Helena (8/5): Eine moderne FeWo in guter Lage in Greetsiel! - Die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider waren die Treppen recht eng und steil. Das hätten wir gerne vorher erfahren, weil wir beide im Moment postoperativ etwas gehbehindert sind. Die Ausstattung der Küche hervorragend! Die Einrichtung geschmackvoll und modern. Im Fahrradschuppen stand ein Fahrrad, das doch recht viel Platz genommen hatte und uns Probleme, verursachte unsere beiden E-Bikes darein zu stellen. Ohne dieses fremde Rad wäre es kein Problem gewesen. Bei der Buchung fanden wir es verwirrend, weil wir die FeWo bei Booking.com gefunden haben. Da sind wir langjährige Kunden und bekommen auch Rabatt. Wir haben zwei Bestätigungen für die Buchung bekommen, eine von Booking.com und eine vom Systembau Vermietungen. Einige Informationen in den Bestätigung haben sich widersprochen, z.B. die Bezahlung. Wir haben auch kein Rabatt für die Vermietung bekommen. Von da an hatten wir mit Booking.com nichts mehr zu tun, was für uns Verwirrung verursachte. Mit einem Türcode für die FeWo wäre die Ankunft unkomplizierter gewesen.
