• Ralph (7/5): - - Wohnung sauber - Zugang mit Link hat problemlos funktioniert - großzügiger Nassbereich - Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit des Vermieters - kein Wasserdruck in der Küche, trotz zweimaligem Reklamieren nicht behoben - enger Patiobereich (Innenhof) nicht wirklich nutzbar, außer man möchte auf dem Präsentierteller sitzen - höllisch laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus (Bau der Metrolinie 2) von morgens 7 Uhr bis nachts 23 Uhr(!), die noch mehrere Monate andauern wird. Dafür kann der Vermieter prinzipiell nichts, allerdings bekommt man dafür von anderen Vermietern eine Minderung. - mehrmaliger Stromausfall über einige Stunden. Wir hatten an unserem letzten Tag Glück, dass unser Auto nicht in der Tiefgarage (mit elektrischer Fernbedienung) stand. Sonst hätten wir womöglich unseren Flug verpasst.
• Joanna (7/5): - Fajna lokalizacja, blisko metro, blisko centrum miasta. Zameldwanie szybkie bezporoblemowe oraz miejsce w garażu podziemnym. Niestety podczas pobytu odbywały się na ulicy obok prace budowlane (budowa metra) o czym nie byłam poinformowana. Było głośno do późnych godzin nawet po 23:00. Materace nie wygodne, zapadają się. Łózka takie "chybotliwe". Brakuje większej bardziej komfortowej sofy w salonie.
• Sonja (9/5): - The location is very good, near city center. Easy check-in, garage with the elevator, great communication with the hosts. Nice, cozy and spacious apartment. The beds were not really comfortable, for the kids very good, but for the grown-ups not really. Besides that, everything was really good.

• Yalianna (7/5): Bien decorado, detalles a mejorar - Me costó mucho valorar este apartamento porque la calidad del equipo es altísima, sin embargo para el precio que pagamos esperaba una calidad mucho mas alta. El diseño es tal cual las fotos, cocina completamente amueblada, baño amplio, equipado con aire acondicionado en casa habitación y salón y tiene parking (sugeriría calcular cuanto sale un parking 24h si son solo un par de días vs el precio del piso que ya te cobran por él). Los detalles: - Habitación: Las camas se hunden, son incomodas - Localización:. 20minutos caminando de la catedral y a unos 45 del Muelle - Baño: No había repuesto de papel higiénico - Cocina: La puerta del horno no puede abrirse porque choca contra la puerta de la terraza, por lo que la tienes que tener abierta - En la terraza, si tienes los tres aires encendidos dentro no puedes estar por el ruido y por el aire que emiten. Uno de ellos te da literal en la cara si estas sentado en el sofá.

Было бы здорово, если бы предоставляли приветственный набор из нескольких капсул кофе и пакетиков чая. Приехали в воскресенье, магазины не работали
• Henrik (9/5): En skøn lejlighed, med endnu skønnere personale, som alt i alt gjorde det til et skøn ferie - Lyst, rummeligt, varmepumpe i hvert rum, opvaskemaskine, god kaffemaskine. Virkelig god komfort med en personlig parkeringsplads i kælderen. Følte konstant kontakt og hjælp fra udlejer, svarede meget hurtigt på spørgsmål og tilbød endda ekstra service. Gåafstand til supermarkedet 3 minutter, shopping centre 5 minutter, flere restauranter 5 minutter. 15-20 minutter på gåben til den gamle bydel. Ikke noget som sådan. Bemærk! hvis du lejer en stor bil, skal du være en meget dygtig chauffør for at komme ned på parkeringspladsen.

• Ivan (10/5): Very nice apartment, shirt walk to the city center. - Great central location, free parking on site, very clean. Mattress could have been more comfortable. The roads around the apartement have limitations for the gas consumption for the cars, you have to be careful not to turn into them.

• Jana (9/5): Kousek od centra - Do historického centra 20 min. V blízkosti obchod, kavárny, vše potřebné. Apartmán prostorný, čistý. Spaní pohodlné, ulice tichá. Dostatek úložných prostor. Zařízení velmi vkusné. Parkovací místo velmi malé. V kuchyni by bylo fajn doplnit drobnosti -větší salátovou mísu, utěrku na nádobí, ale nic zásadního.

• Mascha (8/5): Helemaal prima' - De locatie is fijn, rustige buurt, lastig parkeren (en met grote auto onmogelijk om de parkeergarage te gebruiken, die is echt te krap dan) maar je loopt in een kwartier naar het oude centrum en dat is prima voor alle kilo's die je aankomt van het geweldige eten (en drinken) dat Malaga biedt! De bedden zijn fijn, de badkamer prima, het buitenplaatsje is een plus al is het daar wel bloedheet (de airco units komen er op uit), er is een wasmachine (wat heel fijn is). Kortom: prima plek om te zitten! de parkeergarage is echt krap. Het buitenplaatsje is echt een binnenplaats, als de zon erop staat erg warm, niet echt om comfortabel te zitten.

