• Marcelina (3/5): Nie polecam! - Lokalizacja Moim zdaniem zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu znacząco odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Balkon jest na tyle mały, że praktycznie nie nadaje się do użytku nawet dla jednej osoby. Kuchnia była bardzo słabo wyposażona — brakowało podstawowych rzeczy, takich jak ostry nóż, który musieliśmy dokupić we własnym zakresie. Dodatkowo winda w budynku nie działała, co było sporym utrudnieniem. Łóżko również było bardzo niewygodne. Największym problemem okazał się jednak brak możliwości pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu, mimo że nasz lot był dopiero o 22:00. Gospodarz nie wykazał w tej kwestii żadnej elastyczności ani zainteresowania pomocą, a jego podejście było raczej nieprzyjemne. Nie było również opcji późniejszego check-outu. Podsumowując, doświadczenie było rozczarowujące i niestety nie mogę polecić tego miejsca.

• Eugene (10/5): 3 night stay - The room was nice and clean very warm and smells lovely diffusers all over. it needs some TLC but was ok. The building is a bit run down but the location is excellent. All in all for what we paid for the room its really good value and we would stay again. It depends on your expectations if you want high end digs this isn't the place for you. If its for a short visit and you need somewhere clean to stay its spot on . Bits and bits need fixing in the room . We never saw anyone regarding the room and had the same bedding and towels for our 3 night stay it wouldn't be good if your stay was longer. The building is old but ok and the lift is a nightmare like terror towers in universal studio 😀 best to walk up the stairs .

• Greta (10/5): Bellissimo - Appartamento in pieno centro, vicinissimo a tutti i punti di interesse e ai locali più conosciuti. Pulitissimo, accogliente e molto caldo Se devo trovare un difetto direi che il palazzo e l ascensore hanno visto sicuramente giorni migliori

Abbiamo chiesto cambio asciugamani e lenzuola perché erano pieni di peli, e dopo il cambio ( ben quasi 3 ore dopo) di nuovo sporchi, 5 piano senza luci nei corridoio delle scale,

• Abbie (6/5): Okay for a weekend but I wouldn’t come back - Location is great Bed is uncomfortable and very noisy when you turn over. Shower is very weak so if you don’t need to wash your hair, don’t!

Pas d éclairage dans les parties communes Ascenseur très vieillissant L appartement n est pas top point de vue du mobilier et la Sdb mais pour le prix alors on sait ce qu on paye Donc on en a pour notre argent

Debe mejorar condiciones del elevador. - Ubicación súper El ascensor era antiguo y estaba defectuoso, me quedé atrapada entre pisos en dos ocasiones, por lo que dejé de usarlo, así que tuve que subir/bajar los 5 pisos por las escaleras varias veces.

El balcón es inexistente, no se pueden poner sillas para estar fuera. ‼️‼️‼️miren mis fotos antes de reservar. (Las que aporta el propietario son engañosas) Todo MUY sucio. • Jakub (8/5): Skvělá lokalita, vše v docházkové vzdálenosti - Skvělá lokalita, skoro vůbec nepotřebujete veřejnou dopravu. Hezký výhled. Chytrá televize. Ubytování bylo v 5. patře, první den nefungoval výtah. Balkón na fotce není balkon, nýbrž plot před oknem, takže se nemůžete posadit ven. Trochu špinavé spáry ve sprchovém koutě. Lednice moc nechladila.

• Pavia (7/5): A few days in the old town - The location and the services such as coffee and tea . The size of the apartment was very good as well. The bed was very noisy and there was no bedside lamp
• Lazăr (10/5): Weekend getaway review. - The room was really nice decorated, very clean and intimate. We loved the balcony and the view, plus that it was in a great area of the city. The facilities were amazing, we had hot water and the room temperature was perfect! Our guests provided coffee and tea among other products in the kitchen, which were really appreciated! Overall it was a great place for a weekend getaway and we will definitely book it again in the future! The only issue we encountered was that a leg from the bed had been unstable and it would balance, but it was an easy fix and it didn’t inconvenience us much.

• Pilgreem (8/5): Very good - Location of the appartment is excellent - right in the center. Perfect to stay one-two nights. It would be nice if there was a clothes hanger at the entrance. Kitchen is literally - 1 sq m, but for people who is not cooking should be fine - cafe is just 20 meters outside the building.

• Lorna (8/5): Location is perfect!! - Location is key!! Can’t fault that at all.. I knew about the dodgy lift and it looking a bit shabby from out side. It had everything I needed for just me. Nice to have hand soap and washing up liquid and odd bits and bobs including coffee in the kitchenette. Smelt lovely in main room!! TV was in English and had all the satellite Chanel’s! Balcony although not one to sit on nice for fresh air! The shower took over 5 minutes to heat up.. and then the main head did not work..but combination was wick from Hosts over it. The water smells not sure if this is a Romanian thing? Only two pillows fine for a solo traveler Towels like sandpaper could do with new ones But over all it did what I needed it to and would stay again

Good communication from host, as the heating was really high but he walked us through how to turn it down. Some items were out of date (soap, honey) but that's easily fixed!

Great to be in the old town No shampoo as advertised and the soap was cracked and a few months out of date. Local shops available to buy these but would have brought them with us if we had known. Access to the property was difficult at first as we were given the incorrect key lock details but quickly resolved. Mouldy shower and the balcony table was broken, didn't affect our stay

• Katy (7/5): Good - Really close to everything, the day trips we booked had pick up destination 5 minutes walk away. Apartment was lovely and warm, in fact we needed to turn the radiator down it was so warm. As others have said, the apartment isn't as nice looking from outside but lovely once inside, the lift works but is an experience in itself!

• Aoibhinn (9/5): Superb - Great space. AC worked great and the washing machine was easy to work, brought my own washing detergent so I did not check if this was supplied. I did not like the lift, it did not feel safe to use so we took the stairs, obviously not a problem of the apartment owner but an issue with the building itself. I could be wrong, but there was nothing provided to hang the clothes after using the washing machine, we used the back of the wooden chairs and the radiator, it would have been nicer if a hanger (clothes horse) was provided as we did not feel comfortable hanging them on the balcony railing incase they fell.
• Chris (8/5): An oasis in ugly building close to old town. - Lovely apartment very close to old town. Washing machine, comfortable bed, responsive owner, Good Air conditioning and hot water. Quiet. Very good value. It is in a terrible and dirty building. The lift is scary. Don’t put more than one person with bags. Ensure doors shut on front and side or it will not operate. But don’t let that put you off as apartment is lovely and very good value.

Very comfortable room with all amenities needed. Check in and check out were super easy. Nice views. Building is old and with a weird elevator, however, it ends up being quaint.

• Dimitra (10/5): Exceptional - As i saw in the previous rates about the apartment i noticed the changes the owner has made to make your stay even better! For the price it's offering its a lovely apartment in the city center with all the right equipment. The bus station from and to the airport is very close also.The building may seem old in the first sight but its very quiet. The only negative but important thing was that the towels had a bad smell on them, proper cleaning is mandatory. Thank you!

Across the street from the house are great establishments with delicious food. Since the center is very many establishments for different sizes of wallet, including the usual stores. Very clean, everything you need. Everything is fine 😃
