• LSPD (8/5): EXCELENTE CUSTO-BENEFÍCIO EM VENEZA - Apartamento amplo com dois lances de escada. Tamanho, varanda, banheiro novo, cozinha equipada. Simpatia funcionários. Vista da rua. Bem ventilado: duas janelas na sala e mais duas no quarto e janela no banheiro. Sol da tarde. Ar condicionado somente na sala com funcionamento pouco eficiente. O quarto não era muito quente e tinha dois ventiladores.

• Jd (10/5): Exceptional - Congrats to Marinella and Fabrizio!! Exceptional hosts! Location is very good for sightseeing all of Venice (max 30 min walk to any major interest place)! Clean, cozy with all the facilities needed to spend couple of days (or more) there! A lot of restaurants, supermarket, boutiques nearby and in a 5 min walk to the train station. A big thanks to Marinella for organizing everything and Fabrizzio for the information about Venice and places to see!!

• Osip (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, see the views from the apartment. All that you need is just next door, but if you want to avoid the crowd walk 200m north & enjoy the quiet area.
• Francisca (8/5): Very good - Perfect location close to the city it had everything we needed. The entrance door to the building is really difficult to open. We struggled to open every time we went out.

• Julie (8/5): Very good - It was in a great location, close to the railway station, supermarket for supplies and a short walk to attractions. There was also lots of reasonably priced restaurants close by.
• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent. This is a fantastic apartment. We loved staying here. The view of the street is fantastic, we walked easily from the railway station, you really feel like you're in the heart of it all, we walked all around the city. It's where locals go to eat as well as tourists. The apartment is only up one flight of stairs. The beds were comfortable and all facilities worked. Highly recommended and good value. The air conditioner was very loud. We had to wash some dishes before using them as they were dirty.
• Agnė (7/5): Simple apartment - Location, comfortable bed. Noisy and leaking air conditionier, which is located in kitchen, so it is quite hot in bed room and not possible to let fresh air in as there are no mosquito nets on the windows. No bin in bathroom, which is always nice to have as well as towell hooks on the wall.

• Diego (7/5): nice place despite a bit pricey and a bad host - The flat was quite spacious, had all the expected amenities, was clean and easily accessible as it was a short walk from the train station. The host contacted me directly through whatsapp instead of through the booking platform, she did not show up on the day of arrival, instead she sent a street seller that worked nearby to welcome us. Said street seller, while friendly was not able to talk fluently in English nor Italian so it was difficult to communicate. The host was uncommunicative when we tried calling her and overall had a bad attitude.
• Diana (9/5): Great find and value. - Great price. Center to everything, but quiet at night. Air-conditioning works well. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to cook most meals. The savings is significant. Several grocery stores nearby. Magnificent view from kitchen into street. It's our favorite routine in the morning, sipping coffee and watching crowd. The garbage and recycling are complicated in Venice. I wish we had well labeled bags for trash and recycling as described in government website. Instead we used grocery bags.
