• Odendaal (10/5): Our stay was amazing we definitely coming back. - The home is very beautiful and neat. Spacious it’s definitely a home away from Home.

• Tamano (1/5): - The whole experience was utterly ruined. There was no hot water the entire stay. When queried with host, response was who let us in yet there was a lockbox in place per the instructions. Host sent someone to fix, he confirmed fixed - still no hot water. Host rushed us asking us to vacate by 10am as other guests were arriving - with no regard that 7 corporate guests had to wash out one shared bucket amongst them. Host promised to make good, even that turned to a fight - no accountability, no remorse. When confronted, host agreed to allow complementary stay instead of making monetary part refund. Needless to say, even that was a lie - Dates available on Booking.com requested have been declined by the host although the property is vacant (not peak periods). Bookin.com - Please intervene this is unacceptable.

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a relaxing weekend or holiday. Michael is an amazing host and is always ready to help with anything you need. I absolutely recommend Alchemy and can’t wait to come back again!

• David (6/5): The noise spoilt it for us - it was meant to be our relaxing time but woken early every morning and the noise from the b - The property has a lovely view and plenty of space when visiting with friends. The noise from the builders and building work. The accommodation is lovely but the amount of work on the complex will mean building work ongoing for some time. Also would have benefited from a 4 slice toaster only has 2, a hairdryer and mirrors low enough to do your hair.
