• Омарбекова (10/5): Лучшее место, где можно отдохнуть в путешествии 🤩 - Мы были два дня и это было действительно самое комфортное проживание. Перечитав море отзывов о других апартаментах боялась что будет плохо. Но когда увидела квартиру в реальности, то удивилась насколько все соответствовала фотографиям. Уют, чистота, уборка как в отеле каждый день, местоположение и метро за поворотом - вообще топ. Кровать, на которой мы реально отдохнули. Рядом банкомат, магазины, кафе. Ватикан - рядом. Все достопримечательности можно посмотреть легко и быстро. Если буду еще в Риме обязательно остановлюсь именно здесь! Все понравилось

• Luca (9/5): - La struttura era pulita. La camera spaziosa con bagno dotato di bidet e stanza comune dopo poter fare colazione. Posizione vicinissima alla Metro fermata Cornelia. Nulla. Avrei gradito un rapporto diretto con la proprietà. Sto ancora aspettando la Fattura che non mi è stata inviata.
• Vlastimir (10/5): Apartman je odličan, lokacija je dobra, vlasnica apartmana je veoma profesionalna, hvala najljepše! - Apartman je odličan, lokacija je dobra, stanica metroa se nalazi odmah pored zgrade, tako da je veoma lako doći do centra grada. Takođe i stajalište autobusa koji vozi direktno do aerodroma Fiumicino je par stotina metara od zgrade. Vlasnica apartmana je veoma profesionalna, hvala joj najljepše, uživali smo u boravku.

• Johara (8/5): Qualche incomprensione, ma esperienza positiva - Posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla metro, notte silenziosa, pulizia eccellente. Viaggiavamo con una bimba piccola e abbiamo apprezzato gli spazi ampi e comodi anche con il passeggino e la presenza dell'ascensore. Sistema molto pratico di gestione del check in. La proposta di booking non è stata molto corrispondente a ciò che effettivamente il b&b offriva e i chiarimenti da parte dell'host sono arrivati molto tardi... comunque ha risposto in maniera chiara ed esaustiva e alla fine il soggiorno è stato un'esperienza positiva.

• Sergii (7/5): Ok room near metro in outskirts of Rome - It's close to the metro station and the station of the express bus to go to the airport. It has a basic kitchen. A bit far from the center, but as Rome gets crazy touristy for the same money it would be hard to get something more centric. The water didn't get out well in the shower.

Anfitriona (no supe su nombre hasta ahora) no me comunicó instrucciones de acceso, ni de salida, ni wifi; tuve que preguntar yo. No cortinas adecuadas no persianas por lo que entraba mucha luz.

• simone roberto (4/5): - posizione comoda per il servizio di metropolitana Appena arrivati in struttura ho parlato telefonicamente con una referente del locale, abbastanza scortese in quanto chiedendo il motivo di non aver trovato 2 letti singoli ma uno solo matrimoniale, mi consigliava di cercare un'altro posto, inoltre non abbiamo fatto colazione presso la struttura in quanto nelle merendine poste sull'alzatina abbiamo trovato presenza di formiche. L'odore del locale era sgradevole (fogna)

Konuma ulaştıktan sonra ki dairenin içine geçme süreci efektif hoşuma gitti, uzaktan her şey halledilebiliyor. Ben superior king oda tuttum ama odanın ismi ile büyüklüğü arasında ters orantı var. Oda çok küçük. Bir de temizlik için tek kullanımlık terlikler verilmeli yoksa hep pis kalıyor yerler.

• Maria Dolores (5/5): Para corta estancia y solo dormir esta pasable. - La habitación es amplia y bien distribuida, cama cómoda, baño bien equipado pero la verdad que mal cuidado, tiene falta de mantenimiento en las instalaciones. En el checking nos hicieron esperar por más de 1h por que estaban preparando la habitación la cual se equivocaron y no era, una vez hospedados todos los días entraba a la habitación la dueña sin necesidad (ya que ni limpiaba ni hacía nada, solo habría las ventanas y no sabemos qué más) ponía que incluiría desayuno y solo hay cápsulas de café solo, y unas galletas. El aire acondicionado roto (hace mucho ruido y poco rendimiento) el agua caliente tarda en llegar pero una vez llega está bien..

