• Jordan (10/5): Fantastic all round. Would definitely stay again. - Fantastic location, very clean, great interior design. A good thing about the booking is that is a keyless entry, and all code based. To enter the main building and to then enter to apartment, then another code for your room. Maybe that’s why it’s called Coderooms, clever! It could be just the moment we stayed or it’s temporary, but there was a smell from the drains in the shower. But walking around, it’s actually Florence itself. You’ll get the occasional wiff. So please don’t be alarmed or put off by the slight smell from the shower, it’s kinda normal. It’s not the apartment itself.

• Raymond (7/5): Excellent location, easy check in check out process, just be creative with your phone charging. - Location is excellent, walking distance to major sights, loads of restaurants, cafes, bars on your doorstep. Self serve check in was seamless. Room was quirky and bohemian style. Good hot water pressure. AC is a god send when its hot. No noise issues despite the Irish pub having nightly karaoke sessions - guess enough people complained previously helped. Note that the power sockets for charging your phones/devices setup is terrible. One weird shelf next to only one side of the bed to properly change, so only one person can charge their phones at any one time. The other person can wait or may need a very long charging cable to extend to another power socket next to bathroom door??!! The room is narrow and small so be mindful if you have large suitcases.

T - A lovely, cozy small room in the heart of Florence with a nice Florence atmosphere. Compact but comfortable, clean, and just right for enjoying the city. The location is very nice, and the atmosphere adds a special charm to the stay.

Les informations par messages nous ont été bien communiqués pour une arrivée et un séjour en toute autonomie. La possibilité de luggage room est un plus. La situation en hypercentre a aussi son revers pour nous : du bruit tard dans la nuit dû au pub en face qui peut gêner malgré le double vitrage et les boules quiès.

• Mossucca (7/5): - La posizione è fantastica in pieno centro. La possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio davvero utile. Migliorerei il bagno. E'' privo di bidet. C'è la doccia con solo il soffione ma senza doccino. Quindi se vuoi lavarti solo le parti basse anche a metà pomeriggio, devi lavarti anche i capelli. Sarebbe utile doccino o almeno delle cuffie insieme ai prodotti da bagno. Il phon in dotazione è senza diffusore ed il beccuccio non si riesce ad infilare al phon perché bruciato e sciolto.

• Anna (9/5): - A wonderful stay in every way. The location is absolutely perfect! Everything you might want to see is within easy reach, and there are great food options nearby. The hotel itself has a very special atmosphere, with a beautifully designed room that feels both stylish and cozy. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, and the view from the window was a real highlight. It made the whole experience even more special. There is also a convenient bus connection to the train station, which made getting around very easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of great design, comfort, and an excellent location. One downside worth mentioning concerns the luggage storage. Both the website and email communication describe it as a convenient and worry-free option, but in reality it is simply an open room within the shared Coderooms space. It is not locked and does not even have shelves, and formally Coderooms states that they are not responsible for any items left there. Given the availability of modern, secure storage solutions, this felt like an overstatement in the promotional materials, especially the suggestion that guests do not need to worry about their belongings before check-in or after check-out. In the end, I chose to use a paid luggage storage service nearby instead.

• Ilaria (9/5): Luogo perfetto per una sosta in centro a Firenze. - La nostra camera era molto carina, posizione centralissima a fianco del Teatro Verdi. Host super attivi, ci hanno supportato ad ogni nostra domanda. Purtroppo, ma non è colpa dell'host, la strada sottostante ha diversi locali e il rumore delle persone che festeggiavano ci hanno tenute sveglie fino a tardi. Se si è giovani però può essere un punto a favore, perché basta scendere le scale per trovarsi in buona compagnia e bere un drink.
• Katarzyna (9/5): Miejsce, do którego chce się wracać - Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielami, którzy nie tylko przysłali szczegółowe informacje, jak dostać się do budynku i pokoju, ale i przesłali autorski przewodnik po Florencji. W każdym aspekcie czuć było, że wymyślili koncept miejsca i budowania wokół niej społeczności, bo mają z tego przyjemność. Budynek nie tak łatwo znaleźć, tak więc dobrze zapamiętać, że jest niemal naprzeciwko Irish Pubu. Poza tym fajny pokój, wygodne łóżko, miła łazienka z (nareszcie!) dużym ręcznikiem kąpielowym. Świetna okolica, 5 min do katedry, późnym wieczorem naprawdę bezpiecznie, także dlatego, że w okolicy są długo czynne restauracje. I – co zaskakujące – jest cicho.

