• Branislav (3/5): Poor - Good location, parking, flexible accommodation time (for arrival), private bathroom, nice courtyard. Dobra lokacija, parking, mogli smo da dodjemo bilo kad, nije bio problem, imali sme kupatilo samo za nas, lepo dvorište. - We were accommodated in a different room than was ordered (was order Deluxe room), without explanation. They accommodated us in an office that had its own bathroom and bed (the by way of "appartman"). The "appartman" didnt have closet for clothes and other things; window for ventilation, only had a large entrance door and a large fixed window with pasted over advertisement. In the evening when in outside was dark and in the inside was light, it was too much to see inside from the outside. - The price on the place was higher than was offer by the Booking (Booking price was €177 including all taxes!! for Deluxe room - the accommodation provider requested a higher amount than the agreed amount by €11 such as accommodation tax, i.e. €188). We asked for proof of payment, but she didn't give it to us (allegedly she doesn't give such proofs of payment, and supposedly no one ever asked for them, .......hmmmm?....) - Every night we had on floor full of insects (nasty and fast bugs which climb out from behind the floor moulding). We asked the accommodation provider to fix it, but all we got was to wash the floor and terrible behavior from the accommodation provider, no corrective solution (only a bucket with a rag to clean them up when they appear again) or or places in shared rooms.

• Dawid (8/5): If you are ok to stay in 10-ppl room for a Guca festival, it's more than ok. - Host was very helpful, good location, close to the center of Guca. There is also a place/bower to sit with other guests.
