- Nataliya (9/5): - Заехали на 2 ночи с 4 по 6 мая семьёй из 4х человек. Номер был двухкомнатный, комнаты смежные. Места достаточно, спали удобно, санузел функционирует исправно, есть чайник, холодильник. На первом этаже небольшая кухня, можно взять посуду. Гостиница в центре, рядом улочки старого города. Площадь Европы, Пьяцца, собор святого Николая- рядом. До моря недалеко, всё удобно расположено и доступно. Прекрасный, добрейшей души хозяин Шато, приятнейший в общении. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

- Marina (10/5): - Расположение отеля в старом Батуми очень удачное. В пешей доступности есть что посмотреть. Семейный персонал отеля очень заботливый и доброжелательный, спасибо! Не хватало настольной лампы на тумбочке. Был торшер, но он громоздкий и стоит вдалеке от кровати

- Tatyana (8/5): - Всë норм! Цена, качество 👍👍👍 В букинге 5 местный номер , заявлены 5 кроватей. А на месте 4 кравати и 1 диван. Спать на диване не комфортно. Так если нет кровати. Пусть пишут4 + 1 диван. Я бы не бронировала, если заняла бы, что вместо кравати диван. Да ещё и неудобный.

- Jamil Sazonov (1/5): The most terrible thing - We have already stayed in Georgia three times. In this hotel we had the most terrible experience that could be, and if it can even be called a hotel. We were put in a room that didn't match the photos at all, there were no towels in the bathroom, the whole floor was wet. The air conditioner did not cool at all, there was a very strong smell of dampness and mold. We contacted the hotel management to stay only one night instead of four and pay a fine.They refused to do anything and charged the full amount. I ended up staying even one night, and we left for another hotel at the same moment.I don't advise anyone to go near this hotel, again, if you can call it a hotel.

- Efe (8/5): Very good - The location is right in the center of the city. You can easily walk everywhere. The staff are helpful and sweet.
- Akos (1/5): A nightmare, - avoid this hotel and Irise - they belong to the same owner - Nothing. The host told me the night before to go to the Irise hotel because there is some issue at Cattaleya. Irise was not far from Cattaleya, so we accepted it. So, I don't know the Cattaleya hotel, but I would dissuade everybody from Irise, because it is the same owner and that doesn't mean anything good. This hotel was the worst hotel of my life. The owner promised that we would get a better room because of the change, but it was much worse. A dark, musty hole, the air conditioner was rattling and the window faced a dirty firewall. I then asked for another room where it was 33 degrees all night and the aircon didn't work at all. I reported the problem to the receptionist several times and asked him to give me a ventilator, but she didn't give me one. She didn't speak any language anyway. So we didn't sleep all night because of the hot in the room and the loud street noise. This is a filth nest, everyone should avoid it.

- Mariya (7/5): Good - Friendly staff(!), big room, very nice location Location is plus and minus in the same time. Every day there were party's under our windows.. so till 2-3am very dificult to fall asleep. Wifi was really bad. If you need to work online - not possible.
