• Tymofii (10/5): - Все было отлично. Апартаменты соответствуют высокой оценке. Входная дверь находится слева от фасада здания. В апартаментах есть все для комфортного проживания. Чисто и просторно. Мы были одну ночь и остались всем довольны. Хозяева были внимательны и отзывчивы. Нам все понравилось.

• Reinhard (9/5): Es ist eine saubere, preisgünstige Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe. - Gute Lage in Bahnhof und Zentrumsnähe. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Bettdecken waren dünn.

• Giorgio (7/5): Buono - Stupendo appartamento. Grande, accogliente , pulito Dà troppo sulla strada. Si sente veramente troppo i rumori di auto che passano e persone che parlano fino alle 3-4 di notte. Inoltre secondo me delle tende oscuranti nelle camere sarebbe meglio averle per preservare il sonno.

• Harald (8/5): Unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin, große und sehr saubere Wohnung. - Für mich war die Lage zum Bahnhof entscheidend. Daher bei zentraler Lage leider auch mehr Straßenlärm. Für mich und für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

• Jana (10/5): - Dobrá poloha blízko nádraží, ubytování super čisté, prostorné, pohodlné. Ideální pro rodinný pobyt. Blízkost nádraží má za následek bohužel umístění na rušné ulici s provozem.
• Margareta Diendorfer (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber, der persönliche Empfang war sehr freundlich. Nachrichten wurden rasch beantwortet. Gute Lage zum Stadtzentrum - 10 Minuten Fußweg. Funktionelle Ausstattung: Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Tagsüber bis in den frühen Abend hinein doch recht laut durch den Straßenverkehr.

• Andreas (8/5): - Die Lage ist für Besuche in Klagenfurt perfekt, Innenstadt sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Nachteil dessen ist, dass es wegen Straßenkreuzung und Einfallstraße auch nachts relativ laut ist durch den Verkehrslärm.
• Thomas (9/5): - Die Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof war perfekt. Die Wohnung war Sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Schlüsselübergabe war absolut unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Abwicklung und Erklärung von allen. Kommen beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.
• Birgitt (4/5): eine ungemütliche Wohnung, die für 1 Nacht ausreichend war. - Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Wir mussten nicht warten und die Dame war freundlich. Kostenfreie Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe an der Strasse sind vorhanden. Das Haus hat nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch gerochen und liegt an einer sehr lauten Kreuzung, so dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Die Möbel waren abgenutzt, nicht einladend. Für einen Urlaubsbeginn eher ernüchternd. Für 1 Nacht nutzbar, aber wohlgefühlt haben wir uns nicht.
• Teresa (8/5): Große Wohnung für guten Preis - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, zu Fuß ca 8 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Spar und Billa ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Übergabe hat gut geklappt. Die Lage ist leider sehr laut , Balkon zur Straße. Haus hat 11 Stockwerke, dafür ist es ruhig. Nur die Straße ist wirklich laut.

• Edith und Freunde (8/5): Großes Apartment in Gehnähe zum Zentrum - Ein sehr großes, top sauberes Apartment, mit Allem nützliche und großer TV. Die Lage zur Innenstadt von Klagenfurt ist super, ca. 12 Minuten zum Lindwurm. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne werden wir wiederkommen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster im Schlafzimmer war es zu laut zum Schlafen, aber es war kein Problem diese Fenster zu schließen und reichlich frische Luft über die anderen Fenster des Wohnzimmers, Küche und Badezimmers zu bekommen.

• Anna (10/5): - Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo cerca del centro de Klagenfurt y de su aeropuerto. Solo estuvimos una noche pero tiene todas las comodidades y totalmente equipado.
• ROSSELLA (6/5): Carinzia - Appartamento grande, dotato di lavatrice, phon, ecc. posizione vicino al centro. Letto comodo. Host gentile e disponibile. Zona e palazzo un po' squallidi. Gli asciugamani avevano un odore sgradevole. Non c'erano prodotti per il bagno, mancava sia il bagnoschiuma che il sapone per lavarsi le mani.

• Lydia (7/5): Good - We had a lot of space, a living room and an actual dining table. The kitchen was big and well equipped. There were no curtains and the shower door did not work properly so water went through and caused a flooding. Washing your face was also difficult because the sink was very tiny and the cupboard was hanging very low.

• Steffunny (9/5): Despite a few little issues we really loved the apartment and would stay there again. - Location is short walk from train station. Clean and roomy. Elevator was a very nice surprise. We found very quiet when windows are shut. A very nice balcony which would be a great bonus in warmer months. Apartment was extremely hot. We adjusted radiators but still very hot. A adjustable thermostat would be really helpful. We did open windows but in brisk winter you really should not have to do that. A instruction manual on how to use items in apartment, along with easier contact info would be a big help. Would suggest better towels for the bathroom. We did have problems with calling to get our key, the phone number provided just would not go through. We finally sent a message via booking and a very nice woman/daughter arrived with key in about 15 minutes. We were beginning to worry. But it all worked out ok. Maybe a better method of communication for key exchange.
