could not quiet it down, and in the evenings guests with their children were very noisy in the public area in late hours of night. The hotel did try to quiet them down with some success. Also the wifi in the room was pretty weak which prevented access to some servcies over the internet. Also the parking was bad - for us they opened the back small parking lot, but in general guests had difficulty finding reasonable parking (and this was not the busy season)

- tayar (5/5): מאכזב - לא יכולתי להנות כי המטרה שלשמה הגעתי היה לשבת מול הנוף ולא היה לי את מה שביקשתי ..... ביקשתי חדר עם נוף , שזו היתה כל מטרתי. לכן שילמתי על חדר יוקרתי ושווה. מיקמו אותי בחדר עם עצים. שום נוף לא היה נשקף מבעד למרפסת וכל המנוחה שבשבילה טרחתי, פשוט נהרסה. חבל מאד. היה כתוב חדר עם נוף. וזו היתה פשוט מאד הונאה.

- Reuven G. (10/5): עבודה ומיקום מעולים. - אהבנו את ה וות האדיב ומאיר הפנים בקבלה. את המהירות והשקט של הביצוע לבקשת הוספת שמיכה וסדין לספה. אהבנו את ההצעה לשדרוג החדר ואת המיקום של המלון. לעניות דעתי מקום כזה טוב צריך לדאוג לאביזרי רחצה יותר מסודרים באמבטיות ולא מתאעם להשאיר את כיור ללא הפקק המכסה.
- אמה77 (10/5): - את החדרים המשודרגים שקיבלנו והיו מדהימים! עם נוף מדהים😍 חגגנו יום הולדת שבננו הצעיר ונהנינו מאוד מהנוחות, ריווח בחדרים! היה שווה כל שקל של השקעה. כשבעלי סיפר שיש יום הולדת לבן, הביאו לו עוגת שוקולד בצורת לב, בלונים ושתייה קלה. זה מאוד ריגש אותנו על המאמץ והשקעה. אנחנו פעם שלישית שוהים אצלכם ובוודאות נחזור🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ הדבר היחיד שהייתי משפרת זה איכות המים במתקן מים בלובי והיחס של העובד הספציפי שכשהערתי שלמים יש טעם של מי ברז ענה לי: מה חשבת שזה מים מינרליים? לא עניתי אבל מודה שזה קצת הכעיס אותי. אני לא מצפה לקבל מים מינרליים אבל בכל מלון שהייתי בו( והיה פחות ברמה) היו מים מסוננים ולא מים עם טעם לוואי של מי ברז.
- שני (9/5): מלון נהדר מיקום ייחודי - הערות: חניה. חסר / ואין חניה ייעודית לאורחי המלון. חדר האוכל- רועש מידי, והריח בקומה נוראי ולא מזמין: הגענו לארוחת בוקר בשישי ויתרנו על הארוחה בשבת מסיבות אלו. הריח בחדר האוכל גם לא בשעות הפעילות
