• Kevin (8/5): Perfect place for a family trip to Blackpool - Able to park the car right outside and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and it was an ideal place for us to stay for our trip. My only criticism was that the one bed had several missing and/or repaired slats, which was noticeable from laying on the bed, but there was plenty of spares under the mattress so I just fitted them as best I could myself, as some of the plastic brackets that keep them in place were either damaged or missing.

• Emma (6/5): Not sure how this hotel is classed as superb - The double bed and bunks being in separate rooms were good. Fridge in bedroom a bonus as well as the water bottles. It was clean to a degree. The bunk bed room could have done with a hoover and clean because of kids stuff. There was hand soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. The bath was HUGE! and it has a large shower separate. The sweets are a cute touch! The windows don't actually close, they're left open, bathroom one was wide open and no way to close it. Bathroom had no privacy glass, it was normal glass with a dirty blind that wasn't blackout. The milk was in date but left bits in my tea. There was no decaf tea option, only coffee or Yorkshire tea. The double bed was uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the middle because it seemed to dip at the sides. The fridge turns on all the time. There's a light outside the bedroom and as the curtains and blinds are not blackout it shines through. It's on and off a lot from 4am I noticed! The towels do not dry you! And I think because they take so long to dry they have a damp smell to them. There was no hand towel in the bathroom. The bathmat was ripped and tatty. The parking is questionable, there's 5 parking spaces to 8ish rooms. The TV was smashed in the bottom left corner, could still watch TV but was glitchy. For the price, you'd expect the basics of privacy glass and blackout curtains/blinds. I wouldn't class it as superb as what booking.com class it as. It was missing basic needs.

• kerrie (10/5): just look at the size of that bath! - it was perfect for us and the children, the children loved the massive bath and the fact that you thought about every little detail even down to toys and books for the children during our stay, the staff were always on hand for anything we needed or just information on the area. The beds were just beautiful and so comfortable! we will definitely be booking again when our daughter has another competition.
• CHARLOTTE (9/5): Lovely hosts and comfortable stay - The hosts were some of the most lovely people I have met! Made me feel so welcome and nothing was too much for them. It felt like you were staying with family. ☺️ The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I'm 100% booking here again! Small parts of the room could have been a little bit cleaner; however, I wasn't overly fussed and the hospitality more than made up for it I'm still going to book here again regardless

Brought my twins for an early birthday treat and they went above and beyond for us Hamish and Henry are amazing hosts imediatw contact with us as soon as booked couldn't do enough for us so friendly and welcoming even left a little treat for my girls bday and played happy birthday to them on the piano amongst a few other songs .it's so warm cozy and comfortable here or feels like home feel like we have know this lovely family a long time already. All the rooms and hotel is beautiful ❤️ our rooms was layed out perfectly for what we needed with the children very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Tea coffee water juice on tap sweets and biscuits too! Been more than flexible with checking in and out plus free parking . The location is perfect for us with having children as we are tucked away from the hussle and busel of night life so really quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel and lovely family for your stay at Blackpool cants thank them enough!! 10/10 and beyond for us!! 😁 Absolutely nothing to dislike!

• Natasha (9/5): Nice place to stay, comfortable, good distance to get in to town - The property was nice, not far away from town centre, beds comfortable. We had facilities to make hot drinks just no milk of any kind no sachets, small pots. grant you we weren’t in the room long as we were out all day and then out in morning but we were not able to make tea or coffee when we got back or first thing in morning before leaving.

The host was friendly and kindly left bottle water and milk in the fridge which was ideal for my little girls. Parking was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. The toilet seat was broken and my little girl nearly fell in the toilet
• Heather (7/5): Perfect location for Winter Gardens and Grand Theatre. - The lady was welcoming, we were offered a bottle of Prosecco as recompense for the WiFi not working. There were lots of tea/coffee/water/snacks available. The fridge was handy. We were able to leave our car in the parking area until we left on our last day. We didn’t see anyone once we’d been shown to our room and hadn’t been told which door to knock at if we needed assistance.

• Brett (10/5): Will definitely stay again! - We stayed at the Valencia in a family room and had a really pleasant experience. Although we were given the option to swap rooms due to the number of adults in our group, the family room worked absolutely fine for us, so we were happy to keep it. The standout feature of the room was definitely the bathtub — a lovely bonus and very welcome after a long day out. A particularly nice touch was the piano music being played during the afternoon by the person running the hotel, which created a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. The price was also very good, especially for what we got, and overall the room was comfortable and suited our needs well. We enjoyed our stay and would happily consider staying here again. Nothing wrong.

• Claire (5/5): - The bed was comfortable I didn't like the lack of presence from the owners, no one to sign you out or to ask questions. The floor was grimy and under the bed was dirty. General maintenance was lacking around the stairs and rooms including bathroom taps but if this was rectified would be lovely. Also, a small note but the TV was on the wrong wall so had to turn to watch when sitting in bed. I just like an owner being visible
• judith (10/5): Perfect stay :: - The room was perfect for us and the kids.Bathroom was massive .We got all that we needed especially the kettle when u been out and about and freezing outside.Thanks for letting us park the car early before check in time . The location is perfect too quite and not long distance to walk from town center . Easy check in too .Will defo book again when we coming back to Blackpool and will recommend to friends too .

We were greeted by the host with a smiling face who offered to help with our bags, showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. There were extra teas:coffees/water/toilet rolls etc on the landing to help yourself if needed. Tv with Netflix etc and good wifi Nothing we didn’t like
• Kathryn Holling (10/5): Amazing little gem - Amazing little hotel, Hamish the owner is a proper star, he upgraded one of our rooms with not having a full hotel. We had a issue with a broken tv. They tried to fix it but replaced it within a few hours. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Nothing

Lovely warm welcome at check in and really nice touch having bottled water, fresh milk and our favourite Yorkshire tea in the room! It was also nice being able to grab any additional items just outside the room. The bed was comfy and we had a brilliant stay - excellent location for the Winter Gardens. We would 100% head back here if we come back to Blackpool.

Ironing board iron and hairdryer. TV with netflix WiFi Bed linen and towels. Location is perfect, max 20 mins walk to all attractions, onsite parking.
