- Rachel (9/5): Great space and value - Nice building, new decor and furnishings, distances to town, marina, and grocery store were perfect. The hosts are amazing, so helpful, anything you need in the apartment but also helpful for getting you a taxi or tours. I'd still book this property again, but a few things to be aware of: The stairs to get up the hill to the property are not for the faint of heart, but that's typical for homes in Kotor. If you have a car, it's not a big deal. The range vent for the apartment above vents straight into the kitchen of this apartment, which means you smell whatever they're cooking (or burning), but this is hit or miss depending if the people above are cooking or not.
- Jaimee (10/5): - The apartment was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and on a good location that is close to the old town. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Great value for money! We were in one of the bottom apartments so the view of the lake was minimal, quite obstructed by other buildings but we could see a small bit of it. For the price it was still very good value! Also there are is no towel rail or anywhere to hang your towel so it would be nice if they could add this.

- Shoshana Rosa (5/5): Not the best value for money, difficult to get to by foot or by car - The apartment has nice view and was clean. Staff is very responsive on Whatsapp and provides local tips and advice, which was helpful. Getting to the apartment and its parking area requires driving up a VERY steep hill while performing sharp turns and steep angles. This requires good driving skills and driving confidence. We felt uncomfortable driving there at night but did not have a choice (one of us is unable to climb that much by foot), and our rented car was slightly hit at the bottom from a rock due to these difficult maneuvers. Also, the coffee machine did not work and the shower's plastic curtain was broken. Charging 75 euros cleaning fee was exagurated in our view.

- Nataliia (7/5): - The apartment is brand new — everything was clean and fresh. The location is great, just a 7-minute walk to the old town, though it is situated on a hill. The shower cabin was missing a door, but we were told it had already been ordered and would be delivered soon. The staff was always available and responded quickly to our requests. There was a bit of echo in the apartment, but it didn’t bother us much. The main downside was the lack of kitchen ventilation — when neighbors were cooking, the smell spread into the apartment, and opening the windows didn’t help until they finished.

Eve ulaşabilmemiz için ev sahibinin gönderdiği detaylı bilgilendirmeler çok işimize yaradı. Ev genel olarak temizdi ama eksikleri vardı. Manzarası güzeldi. Bir kat daha yukarıda olmak güzel olurdu. Evin duşa kabini kırık ve sular sürekli banyonun yerlerini ıslatıyordu. Kaç kez kayıp düşme tehlikesi yaşadık. Evde yeterli sayıda battaniye yoktu gece soğuk oldu ve üşüdük ama ev sahibinden isteyince gönderdi. Bir dünya para ödediğimiz eve ekstra şehir vergisi ödedik. Vergi 12 Euro ama ev sahibi sanki ödemeyip kaçacakmışız gibi habire vergi için yazdı bu hiç hoş değildi. En son anahtar kutusuna 12 Euro bırakıp çıktık. Balkonun camları çok kirliydi manzara güzeldi ama izleyemedik. Son olarak koltuğun üzerinde bir örümcek ağı vardı. daha detaylı temizlik yapılmalı.

Ev temizlik ürünleri, deterjan, sabun, duş jeli, ütü, saç kurutma makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, çamaşır makinesi, kettle, mutfak gereçleri vs tamdı. Ev sahibinin iletişimi gayet kibardı. Tek sorun evin konumu biraz tepede olduğu için yokuşu yorucuydu, onun dışında market, plaj, kotor old towna kolaylıkla yürüyerek gidiliyordu. Perasta, budvaya, tivata, sveti stefana da arabamızla çok kolay gidebildik. Kahve makinesi var yazıyordu ama yoktu, ama çok sorun değildi cezve vardı. Son günümüzde öğlen saati kesildi ama o genel bir şeydi evle alakalı değildi.

Apartamentul este spatios, 2 dormitoare cu pat matrimonial, un living spatios cu o canapea mare. Bucataria utilata cam cu tot ce era nevoie, dresinguri in fiecare dormitor, baie mare, apa calda la discretie, masina de spalat. Personalul receptiv și cooperant. Se ajunge usor pe faleza Kotor iar pentru cumparaturi sunt 2 marketuri aproape. Datorita locului, apartamentul este situat la capatul câtorva urcari foarte susținute iar la una dintre ele imi zgariam masina pe dedesubt de fiecare data. Fereastra unui dormitor da fix in parcare.

