It looked better that the images on the platform , family was so impressed with this place . Maybe its the chalet that we were given :) , so great and spacious , And the kids enjoyed Uncle MAX the tortoise , they still talking about that Restaurant food not that great , we didn't do buffet , maybe that is better but other things were just okay , we mostly cooked , the road to there , almost 10km gravel bumpy road , noooot ideal yeyyy prepare for that

- Phiri (1/5): Disappointing - The room was a total disappointment, no privacy at all, with very old furniture. It was not what was advertised. Housekeeping knocked on my door demanding to clean because they wanted to knock off when they cleaned it was not even clean you could see that it was a rushed job. The road is very very bad you could have a breakdown in the middle of the bush. Total waste of my money i would never recommend it to any of my friends and family.

- Janmarie (10/5): Good stay for a short stay! - On arrival we saw a giraffe! Highlight of our whole trip was seeing giraffes everyday! Staff is super friendly. Restaurant staff amazing and food was good. Everyday there is different kinds of activities to do for all ages. It's not a dislike is more a "we wish we knew exactly how our room would have look like" just for planning purposes. On the photos it showed we had a small kitchen and bathroom apart from the room when we got there it looked much different than the photos. Overall we love it - we just slept there so did not make a difference.

The service Khumo and Berlinda provided was exceptional along with some of the guys from the leap adventures. had to beg for assistance from the restaurant when you get assisted you'll have to follow up with whether you were assisted or not 1/10 service. I'm not saying there's racism but you're assisted quicker if you're of a certain skin colour. The drive up here is horrible

- magagula (9/5): - The area is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and very beautiful. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, which made our stay convenient. We also enjoyed having our own private braai area, and the bar was a great addition to the overall experience. The shower has an issue — when the tap is fully opened, water spills out onto the floor. There are also a lot of monkeys around the property, which can be quite disruptive. Additionally, there were no 2-bedroom apartments available with double beds in both rooms, and our request to have the single beds combined (as we came as couples) was unfortunately declined. We also experienced some uncomfortable and concerning behavior from certain visitors that felt discriminatory. The walls are not soundproof, and noise travels easily — you can clearly hear neighbors snoring, watching TV, or even walking up the stairs, which affects privacy and comfort.

The resort has many kid friendly activities to keep the kids entertained. This is a great resort for families and I will definitely book again Nothing. We had a great experience

- Hinesh (8/5): Great family spot with loads of activities. - Great clean accommodation with loads of activities for families. Staff were all friendly and helpful. All facilities were well-maintained. The kids loved the itenery of activities available on a daily basis. The unit was a bit small, but was fine. Only complaint would be that because the units are 'joined' the neighbours can be heard whether they were speaking or watching tv. Our neighbours were a family with young children, so it was quite noisy late at night and early in the morning. Another thing was that you had to pay a nominal fee for everything. So if you wanted to use the heated pool, it would cost R20 for half a day per person. There are small costs like this for everything. They do add up if you're there for multiple days and are with your family. Also, make sure you take your own towel for swimming. There are no other options besides for using your room towel, which isn't great if you still need to shower after.

Heated pool and cost for the facilities are not badly priced. Staff are amazing. We really had a good time. The restaurant was disappointing overall. There is very little variety, and the food is expensive for what is offered—almost 4-star prices for 2-star quality. For lunch especially, smaller, more affordable meal options are needed, along with better variety for both kids and adults. A separate, simple takeaway (e.g. pizzas, burgers, etc.) would work far better than combining it with the restaurant. Unfortunately, the unit was also not clean on arrival. There were dead flies on the floors in both rooms, cobwebs near the windows, dirt in the corners, and even rat droppings. I had to sweep the unit myself. Lastly, be aware that the last ±15 km to Dikhololo (all around) are dirt roads, which can be quite bumpy, not much anyone can do but just brace yourself ;-).

- proff (9/5): Very good - Heated pools, well maintained and toilets were clean Water pressure in our shower was not great. Sunday check in was 5pm, this is not good.
- precious (10/5): I enjoyed the place with my family . - The property was very clean and up to date. The water was so hot all the time and lot of activities. I also saw plenty of animals .

Fantastic amenities for the kids that keep them busy whole day! Would be nice if we could pay for the indoor pool and other activities at the relevant place than to walk up and down to reception first.

- Kgothatso (8/5): - The facilities are clean and the waiters were nice and very fast, the rooms were cleaned exceptionally, and nothing was lost. We also enjoyed the quad biking session with Karabo from Leap Adventures. The music caters mostly to white people. We didn't stay long at the braai because they only played Afrikaans music.
- Ilze (9/5): A lovely breakaway from the city - The reception staff were so friendly and efficient. The whole ambience was great, we would go tomorrow again if we could! The entertainment was also family friendly and there is something for everyone to do! From small kids, to teenagers, to older people. Everyone has a place at Dikhololo. The queue at the entrance of the game lodge was very long and inefficient.

Buy new quarts bike the ones you have they get hot very quickly and it burns the legs while driving. Buy more quarts bikes for kids as we found all of the broken. Fix all the wood walking stares inside the accommodation L 26 they make noise when walking, they are missing securing screws underneath.

- Clare (7/5): Great, relaxing and wish we could have stayed for longer. - Loved the location of our chalet. Resort was clean. Friendly staff. Didn't like that we had to pay for all the extra activities. No reading material( books/ magazines) available. The fact that guests on the outside of the block had to walk through past our car to get to pool.

- Jonathan En Jacolene (10/5): Best valie for money - I loved the whole place. It was our first time there and really Impressed The place we stayed in was really nice. The only down side was that we could hear our neighbors talk and their TV. Didn't really like that, as we have little ones and struggled to get them to rest with the noose next door.