L’unica cosa che migliorerei è l’assenza di un piccolo set di cortesia, come ciabattine monouso, una bottiglia d’acqua e una macchina del caffè con capsule, che avrebbe reso il soggiorno ancora più completo.

• Antonino Gabriele (5/5): Per fortuna sono stato poco in camera e mi sono goduto la città. - Il punto di forza della struttura è sicuramente la posizione. Molto centrale e permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Firenze. 1) ascensore non funzionante non segnalato durante la prenotazione. La struttura si trova al secondo piano e per raggiungerla si devono percorrere diverse rampe di scale. 2) non c’è il bidet in bagno. Per i turisti sicuramente non sarà un problema ma per gli italiani è una mancanza. 3) doccia stretta e senza possibilità di avere un doccino mobile. Questo comporta difficoltà nel fare una doccia senza bagnare i capelli. 4) ambiente molto rumoroso la notte: di fronte si trovano dei locali che hanno messo musica fino a tarda notte, il che rendeva difficile dormire. 5) non si può gestire la temperatura della camera durante l’inverno. Ci è stato infatti negato l’accesso al telecomando del condizionatore nonostante fosse stato richiesto. Ci hanno risposto che il sistema di aria condizionata non è attiva durante il periodo della mia permanenza. 6) i codici di accesso della struttura e della camera sono praticamente uguali e questo mi ha fatto sentire poco sicuro per la mia privacy.

• Emilio Damián (9/5): En pleno centro, cómoda y asequible - La ubicación sin duda, la comodidad y la rápida respuesta al whatsapp a pesar de no haber personal presente. Está todo muy bien explicado. Quizá el tamaño de la habitación, pero es perfectamente cómoda y merece la pena por la ubicación.

• Iolanda (6/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura a Firenze la camera era molto carina e arredata con gusto, il mini frigo funzionava benissimo. Letto enorme e molto comodo. L'esperienza complessiva è stata purtroppo segnata da diverse mancanze. Il problema principale ha riguardato l'igiene: al mio arrivo le lenzuola erano piene di peli e capelli. Nonostante il personale sia intervenuto prontamente per cambiarle dopo il mio richiamo, la situazione è migliorata solo parzialmente. Non lo so forse le lenzuola erano state lavate ma i peli rimanevano ostinatamente attaccati al tessuto. Per questo motivo, consiglio vivamente alla struttura di utilizzare rulli adesivi o spazzole specifiche dopo il lavaggio, poiché il semplice ciclo di lavatrice spesso non basta a rimuovere questi residui che danno un'idea di scarsa pulizia. Oltre a questo, la funzionalità del bagno ha lasciato a desiderare: l'assenza del bidet e la mancanza di un doccino mobile hanno reso molto scomodo lavarsi senza bagnare necessariamente i capelli. A completare il quadro dei disagi, l'ascensore era rotto (nonostante la camera fosse al secondo piano) e la stanza risultava piuttosto buia; la posizione tra due palazzi molto vicini impedisce infatti alla luce naturale di entrare in modo sufficiente, anche con il balcone aperto. In conclusione, una camera con un bel potenziale estetico, ma che necessita di molta più attenzione ai dettagli e alla manutenzione per offrire un soggiorno davvero confortevole.

The room was really warm and cosy, comfortable and really clean, with Housekeeping constantly refreshing room & towels …. Its well within a budget price It’s just SO noisy…the noise from the bars and Singing from a club?? Every night.. sometimes until after 2am. Plus you can hear the people next door talking, I had to bang on the wall so a guest would turn his TV down at 1am-which he did immediately. You can also hear their toilet!! There is no kettle/cup/spoon…(I bought cheap ones whilst there) but there is a fridge