- Wendy (8/5): Pleasant modern apartment, close to Old Town with parking and air con. - Location and parking. Air con in living room and bedrooms. Spacious and comfortable. Beds were good and not too firm. Good communication before rental and during. Problems were replied to promptly. Balcony was small with only 2 chairs. Having to move microwave and toaster to plug them in.
- Bridget (8/5): Very good - In a really nice area, only a 10 minute walk from the old town. The place was clean and the view was very nice. The wifi was really bad. We stayed there for 11 days and 95% of the time the wifi was buffering or dropping out. There were unfinished parts of the apartment, with some light switches hanging out of the wall.

There are lots of shortcuts (they will tell you about one of them) There was no wardrobe or something like that. Lots of info they will send and among it there is barely some sense. The balcony is joined with the neighbour’s one.

- Magoo (5/5): Will be great when finished - The space and it is brand new , and our driver Ivan was amazing and very quick to reply and English was very good. Very informative and friendly and helpful . He picked up us from the airport and also dropped us back there set price 35€ . Definitely book him and he also had great recommendations Well it wasn’t finished as in no microwave, and oven not connected or the exhaust fan above , but the induction did work , with a fry pan . Bed a little too hard and pillows too soft , sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. Bad WiFi signal and not safe . Wasp nest was forming on the balcony. And the hike up to the apartment for me was hard about 70 steep steps and 2 steep hills . But I do have lung cancer , my husband managed it easy. Also only warm water never hot , but with respect we have found this in many places not just there .

- Patrick (10/5): Kotor we will be back. - As soon as I booked this property I knew we would be well looked after and helping with any query or advise we had. I was not wrong, absolutely amazing service never had so much detailed information sent as soon as booked from trips to where to eat. The apartment is very new and well designed with an amazing view of the bay and the beds were the best I have ever slept in even better than my own bed 😳 We booked the speed boat tour and the car tour through Dare to Dream and we were not disappointed, Ivan our driver of the car tour was just amazing we all had such a good day thank you all. Highly recommend. We were aware that apartment was on a hill and yes there are a few steps and short but steep inclines but was worth it all.

- Lauren (9/5): Spacious apartment with amazing views - New and spacious apartment. Living room is a brilliant space with incredible views. Bedrooms also look out onto the bay which is a great view to wake up to. Sauna is a great bonus to chill out at the end of the day! Great communication with host, with quick and helpful replies. Happy with the distance from the Old Town, you can be there in about 10-15 minutes, but does involve a steep hill and steps coming back up. Quite a few functional items such as towel hooks/rails and bedside lamps are missing. Bedding provided doesn’t fit the bed so you end up sleeping on loose sheets (bed itself is comfy though!) WiFi is very intermittent. Bathrooms had an unpleasant drainage smell.

- Gwenhwyfar (9/5): We had a lovely stay at Berge. - The host gave very clear instructions on how to find the property and the codes for the lockbox to get the keys. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance from the old town and the beach. The apartment has everything you need, beds were comfortable. The host, Maria, was particularly helpful and friendly. She booked a boat tour for us which was fun and recommended restaurants and booked one for us, where we had a delicious meal sitting right at the edge of the water. Thank you for a lovely stay. The 2nd bedroom was at the back of the apartment with no view, (pictures on the website showed all rooms with views) and some furniture in pics missing, and it had no cupboards, only 3 drawers.

- Caroline (4/5): The photos on the website showed it homely but there was nothing, it was bare on arrival. - It was clean and fairly new, beds were comfy. The key box didn’t work and the apartment building front door had a broken lock and could not close. The television remote didn’t work and it was stuck on one channel, we asked for this to be fixed but it wasn’t. There were no bedside lamps, only the overhead light. No instructions for the top loading washing machine, a type I hadn’t seen before.

However, there are two hills on the way home. It may be a little difficult for families with children. The house was incredibly comfortable and new. Everything was planned very well. There was a problem with the TV remote control and they couldn't fix it. My children are very bored.

Everything works perfectly, full kitchen, the beds are the most comfortable I’ve had in any hotels (even comparing to some 5star well known chains). The staff is extra attentive. Be sure to watch the video with all the instructions on how to find the property: it is a steep drive up but all apartments in Kotor are like that. AC in every single room. Sparkling clean! Staff answers on WhatsApp any time of day/night. Will certainly stay here again.

- Tugce (10/5): It was one of the best apartments I've stayed in, it's definitely a facility I'd prefer if I come back💯❤️ - The location of the property (very close to the old town, near a market), its cleanliness, comfort, and view are excellent. Additionally, the terrace offers a magnificent view. Everything needed is available in the house (iron, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). The staff were also very attentive and helpful to us. 🙏 As we arrived late at night, driving uphill was a bit of a problem.
