Jens Reichmann (9/5): - Die liebevolle Dekoration der Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am Hafen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ruhig und gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist Klasse. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt nichts wesentliches und die Betten sind bequem.

Dieter (3/5): Aufenthalt in mäßiger Unterkunft mit schönem Ausblick und guter Lage. - Die Lage. Der Ausblick. Das Appartment Steuermann ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wände waren rissig, die Dusche nur für kleine Menschen geeignet. Die Beschreibung lies nur schwer ein Einraumappartment erkennen. Das Bett schloss sich direkt an die Küchenzeile an bzw. war schon fast ein Teil der Küche. Informationen über die Müllentsorgung fehlten. Soweit einsehbar, sind andere Appartsments in der Unterkunft in besserem Zustand.
