• Anna (8/5): Very nice few days in Lefkas , hotel comfortable & staff nice - just a few adjustments needed ! - I did like the hotel very much , the location , furnishings & staff all very good . The reason I did not get full marks was because of the non use of the pool, & that breakfast not included , which had been suggested it was . It was difficult arriving quite late & then not having anything for breakfast next morning , the provision of a few tea / coffee sachets would be helpful , little milk cartons , & a larger bottle of water . Also the hot water was off for a while one day . I appreciate it was early in the season but still these little things make a difference . As above , most places do now provide basic drink making provisions , especially if breakfast not provided -& not to be able to use the pool or even sit by it as there were work tools / equipment everywhere was disappointing, it was early in season but not exactly winter !!

• WardPeffer (10/5): - Located in the middle of all the action, but close the windows and it was totally quiet. Loved the place. Would definitely pick this place again. A bit of a walk from where we had to park our car as the hotel is located in a no vehicle area.

• Thomas (10/5): Tolles Hotel mitten in der Stadt. - Sehr gute Lage, in der Fußgängerzone. Zimmer war modern und komfortabel ausgestattet. Freundlicher Empfang, mit Zimmer Upgrade. Parkplatz war am Hafen(kostenlos) 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles bestens.

• Renate (8/5): Charmantes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit hübscher Aussicht vom Balkon - Charmantes kleines Hotel in der autofreien Altstadt direkt an der zentralen Straße. Wir waren in der Nachsaison da und konnten spontan früher einchecken. Absolut freundliches und herzliches Personal. Vom Bakon hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Treiben auf der Straße und seitlich auch aufs Meer. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. In der Nachsaison wurde kein Frühstück mehr angeboten und es gab auch keine Möglich, sich selbst Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung bestehen aber ausreichend Angebote (Cafés, Bäcker etc.). Abends ist auf der Straße viel los und daher wird es entsprechend lauter. Die Fenster isolieren im geschlossenen Zustand aber sehr gut.
• Oleksandra (9/5): В цілому все було добре і комфортно, проте я рахую що ціна за ніч надто висока за такі умови - Розташування було непогане, в самому центрі сувернірних магазинчиків, до парому та автобусів недалеко, кондиціонар рятував кожної ночі. Загалом непогано все, зручні ліжка, басейн невеличкий, але його вистачає, в номері є свій балкон. Також що важливо, були всі засоби особистої гігієни, за це окремий плюс. Ціна як на мене завищена за одну ніч, + за таку ціну не було включених сніданків. Звичайний ремонт, нічого особливого. До найблищих пляжів пішки хвилин 30, вони непогані, але захід у воду не дуже зручний, плюс сильний вітер, але це не проблема готеля самого звісно :)

• Richard (8/5): Een goed hotel voor een kort verblijf in het hartje van Lefkada - Het hartelijk personeel bij de receptie, de locatie en de bedden zijn heerlijk. De kamers zijn schoon, voorzien van airco en balkon. Elke dag schone handdoeken. Ontbijtbuffet was eenvoudig en niet veel keus. Het terras buiten zit dicht op het zwembad en het zwembad is niet gelijk met de vloer maar een soort opbouw en fungeerde meer als drinkbak voor de stadsduiven.

Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und ich wurde - Pirofani Team, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your hospitality and the way you treat guests. I can only highly recommend this hotel. It is located in the heart of the Lefkas Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the windows are completely soundproof, so you can't hear the street noise. the price is good, and everything is nice, friendly and clean. • Greenhorn (10/5): One night in the Pirofani - On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by Mary on reception,it is a lovely hote the reception area and pool area were also very nicel,and room that exceeded our expectations for the price paid, hotel is in a busy area but once the balcony doors are closed could not hear any noise,would definitely return and no hesitation in recommending,all in all a lovely stay. Can't fault the hotel one bit.

• Nicholas (7/5): Budget friendly in the heart of the city - Staff were very friendly and had the room ready even before the check-in time. They were very helpful and let us drop off our luggage there as well. Location is great, right in the heart of the city. Rooms were not as nice as in the pictures. The balcony was just facing the back. The bathroom was a bit smelly from the sewer system, and you could not keep the bathroom window open. Pool is tiny.

The staff was exceptional — extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we had our own private concierge. They guided us with great recommendations and helped us plan our daily activities seamlessly. The atmosphere was truly luxurious, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to start the day right. Overall, a wonderful experience — we would definitely return!

• Don (8/5): Very good - We loved how this hotel was in the middle of everything! Mary and Eleni were fabulous hosts as well as all the staff there, very friendly and helpful. We also felt very secure. The pool and breakfasts were great! The bed was a little hard for us and it would be nice to have an awning on the balconies facing the front street. Mary did say she could provide us with an umbrella if we wanted though.

My room had a balcony but looked out directly at a wall. If booking again I’d try to get pool view or street view but not side view
• Jacqui (8/5): Lovely stay at Pirofani. - Friendly, helpful staff, central location. Very clean. Comfortable bed and spacious room with sufficient storage. There's a nice 9km walk around the lagoon and a small but pretty beach about a 20 minute walk away. My towels were changed daily, despite my request for this not to be done (unnecessary and not environmentally friendly). The pool is lovely but needs a few sunloungers. Shower cubicle was quite small.

• Ian (2/5): Couldn't wait to be on our way home. - There was no breakfast of any kind on offer. There was a kettle in the room but an empty fridge with no tea, coffee of any other kind of refreshments. I know there were few if no other guests but if you're a hotel open for business you would expect some level of service. There was nothing on offer. It costs nothing to have basics like tea and coffee in a room. Sadly won't be going back as I don't think they want guests!!

It’s in perfect place on pedestrian central street in Lefkada town, has everything we need, the family who runs it is always prepared to help with our questions and needs. Only wish to have more TV channels, not just greek
• James (9/5): Superb - Go room size, clean, comfortable, and great care package included with room. Excellent location for exploring the town. The shower in my room had no rail, had to be held by hand, and was also smaller than the shower on had on a previous stay. Outside of peak season, no breakfast available. This is not an issue as it's clear on booking and plenty of local coffee shops to hand the serve great breakfast.

Basic rooms which are a little tired and could do with a refresh but cleaned daily and comfortable. No breakfast as out of season but easy to find somewhere within a short walk.