Perfect location, close to the center and shops while still being quiet. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and efficient air conditioning. It was better than I expected
• mohammed (8/5): Lovely stay, would stay again - The cleanliness was excellent, the terrace is amazing, the shower was big enough for 3 people 😀 The collecttion of keys, I was required to unlock the front door online. For someone that's just landed from Morocco and wanted to just have a shower before having to buy a Sim card with data is quite inconvenient, luckily someone let me in the main door and I was able to connect to the hosts wifi to open the apartment door. Location isnt the best either

• Fortunata (8/5): Very good - The flat is clean, nice and cosy. The beds were very uncomfortable. The parking is very small and narrow. The location of the flat is not attractive.
• Ioannis (1/5): The whole experience was chaotic and handled unprofessionally. - We chose this apartment mainly because it was advertised with private parking — a crucial feature for us, as we were unfamiliar with Málaga’s parking rules and wanted to avoid any risk of fines. Upon arrival on May 5, the person handling the check-in gave us two sets of keys and pointed to a device on the keychain, saying it was for the garage. When I asked where the parking was, he didn’t know and told us to contact the hosts. Later, I messaged the hosts. At first, they claimed the apartment didn’t include parking. I had to send a screenshot of my booking confirmation to prove otherwise. Only then did they confirm there was parking and said the garage entrance was next to the building door. Coming back to the apartment at night, we tried to open the garage with the device — it didn’t work. It wasn’t a garage opener. I called and messaged via WhatsApp, but got no response. We ended up driving around for a long time trying to find legal parking, which was extremely frustrating. The next day, they told me the correct remote was probably taken by the cleaning team. They asked if we were at the apartment so they could drop it off, but since we were out, I gave them permission to enter and leave it inside. That night, however, when we returned, the remote was still nowhere to be found. I called the 24/7 emergency number they gave me. The call quality was awful, and the agent couldn’t find my booking at first. Eventually, she said someone would deliver the remote within 20–45 minutes. After almost an hour, I called again — she then told me the remote was locked in their central office and couldn’t be accessed until morning. Once again, we had to search for parking and didn’t get to sleep until 5 AM. At 10 AM, we were woken up by loud doorbells — they had finally delivered the remote, but also disturbed our much-needed rest. We only used the promised parking on our last night. The whole experience was chaotic and handled unprofessionally. PS: Only 10% refund given LOL

• Au (4/5): Very disappointing - The outdoor terrace was a relaxing space, and the bathroom was spacious enough with a big shower space and two sinks. Our booking reservation was arranged for check in to be available from 11am, however, we were made to wait for 40 minutes outside the apartment with all of our bags in the heat. The host tried to brush it off by saying we agreed beforehand that check in was at 12pm, when this was not the truth - We had already agreed via a series of messages that check in would be available at 11am. The host arrived at around 11:25am without the property keys, saying that her partner wouldn't arrive until 12pm and so suggested for us to go and have a bite first. I found this utterly unacceptable, as not only was I made to wait for 40 minutes, but I had plans in the afternoon that could not afford to be delayed any further. Only when I explained my frustration to her, that she called her partner to hurry with the property keys. I just could not comprehend why the owner would not only be late to the scheduled time of meeting at 11am, but to arrive without the keys as well. Upon entering the property, we discovered that there was no kettle to boil water with. When we contacted her about it, her tone was not very agreeable; "tap water is drinkable too" is what she replied back with. It was my first time in Spain, so I was uncertain whether or not the tap water was safe to drink. I also needed boiled water to take my medicine, only then did she agree to bring over a kettle for us. Other problems included the air conditioning units being placed outside of the terrace - If I wanted to relax in the terrace, it was made near impossible as there was hot air being spread. The air conditioner outside the two bedrooms were also leaking constantly, and one of the bedroom doors was not able to fully close at all. When sleeping, it was a rather uncomfortable experience as the pillows were either too narrow and flat, or too small to be fully comfortable. As a temporary solution, we had to pile them up with towels.
• Dan-sebastian (5/5): Passable - Close enough to the center and plenty of space, but that's it. We were not happy with the accommodation, and the host treated us with indifference and arrogance. There were a lot of problems with the apartment, starting with the minuscule parking space (we managed to park, but the boy who greeted us was not helpful at all), the leaking air conditioner (see picture for what the wall looked like), the construction work outside the window, wrong WiFi information (we could not connect, as the information provided by the host was fictitious), and even the lack of batteries in the TV remote control. The bathroom drain was blocked, and the chairs were falling apart. Whenever we raised an issue with the host through a message, the answer was either "that did not happen until now" or "I don't know". Beyond useless, these people are renting this apartment only to make some money from tourists. Please do yourself a favor and book something else in Malaga, this one is beyond bad, I cannot explain the good reviews.
• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - The property exceeded our expectations. The host was always responding to our questions and needs. The apartment was very well equipped, even upon arrival there were drinks and coffee waiting for us in the kitchen. The living room and bedrooms were both well equipped with extra towels, linen and bathrobes. The location of the apartment was very close to the center, only a 10 min walk on foot. We had the best time and look forward to staying there again soon. The only thing that stood out was that the air conditioning units were placed on the balcony, so it was quite hot out there and you couldn’t enjoy the terrace while the air conditioning was on. However it is manageable and it’s not a big problem.
• Florentin (10/5): Fabulous apartment! - Prensa Apartment was our home away for 4 amazing summer days. The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance to everything that Malaga can offer. Lots of restaurants & shops around as well. The apartment was extremely clean and tastefully decorated with all we needed. The air con & undergound parking were a bonus. Alicia, our host was very nice & responsive to all our queries. A huge surprise was the welcome package Alicia has left for us: 2 cold beers, a small bottle of wine, a traditional sausage, chips, eggs, a cold bottle of water. Extremely welcome after 6 hours of driving from Portugal to Malaga! Thank you dear Alicia! Nothing that I can think of.

We were able to park in the garage, but it was a little tight. A larger sedan might have a bit of trouble. It's was really nice to have parking. The space was just enough for our compact rental.
• Snežana (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in beautiful - The apartment is completely newly decorated, spacious, very beautiful, with two separate bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace is a lovely place to relax. The owner Alicia helped us with parking and was helpful all the time during our stay via WhatsApp. Upon our arrival she left a warm welcome for us in the kitchen and a small gift. :) The location is in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk to the city center, where the historic part of the city begins. The apartment has its own (free) parking space in the block's garage, which came in very handy. When we wandered in and around Malaga, we parked our car in parking garages. Wi-fi was good. :) -
