• Kathia (10/5): People in the village is very friendly, we recommend Penelope’s restaurant. - The property is very well located for Kitesurfers. In the small village of Kattavia are restaurants and supermarkets. The rooms are clean and with all the necessary to make the stay comfortable. The owner is very kind and welcoming. We will be back next year!

Abbiamo chiesto extra 20 mollette, oltre alle 10 che erano in casa, per poter stendere la biancheria essendoci la lavatrice e l'oste ci ha detto che dovevamo comprarle.

• Agnieszka (10/5): I would recommend the stay in this apartment to anyone. - The stay in the apartment was very comfortable. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations.
• Jozef (10/5): Good place for Paralia beach with great food possibility - New apartments focused on wind/kite surfers, but greatly usable by everyone. Well equipped spacious room, great restaurant(s) few meters from the accommodation.

Big bed, some kitchen appliances and a suitable bathroom with a wardrobe to put clothes in was more than enough for us
• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. The apartment is located just few steps from village center where you have 4 restaurants, two shops and all the magic of a cozy Greek village. You can enjoy your Greek coffee in one of these local restaurants where you would immediately make friends with locals. We have had an apartment at the ground floor where in addition you can enjoy a great outside sitting area on the terrace under a big sun umbrella. The apartment itself is clean, nicely furnished in a modern style and fully equipped. It is really a great option if you are windsurfing or kiting in Prasonisi. nothing
• Monika (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice apartment in new building located just in the centre of Katavia village. Very nice and quick contact with the owner. Modern style. Quite roomy. Equiped with Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. (which is not so common). There were very minor deficiencies in the equipment (I think the reason was they have just started) which the owner supplemented at our request during our stay. WiFi working well. Free parking outside. We come to South part of Rodos every year and tested many apartments before. Stari is the one we want to come back next year.

Absolutely fantastic and nice owner - great communication! We spent 9 nights there and couldn’t ask for better place. It is about 10 minutes from Prasonisi. There are two stores 2 minutes away and nice Restaurant. We had enough room to store our kiting equipment. I definitely recommend STARI and would be happy to come back to this place :)

• Erika (10/5): Exceptional - We lived in apartment 6, a brand new and modern room with a mini-kitchen fully equipped for a quick breakfast or snack. We rarely cook when on holiday but there was everything necessary to prepare meals. Excellent position in small village with cozy restaurants, supermarket and only 8 km from the kitesurfing spot of Cape Prasonisi. Our hosts, Despina and Stamatis are extremely helpful and ready to give suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Absolutely recommended especially if you do kitesurfing.

• Czarnecki (10/5): The Best Apartament I've Been To! - One of the best rooms I've stayed in, ever. Everything was sparkly clean, new and taken care of. From automatic A/C when you close the doors, to almost unlimited towels and amenities. We received extra towels, so for the two week stay we had couple clean left. The owners provided everything so we didn't worry about nothing. Also the customer care and hospitality provided by the owners it's absolutely terrific. In my opinion its my go to destination, and will definitely be there in the following years.

• Στελλα (10/5): Fantastic location, gorgeous apartments & wonderful hosts - The location was perfect, very quiet and only 1 minute walk from restaurants and grocery shops. The host kept us informed with directions and other useful information that was helpful during our stay. Our apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, espresso machine and many more. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, exactly what we needed for our holidays The host was very accommodating with great communication. I would definitely recommend it. I cannot think of any improvements to an already amazing experience.