• federica (9/5): - Posizione ideale, attaccata alla fermata del bus (916) e della metro. Utilissima la rimessa auto, vicinissima, dove poter parcheggiare a pagamento la macchina. Un sacco di bar e locali e supermercato sotto casa. Molto silenzioso il contesto. Condominio signorile e stanza con a disposizione piccola zona breek. Gentilmente la titolare ci ha dato la possibilità di berci un caffè e mangiare qualcosa. Consigliatissimo nel complesso. Forse la stanza per 3 era un po' piccolina.

• Dk (3/5): Poor - Breakfast was only coffee and a sweet bun. No milk or cream for coffee for 2 day. I was a guest for 6 nights. Noisy room from thin walls of other guests and from street traffic and people. Ants on kitchen counter. Pipes banged loudly when toilets flushed and water run. No traditional living room space. People smoked and cooked food and odors came into my room. The cooking space was directly outside of my room. Refrigerator in my room smelled musky. Owner cleaned but made a loud noise. When refrigerator was unplugged, it dripped water. I couldn't sleep well with much noise. All the noise ruined my 1st trip to Rome. Owner is not on premise and resided half hour away. Difficult to find out how to enter because i did not have phine service. I had to go to numerous condos in the building to find help. A resident phoned the owener. This is not a typical B&B. The Living is a converted condo with four bedrooms with thin walls. Other surrounding condos with dogs barking, children running and screaming until 11:00pm and doors slamming. People locked themselves out of Living. They pounded on main entry and I had to unlock the door for them. The Living placed a damper on my visit to Rome because I was so tired from lack of sleep

• Mafalda (4/5): Overpriced for what is offered. - Really close to the metro station. Landlord didn’t show up to give us the keys, so we waited more than one hour. The shower had no pressure and no hot water. Breakfast was really not it.
• Svetlana (8/5): Comfy location near metro - The appartment is located very close to metro, in the area there are shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, which makes it very comfy. The hot water took forever to warm up in the shower. But what made the stay more uncomfortable was the noise that happened form time to time in the bathroom both durung the day and during the night. It seemed like every time when someone (guests from other rooms) used water, I had to listen to the pump working or whatever it was.

• Martina (9/5): Nice clean room, comfy bed, good location where the locals live. - Fresh, clean and nice room with a good bathroom, air condition and a very comfy bed. It was the Deluxe room and it was great. Location is good, where are mostly local people, many shops they like, quality food, and it's next to the metro and buses. If you don't want to stay right in the center, where the prices are much higher, this is a very good option.
• Colleen (9/5): Great stay at an affordable price in Rome! - Location was great, not a tourist area and just around the corner from the metro. Room was small but comfy, nice window overlooking the street below. Owner was very nice. Even though no kettle in the room, the kitchen area was right outside the door. Probably not walkable to any attractions but maybe 20 minute metro ride to the Spagna square, for instance. A chair in the room would have been useful.

The room was not bad but....window is broken-difficult to close, ripped curtain, doors at shower is broken, was not possible to close and one hanger is missing, and most annoying thing is pump or what is it from toilet. There is nothing to be said about breakfast - coffee, tea, juice, wrapped croissant or toast....

• Helen (9/5): This apartment was just far enough from the center to escape the crowds and noise, but still very accessible by public t - very clean. close to metro. quiet neighborhood but plenty of restaurant/bar options, along with fruttivendolo and Conad. The host was very friendly and had some useful suggestions about things to check out in the city.
• Monserrath (8/5): Nice hotel - This hotel is confortable and clean. It located right over one entrance to the metro stop Cornelia, 5 minutes walking from the Fiumicino shuttle stop, 15 minutes walking from Valle Aurelia train stop, and so many bus lines pass by the hotel street. So, you can reach the historical center in 15 minutes and Termini in 20 minutes. The staff is really polite. We booked a room with two single beds and we got a room with only one matrimonial bed. I traveled with my brother, so it was a little bit weird to sleep with him. When we arrived they were doing some works in the toilet, but at least this didn't take so long.
• Karen (8/5): Can't wait to go back - The accommodation had everything we needed for a base which was very close to the Metro station, so easy to get around. It was good value and I would stay here again. The host was a lovely person and very helpful. The water temperature in the shower was a bit variable but it was still usable. There were no bowls for breakfast cereal, but there was enough choice for breakfast to not be a problem.
