Important Information
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Guest Reviews
- Laura (9/5): Lovely home in a lovely location! Great for families and pets! - The WooliHut is in a wonderful location, the property is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood.
The property had a large backyard and is extremely pet friendly, with a dog door. Inside was very spacious, we loved that there are different levels in the home, with the main living area on the top floor, and there was a large balcony.
The property has local grocers, cafes and of course the beach and fun activities very close by. There is plenty to do, and if you are looking for a more leisurely getaway, this would be a great option!
We love that this property is pet friendly, the property is extremely pet accommodating and spacious for your pets. It might be worthwhile noting that we would have appreciated if the hosts could ensure that the couch covers and blankets had been cleaned in between visits, as there was a dog smell and pet hair on them. I know some pets might have a problem with other animal scents. Ensure you read the listing carefully, there is no linen/towels included in the price. We did pay the extra linen fee weeks in advance of our stay, and we had confirmed the linen would be provided the day before arrival, however on arrival there had been no linen provided for us. We contacted the hosts and they had someone come out within an hour to rectify this. Perhaps it would be good to confirm the day of your booking that linen has been provided.
They had also advertised a heater for the master bedroom, however unfortunately this was not located in the property during our stay, which in as low as 2° weather, was not ideal. The split system in the main area upstairs was great though, just needed something for the master bedroom at nighttime.
- Judith (9/5): Beautiful clean and comfortable house amongst the trees. - Large backyard with big trees, plenty of birds. Lots of outdoor furniture. Beautiful deck on 1st floor, among the trees. Very comfortable lounge furniture.
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional - Pet friendly, quiet spot, close to all we wanted.
Comfy beds Couldn't work free to air channels on TV but YouTube worked.
- Cant (10/5): Woolihut for the Win!! - Woolihut was exceptionally clean, and had all the facilities we required. A very well supplied kitchen with all the utensils and cooking accessories. The couches were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Coming from Queensland where the weather is warm to the refreshing coolness of Phillip Island, the rooms were very well heated if required. We would love to stay here on our next trip down. Nothing
- Jane (7/5): Good - Shower head not usable, cheap coffee machine, horrible frying pans
- Zhang (7/5): Good - The location and the property was nice. The 2 rooms at downstairs was a bit cold, the air-conditioned wasn't warm enough, at night when you sleep was a bit cold.
And there's a used brown bag was on the shelf in one of the room and few empty pack of the candy was on the living room floor.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Ghazie (9/5): Excellent location, Dog friendly and Close to the beach - On arrival at the location with the family, we were pleased with the area surrounding the house. The keys were easy to find and on entering the house, we were pretty happy about the place. It had everything that you would expect in your own house. The house was spacious with enough rooms for everyone, even the dogs were happy to explore and enjoyed having their own beds (which were provided). The beach is about 200m from the house, and if you want to take your dog off leash there is a great dog beach about 5 minute's drive located on The Esplanade. The area had lots of different eating places with the wooli traven having the best bistro food, while the best Thai we ever had was from Thai on the island located in Cowes. If you are looking for dog-friendly places to eat, best to google and call the restaurant or cafe around. The backyard needed a good cleaning and the grass cut. split system upstairs did not work, even with the batteries inserted into the remote.
