• Suz (7/5): Es wäre super, wenn es sauber wäre. - Grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Wer richtig kochen möchte, würde wahrscheinlich eine Variation von Töpfen und ordentlichen Pfannen vermissen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, Kapseln muss man selbst kaufen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber Waschmittel muss man ebenfalls selbst kaufen. (wäre bei 180 Eur /Nacht vllt eine Überlegung wert, den Gästen zur Verfügung zu stellen) Gute Matratze. Nette Nachbarn. Toller Blick, ruhig. Fensterläden zum Verdunkeln. Sonnenterrasse (leider ohne irgendeinen Sonnenschutz). Fast immer Parkplätze in der Straße vorm Haus. Mercadona nicht weit. Bus nach SC oder Candelaria quasi vor der Haustür. Die Sauberkeit! Bad und Bettwäsche voller fremder Haare und Flecken. Dusche unhygienisch. In der Duschwanne liegt ein vergammeltes Holzteil ( als Rutschschutz?) Flecken auf dem Fußboden im Wohnzimmer. Schimmel und braune Schlieren in der Waschmaschine. Unangenehmer Geruch in der Küche. Ich musste erstmal putzen als ich kam. Leider gibt es keinerlei Putzmittel für die Gäste, nur verdünntes Spülmittel) Andere Bettwäsche wurde mir am Ankunftstag nach "Reklamation" übergeben, ohne dass sie wesentlich sauberer war. Offenbar wird die Leistung der Reinigungskraft durch Fotos der kompletten Zimmer "kontrolliert", auf denen man all die Haare natürlich nicht sieht (die Flecken schon, wenn mans weiß). Die Kommunikation mit Manuel war okay. Allerdings gab es seitens des Gastgebers kein Angebot der Erstattung der Kosten für die Endreinigung bspw.. Ich habe soviel Geld bezahlt für die Übernachtung und durfte erstmal putzen und habe die Bettwäsche gewaschen. Ich komme wirklich viel rum, übernachte in den unterschiedlichsten Unterkünften, aber sowas ist mir noch nie passiert.

• Iván (9/5): - La zona es muy tranquila, el apartamento estaba muy bien cuidado y limpio, la vistas de la terraza son bonitas, la playa está a 2, 3 minutos caminando y zonas de ocio cerca, el trato con el dueño del apartamento muy cercano y amable.

• Sarah (10/5): Truly brilliant, thank you! - Great communication. Easy check in. Super views from the terrace… everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach a few minutes down the hill, and bus stop to Santa Cruz just down the road. Spotlessly clean. Sometimes you don’t realise how fantastic a place is until you realise there is nothing that is bothering you! Without a car it’s quite a walk to the supermarkets. Mattress and pillows a bit hard but that’s personal preference.

• Lyudmyla (10/5): Very nice and cozy apartment, conveniently located. It was nice to see some goodies after a tiring journey. It is clear - I wanted to thank the owners of our apartment in Tenerife Island. When we arrived tired after a long journey, we were glad to see a comfortable and cozy flat with lots of facilities for careless recreation. Even more, we were surprised by the food that the owners left for us (bananas, cookies, coffee…, etc.). It was enjoyable to see it.
• Sven (8/5): For a week of exploring Tenerife this is a very nice place to start and come back to. Would definitely come back - The terrace is great and it was so nice walking into the hallway and having a great ocean view with sun in the morning (mostly) The bed was rather small and uncomfortable and there was a small leakage problem but the owner was super fast and helpful
